¡Ha sido una estancia genial para desconectar! El pueblo era muy tranquilo y estaba muy cerca de otros con más cosas que hacer. Las instrucciones para llegar fueron claras pero es verdad que el camino no es para todos ya que tenía mucha pendiente y curvas. En general ha sido una gran estancia para explorar la Alpujarra. Eleonora y su pareja fueron muy amables y flexibles con la hora de llegada y estuvieron atentos en todo momento. ¡Lo recomendamos!

Very nice and calm place to stay, we will come back for sure. Our kids enjoyed the separated beds and their own space, living room is very confortable, kitchen is well equiped and clean. Leonidio center is in walking distance and everything you need is there.

Hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Charmante Unterkunft auf drei Etagen. Die Aufteilung über drei Stockwerke bietet viel Platz und Privatsphäre für bis zu 3 Personen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein gemütlicher Wohnbereich mit dem absoluten Highlight: einem wunderschönen Kamin, der an kühlen Abenden für eine unvergleichliche Atmosphäre sorgt. Die Einrichtung ist durchdacht und geschmackvoll – eine gelungene Mischung aus modernen und traditionellen Elementen, die dem Haus Charakter verleiht. Alles ist hochwertig und makellos sauber. Der absolute Höhepunkt ist die Dachterrasse! Hier haben wir jeden Morgen gefrühstückt und die Abende bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen lassen. Der Ausblick ist einfach toll und die Terrasse bietet genügend Platz zum Entspannen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Bäder modern und sauber. Die ruhige und trotzdem zentrale Lage. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

A great place to stay. Wonderful view of a little harbour at the front, and a peaceful olive grove at the back, both with table and chairs. The accommodation was excellent. Everything you need in the kitchen and a comfortable bed. Kostas was friendly and helpful throughout.

The house is in a great location in a quiet village. It is an ideal place to get quiet from the city's noise. A stone house from an earlier era that has, of course, been renovated but at the same time has kept the character of an old village house. Mr. Frantzeskakis was very helpful and friendly. Thanks for all! Until we meet again!

We stayed at the villa with a toddler in September and absolutely loved everything about it- the space, the views, the pool and how peaceful it was. A car is a must as there isn’t much in the village, but once you hire a car it’s a short drive to lots of beautiful beaches in Algarve. Local restaurant Solar Do Farelo serves delicious traditional Portuguese food. Good communication with the host. Highly recommend!

L’appartement était près de tout, centre, restaurants et plage et la ville est magique. Malaga permet de se rendre dans les autres villes par train ou bus et tout est facile. Notre séjour a été mémorable. Merci pour tout et à bientôt, j’espère.

mes séjours étaient formidable surtout madame anja c'est une ange elle m'a aidé beaucoup de que j'ai besoin de quelques choses elle ce déplacer rapidement elle est tout le temps souriante et sincère grâce à ca gentillesse et ca bonne accueil je vais réserver 2 mois en été dans cette super établissement je conseille tout le monde de réserver cette établissement merci encore madame anja pour la propreté de cette belle appartement

Le logement était propre, confortable et bien équipé. Omar était très sympathique et nous a donné de bons conseils pour visiter la région.

L'appartement de Zakaria est parfait. Il est situé dans un bon quartier paisible et tranquille. Aucun bruit la nuit. La literie est bonne. Il se trouve à 10 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa el fna ou vous trouverez plein de restaurants et les souks. Zakaria répond très rapidement si vous avez des questions. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Zakaria.

Quiet-spoken, kind & courteous Badr was immediately responsive. His place is located a 5 minute walk from the beach, a 15 minute walk to the fascinating port and beautiful Medina, a 3 minute walk from bakeries, so well located. The large & well-stocked Carrefour grocery store is 5 minutes by car. Lots of street parking in front of the building & we felt very safe in the neighborhood. Badr's place is spacious, comfortable, nicely appointed and relatively quiet (until the meuzzin calls the faithful to prayer). WIFI worked, as did Netflix, but the satellite TV signal was weak, not that we minded. Water pressure in the shower was OK; note that the WC is a wet room (floor squeegee provided), & small kitchen has all you need. We enjoyed our stay, especially the additional space of Badr's place over a hotel room! Many thanks for a hospitable stay in the lovely Essaouira!

