It was great staying at Shirley's. The place is very clean, quiet, and located in a great neighbourhood. The bed is comfortable, and we had some enjoyable chats. I highly recommend Shirley's room.

Linda was very accommodating and clear with instructions for the stay. I appreciate Linda for allowing me to keep my bags post checkout. The location of the house is inconvenient as there are frequent buses to the city centre.

Ich war vor 2 Jahren schon einmal bei Anne und habe mich sofort wieder für ihr schönes Haus entschieden , als ich wieder nach Hemel Hempstead gereist bin. Ich weiß diesen besonderen Ort sehr zu schätzen. Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage. Das Zimmer mit Blick in den romantischen Garten. Ich liebe diese Aussicht. Anne ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin . Am Abreisetag bereitete sie mir ein wunderbares Frühstück mit Tee ,Toast und Ei. Anne ist mir nach den 2 Jahren ,die ich sie kenne eine Freundin geworden. Von mir gibt es eine hundertprozentige Empfehlung. Ich komme gerne wieder

Great spot to stay for our legoland trip. Excellent communication from the hosts and a very nice house. We enjoyed planespotting as the planes landed, and it didn't disturb our night. Overall amazing

We stayed in Angelicas house short period while our house was being renovated. It was welcoming and in an excellent location which allowed us to explore East Oxford.

This is the best of old fashioned BnBs, in a real person's real home. One host, one guest, friendly discussion over a civilised breakfast. Quiet street just off a big park, with a bus route on the other side of the park. Less than 30 minutes' walk to the station. So far, so good. AND THEN! An idyllic little river at the bottom of the garden (not the Thames); Andrea kindly lent me her kayak. I paddled a little way upstream, and then, oops, swam back. The brook is perfect for both activities, depending on your skill. Andrea hosed me down without a fuss. I couldn't ask for a better host.

L'accueil était chaleureux, et Mara est bienveillante et attentionnée Seul petit bémol : l’emplacement un peu éloigné du centre de Londres, nécessitant environ une heure de trajet en voiture. Mais pour ceux qui recherchent le calme après une journée en ville, c'est un bon choix

This was a stress-free stay in Esher, close enough to the downtown area and activities, perfectly located. The flat was comfortable, very clean, and the bottle of prosecco was appreciated! Highly recommend!

This flat was very comfortable for our party of three. The kitchen was well appointed and fully functional. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The location was very convenient to portabello road and it’s many shops and eateries and convenient to bus and tube lines. Check in and out were easy.

What a great place to stay! Had everything you could need and the location was perfect. Walking distance to Marlow and excellent links to M4/40. All in all it was a pleasure to stay here. Sarah was extremely efficient and helpful which made it even more perfect! Thank you Sarah for everything

Great place to stay, I booked this for my parents whilst they visited us in Henley and it was great. James was really accommodating and welcoming!

I’d give it 6 stars if I could. Francesca has a lovely spot, very well located, clean and spacious. She was a very welcoming host and left thoughtful gifts - all in all I had a fantastic stay here. I’d highly recommend this option and hope to return one day :)

Great experience staying at Umu’s place! Very clean, good communication with the host. She even left some food and spices, which is highly appreciated. Neighbours and the neighbourhood is very quiet. Recommend!

Our family (2 adults with 3 teenagers) stayed at Jen & Matt’s place for 6 nights in March 2025. It was perfect for us. Lots of space and all the amenities we needed. We were on an early arriving flight and they allowed us early access to the flat, which was a lifesaver for that first day. The flat is in a lovely family-oriented neighbourhood with the beautiful Queen’s Park nearby. It is totally outside of the hustle and bustle of London, but right on the Bakerloo Line which allows super easy access to all the sights. It is also on the Lionness line which takes you directly to Watford Junction where you catch the shuttle to Warner Bros Studios to visit the Harry Potter sets. It couldn’t be better situated in my opinion. Jen & Matt provided milk, eggs, butter, jam, crumpets, tea and coffee to get us started, which was a really nice touch. There is a Tesco Express nearby, so it was easy to buy groceries. I did a load of laundry and everything worked fine. Highly recommend!

Very good location and close to the city center. It is very convenient because there is a M&S nearby. The metro station is only 5 min and you could take the Bakerloo line to Oxford Circus within 20 min. Anna is very helpful and responsive to questions.

A stay with Deborah is highly recommended, everything was spot on, we appreciated a place to park even beyond our check out time. Deborah is friendly interesting and welcoming, we'd definitely visit again if we're on the area and it isn't booked out. Thank you.

Fiona was a stellar host. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and quiet, and the breakfast in the morning was excellent. We very much enjoyed chatting to Fiona over breakfast and appreciated any advice given on how to get around the city. Cute Annexe in the countryside. very quiet, warm and cosy, and the array of lamps really accentuated this. nice large dining lounge space and comfortable bed. lovely little extras with the local apple juice , butter, bread and milk etc with a nespresso coffee machine. towels are very fluffy and large too. davina was very helpful and her washing up fairy did a magical job.

We had a great weekend 26th/27th April for my partner birthday. It was a surprise weekend and we both were very impressed with the cottage. We felt very welcomed, everything was so clean and we will definitely be back! Thank you Gilly and James. Best Wishes from Oliver and Marga.

Patricia's house is lovely. My two teens and I stayed in three rooms at the top floor. Beds were very comfortable, and rooms very clean. The house has lots of historical features and is nicely decorated. Patricia made sure we had a great breakfast, with eggs, fruits, cakes and croissant. Polesden Lacey is only a 30-min walk from the house and the surrounding area offers plenty of opportunity for long nice walks. Nice spot for visiting this part of England.

We had a wonderful stay at Penny and Keith’s place. Penny put me and my young daughter immediately at ease and was just so welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and homely and we both slept very well. Breakfast was much appreciated. The neighbourhood itself is peaceful but with easy access to central London and had the added benefit of free street parking right near the house which is handy if arriving by car. We’d definitely like to come back.

Really nice family and just what i needed for the night, so i didn't have to get up at a ridiculous time for a training course the next day. Thanks for a good nights stay.
