Everything was great. Kitchen, Wi-Fi , cleanliness, bathrooms were clean., bedrooms had clean sheets and rooms had good AC. The housekeeper’s family was around and responded as needed. We had to make our own arrangements for food and we hoped for 24 hr chk-in and chk-out.

Between the location by the beach, the amenities that matched the pictures and, most importantly, the staff, our stay was nothing short of great! The food was delicious—they far exceeded our expectations! Our only regret was that we were not there for a few more days.

Very fine location. Everything is in walking distance. Fisherman beach is few minutes walk away. Room is same as on photos.

All I have to say is , this air bnb property is simply a great place to relax and spend with your family and friends . Midhun has been a great host , very helpful with his suggestions and replied quickly whenever I contacted him. Clean amenities, and a min walk from a secluded and scenic Nibhav Beach. Though easily connected via Taxi Aggregators , having personal vehicle is recommended.We really enjoyed our stay here and will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. It comfortably accommodates up to 25 people, with plenty of mattresses and foldable beds available. The villa is stunning and definitely worth staying at. Highly recommend!

It was just what we needed, and we enjoyed our one night's stay at Kumaran's place. Great value for money, and very friendly and helpful host. When we wanted to extend our stay, he helped us find another place in the locality. Located in the fisherman's colony, it was nice to see boats, nets and fish. Walkable to the beach, and the shore temple and other sights. Parking is available only on the street side.

A lovely little place, perfect for 4-5 people. The place is well-maintained and has a charming aesthetic. Its proximity to the beach—just a stone’s throw away—adds to the appeal. It’s also conveniently located near the main area, making it easy to find restaurants and supermarkets. If you prefer delivery, Swiggy is always an option. Overall, a great experience!

I had a complete month stay over Roger David's place. Over all it is good experience and awesome place for long stays.

The property is serene, filled with plants, the entry way is gorgeous. The room and the kitchen are well made, a beautiful view, all the necessities were provided and very tidy. There are no restaurants around but food does get delivered there. We were there when a cyclone was passing by, it was the perfect place to be indoors and we didn’t have any issues with the electricity. Prem was an excellent caretaker, he was pro-active and genuinely caring.

A very comfortable home like space, with all cool places nearby. Loved how well maintained the house was including all necessaties for the stay. The check- in experience was also really smooth and Anand was always available a call away.

The stay was extremely pleasant with a fantastic location. Despite some reviews about bad road conditions, there was nothing to worry about – even a small Alto can easily reach this place, and the GPS coordinates were very accurate. The caretaker was kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time here. The room was clean, and the dining hut was perfect for spending the evening and night. The internet speed was exceptional; I didn't expect fiber optic speeds in such a location, making it easy to work from here. The beach was very close, just a short walk away, and it was safe and completely private. There were also entertainment options like carrom, cricket, and volleyball. This place offers a fantastic stay, and I will definitely choose it again for the privacy it provides. Plus, there's a friendly pet dog, so might want to bring some food for the doggo.

The Sea Shelter Home Stay is in a great location, with beach views from the balcony. A cute little place that is a great base of operations while visiting all of the local Rathas and cultural sites.

We had a fantastic stay at SaiRia Villa ! The villa was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious vacation.

All I can say is WOW, what a wonderful gem is Liz’s place! Clean, comfortable, the ocean view terrace, all only a few steps to the Bay of Bengal. But the highlight for me was eating at her cafe, Eli’s Kitchen, every day of my visit. The first day I arrived I had fresh lobster. The next morning, at my request, she made fresh Parotta topped with homemade strawberry jam. Later during my visit I relished a fish fry of fresh caught Pomfret fish, snake gourd, dal, lemon honey crepes with pineapple, homemade ice cream, watermelon juice, egg curry, all prepared with fresh, local ingredients, many from her rooftop terrace garden. The only time I had a meal out was when Liz and I took a rickshaw out to visit Idler’s Organic Farm. That was an amazing and memorable experience. Liz made a detailed map for me of the area and places of interest to visit. I spent a lot of time stationed in front of an ocean view, ocean breezed window reading several books I got off of Liz’s bookshelf.

The property is right on the sea shore and is very calm and private to spend time with friends or family. It is exactly as listed and the caretaker was very responsive and friendly. Jacuzzi was also very good and everything was clean and maintained well.

Considering all aspects, it was a perfect stay. We couldnt ask more. Thanks to Mani and Mr. Narayanan for everything.
