We stayed here for a month and had a great time. The beach view was great and we had live music from the beach bars and fireworks each night (for more than 4 weeks). Maybe that had to do with Chinese New Year, but it actually went on after CNY as well. Communication was excellent, there was a helpful representative who was almost always nearby and ready to assist with some very small issues we had. The security guys were very friendly to our kids and would accept packages that were delivered for us when we were out. The only significant point of improvement I see is that a bit more attention should be paid to the cleaning.

The place is cozy and very clean, and it has the sea view and quiet (the room is one floor above the swimming pool so you might hear kids playing at the pool, we were there on a Sunday night so not much activities going around). The host is very responsive, check-in process was easy and smooth with the assistance from the registration counter. The host is kind enough to prepare some snacks in the room to satisfy the cravings (which you can make the payment via a ready QR code). It felt like home during our stay in the unit because of the design and furniture arrangement, and the unit itself is clean and well maintained. One thing about the unit is that the parking lot is located at the open air car park, so be prepared to use the umbrella to walk to your vehicle if it rains heavily. Other than this, everything else was good. Will definitely book this place again when we return to Kuantan next time!

Pros : - Worthy place to stay - Easy check in & check out - Responsive host - clean and complete with all the basic needs - the bed & pillowa are nice and comfortable Cons: - A bit dirty with birds stain at the balcony area. - the lift for the room level got problem. The go down button not functioning. So you need to use another level lift

i have all the basic needs for work. the place is quiet and peaceful. wifi is working fine and the bed is super comfy. Highly recommended.

Recommended for family with kids since it has a very spacious land space. But it couldve been great if the land is levelled so that it is easier car to move around. Other than that, love the charactheristic of the house, beach 2 mins walks, theres plenty of eateries nearby.

The kitchen is to die for it is so spacey (we get to do lots of activities) , filled with cooking tools, beautiful and relaxing. Love the glass door around it.. The pool is deeper and wider than it look so both swimmer and non swimmer can enjoy ( pelampung do necessary for the kids).. The lake right at the back of the house is excellent for kayak lover.. The owner was really responsive to all inquiries... There is a lot of space around the house so we can bentang toto here and there... The toilet is clean and modern... I love the old heritage vibe around the house... We get to see lots of accessories from the past remind me of my childhood... The yard is wide and well maintained.. There is no selut at all so we can enjoy outdoor sukaneka to the fullest... I appreciate that there is a separate area for bbq so the entire house does not smell like smoke... We never get to feel bored around the house... There are so many things to do: bicycle, fishing, kayaking, swimming and badminton.

We stayed at Siripakorn and Matt’s villa for a month and had an absolutely amazing time. The villa is located in a more authentic, less touristy part of Thailand which we really appreciated, and the views from every corner of the house are simply magical. Siripakorn and Matt were incredible hosts, warm, helpful, and always responsive. The internet is fast and stable throughout the villa, making it perfect for remote work. The villa itself is spacious and comfortable, with good A/C in every room. It’s also a perfect base for visiting the nearby islands, which are absolutely gorgeous and easy to reach. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would love to come back!

Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt in Maris schöner Unterkunft und haben die Tage dort sehr genossen! Man hat sehr viel Platz und der Ausblick von der Terasse ist wunderschön. Da das Haus direkt über dem Wasser erbaut ist, hat das Holz natürlich ein paar Alterserscheinungen, aber wir haben uns trotzdem sicher gefühlt und es gab keine größeren Mängel. Alles entspricht den Fotos. Einzige kleine Minuspunkte waren: die vordere Toilette verstopft schnell und die Stromgeneratoren außen sind in dem einen Schlafzimmer recht laut (deshalb vielleicht Oropax mitbringen). Die Kommunikation mit Mari war sehr gut, schnell und hilfsbereit :)

This place is absolutely stunning!! Would go back in a heart beat!! Just maybe not in April as no A/C was a killer!! The house and the sunrise is just to die for!! Only other thing was the cockerel’s the will wake you up about 4am and keep you up for the foreseeable but we got use to that as we enjoyed the sunrise!! Will certainly be back. Many thanks.

Fathins villa is spacious, well appointed and very modern. It is in a very private location right on the beach away from the crowds that usually occur in seaside places. However, it is only a 5 minute drive into the nearby town of Kuala Dungun for supermarkets and restaurants. It is a highly recommended listing.

Recommended place to stay. Near to the beach and easy to find place to eat (within walking distance). Clean place to stay, all amenities are included as per description. Will stay again in the future

Amazing stay at Diana's. Place is as advertised. Has amazing views. Great soundproofing in the rooms. Living room is very cozy and spacious. Kitchen has everything you would need. Bathrooms were clean and equipped with basic amenities. Parking is close to elevator. Would love to stay here again if the opportunity presents again!

Excellent stay! Great location, quiet, pool is beautiful. Stay was very comfortable, bed was good and had everything we needed. Filtered water system was amazing. So nice to not have to haul water. Haris was a great manager and took really good care of us. Highly recommend this place.

Love the view! felt at home, i didnt want to leave 😅. easy access to beach, and stores. has everything you need. i like theres even a slipper available to use. i would definitwly come back and stay in this place! they are also responsive and will check on you if everything is okay. love love love it!

Prior to check-in, Ms Felicia sent clear instructions of where to get keys. Very very clear instructions and easy to look for the building. Unit was clean, neat and spotless. Entire unit looks 100% as advertised. Carpark lot is right in front of lift lobby, easy access for anyone with vehicle. Overall, a pleasant stay for my family and I. I would recommend to anyone who wish to visit Melaka to stay here. Home is kids-friendly as well.
