In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms. The 'brown part' has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.

One part of the pool is under the villa ,its designed if its raining or its cold that in the all time guests have heated area pool. Since the villa is located on a slope, it is divided into 3 levels. On the right is the large separated room with inside door where is the sofa - the french bed for 2 persons , bathroom, big kitchen with eating place, loundry machine, airconditioning, sat tv, wifi, the large terrace with the perfect view to the sea, parking place .

Apartment Delight ( 48+17m2) is one of apartments in our Villa. The Villa is surrounded with pine tree forest. It is located directly at Punta Rata beach, Forbes No. 1 beach in Europe in 2004. All units have view facing Punta Rata beach and own parking. Apartment consists of one large bedroom, hall, bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony. There is one double bed and a single bed in the room. In the kitchen there is sofa bed. We have large private parking space.

The apartment were completed 2022. Apartment is 100m² which includes a luxury bedroom with a 200x200cm boxspring bed and en suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, large lounge and extra toilete. The large covered balcony offers superb views of the harbour and old city also jacuzzi , sun lounges and a shower. Covered parking is in front of the building.
