What a beautiful spot, even more stunning in real life. Very cozy and it makes you feel right at home. The entire building is beautiful and it was delightful waking up to the surrounding golden trees in the morning. The wine Jason left, presumably from his wine shop, was delicious. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Jennifer's studio was the perfect spot to explore Freeport while enjoying peace and quiet. The short walk to town was very convenient. We also enjoyed the back porch, which was private and comfortable. We brought our pup and thought the food & water bowl was considerate. I highly recommend Jennifer's place for a relaxing yet walkable stay in Freeport.

Peaceful,starry at night ,faint sound of the sea thru the trees,and a perfectly sized deck for one or two people to hang out. Very private up a curving gravel drive-very relaxing stay.

She brought the concept of Southern hospitality up north. Value for the place was excellent. Couldn't ask for a more responsive and kind host. Wish I could have stayed longer!

I love staying at Nina and Tony's Brunswick Beata when I visit Maine. Nina and Tony are pure gems and great to talk to. The barn is spaciaous and comfortable. The garden is always delightful even in the waning Fall. So cozy and relaxing! I will return again and again!

As our last stay everything was very accommodating and comfortable. Great music, books, art and an expansive beautiful landscape. The stars at night are beyond amazing. Highly recommended.

Located just a block off Main Street, we could walk to shops, restaurants, and grab a beer at Marsh Island Brewing. This simple apartment with comfortable bed, large bath towels, heavenly shower and fully equipped kitchen, was perfectly suited for two people. Our host provided breakfast scones, a few drinks in the refrigerator and ample coffee and creamer to make us feel welcome. Our host also owns a store just up the street that had everything you could possible need. Without hesitation, we would stay again!

Heathers place is an AMAZING place to stay if you're visiting Bar Harbor/Acadia. The space was quite literally spotless and Heather was an amazing host! Would absolutely recommend.

This was a nice stay! The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. Their property is peaceful and secluded, and they gave great local recs! The room was cozy and the loft is in the garage. Both the room and hot tub were not as private as I expected - you can hear garage door anytime it closes and hot tub is on their back porch adjacent to their living space so people were around. Regardless, I would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was close to Caswell farms which we were at for a wedding. Alison was so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed! Would absolutely stay here again.

Richard’s place was spacious, bright, private, comfortable, and ideally situated in Acadia National Park.

Bob and Judy's place is a real gem. Great location and super clean! Quiet/beautiful setting. Be sure to glance at the stars as they are a sight to see due to the low light pollution. Tip - Google maps does not pick up the address but Bob/Judy were thankfully readily available to help navigate us to their home. Location was centrally located to all of our adventures. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Katherine’s place is in a quiet area with walkable roads for my dog and I. She has included lots of extras around the apartment: toiletries in the bathroom, snacks in the kitchen, a few drinks in the refrigerator. The atmosphere is welcoming and their dog, Sterling, is very sweet. Biddeford, Saco and Old Orchard Beach are fun places to explore. I would stay here again.

Dan is very friendly, great communication and eager to assist in what you might need. His place is cozy and easy to get to.

This was the perfect home away from home for us- such a peaceful place and close to many areas of interest. There were legos, puzzles, coloring supplies and books for my five year old granddaughter. There was a cutely decorated Christmas tree in the living area, which was nice to turn on and enjoy in the evenings. The home was clean, cozy and had everything we needed while on our trip. It snowed while we were there and they were up early and clearing our walkway and parking space. We appreciated this being promptly taken care of for us. I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed our stay here as it was close to many amenities. Nadine was proactive in all communications. Very clean, cozy, comfortable and up to date. Very quiet and we felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Nadine for blessing us with your space for 4 days.

What a great place to stay if you are in the Lewiston Auburn area. Slept great, loved the sauna and plan to return when I'm in the area.

Our stay at the Captain Bennis House was fantastic. This house is conveniently located between Winter Harbor and Bar Harbor which was ideal for our trip. Dave and Carol were so friendly and gracious. The Captain Bennis House is chocked full of charm and is absolutely beautiful and the view to Frenchman's Bay was stunning. We would certainly stay here again and would also recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Carol and Andy

This place was perfect for a quick weekend getaway with my dog! Lots of outdoors for us to explore but a short 5-10 dive to Freeport. The hosts were super responsive when I had a question and the information they send about the house was amazing! I will definitely be back!

Cute little space that was very clean and quiet. Comfortable mattress. I booked at the last minute and Jennifer was very responsive and helpful! Location is fantastic. Easy to walk to cafes, restaurants, bookstore.

Always a joy to stay at Small Point with this host. What a special place in the world to go and checkout. Unfortunately Nan was traveling and I was looking so forward to seeing her.