Η Γεωργια είναι άψογη!!! άμεση στις απαντήσεις της σε ότι και αν την ρωτήσαμε! μας βοήθησε υπερβολικά με τις συμβουλές της για τα μέρη και τα εστιατόρια που μπορούμε να επισκεφτούμε. το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο με πολλές παροχές! το δωμάτιο της μικρής μας κόρης είχε πολλά παιχνίδια, παραμύθια και παζλ που μπορούσε να κάτσει με τις ώρες και εμείς να ξεκουραστούμε! ακόμη και η κουβέρτα της είχε τα αγαπημένα της unicorns! Η πισίνα του συγκροτήματος ήταν μεγάλη και πολύ καθαρή! η περιοχή ήταν ήσυχη και σε 5 λεπτά βρισκόσουν στη Γεωργιούπολη που υπήρχε περισσότερος κόσμος και μπορούσες να ψωνισεις από σούπερ μάρκετ, καθως να φας και να απολαύσεις ένα ποτό. ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία Γεωργία!!! θα ξαναβρεθούμε σίγουρα!

Une maison magnifique avec beaucoup de goût. Tout est bien pensé et la rénovation est d’une très grande qualité. Tous les espaces sont très agréables et fonctionnels. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Un grand merci pour ce séjour magique.

Maison et vue magnifiques Lieu très calme, où on peut faire du tennis, paddle, golf Mikael est très sympathique, et généreux. Nous espérons revenir une autre année!

Wonderful house, as advertised in description and as shown in pictures. It has all amenities and is in a great location, close to the Spetses port, but far enough to be completely quiet at night. Veranda on top floor has a really nice view. The house is easy to find, as it is close to the city’s museum, and all windy roads have signs to the spetses museum. We were a family of 4 + 2 extra guests, the house easily fit us. We couldn’t be happier with the choice, and made the experience in Spetses unforgettable. The hosts were lovely and very friendly, they left fresh fruit in the fridge for us, and were extremely communicative. Ydria villa is an excellent choice if you plan to spend a few days in Spetses!

The house has been fully redecorated to a high modern day standard. It's spacious and very private, also thanks to the walled inner garden with swimming pool, and possibilities to park two cars behind an electronically operated gate. The house is clean and the beds very comfortable. Also ideal when traveling with two couples of which one has children, because one bedroom has a separate front door that is accessible from the garden (under the roof top terrace). A very nice local restaurant and a supermarket are within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here!

Just returned from a fabulous week at Alison’s villa. Our first villa holiday, and certainly not our last. Everything was as pictured, plentiful supplies to kitchen, bedding and bathrooms. The pool and facilities were immaculate and we had some amazing BBQ’s long into the evening… Cannot fault any part of the villa. And to top it off a superb host to boot. 100% recommended.

Der Kontakt war super , auch vor Ort wurden wir freundlich empfangen und es war immer jemand erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt in einer guten Ecke. Den Pool haben wir leider nicht nutzen können , das Wasser war viel zu kalt , dies wurde uns jedoch im voraus schon gesagt , denke im Sommer ist der Pool perfekt. Das Highlight war für uns der wunderschöne Garten , er lädt zum verweilen ein. Es gibt genug Platz und die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung , das einzige was wir bemängeln würden ist die Sauberkeit und Ordnung der Küche , einige Dinge haben uns gefehlt wie ein Wasserkocher oder Toaster. Das sind jedoch nur Kleinigkeiten und wir würden definitiv nochmal wieder kommen.

We absolutely loved our week here at Kostas’ villa! The villa is beautiful in its location and simplicity and has everything you need for a true holiday that still feels as welcome as home.Kostas met our ferry, assisted us to get a rental car, led us to a supermarket and then to the villa. Such a kind and thoughtful man ! It would be hard to find anyone as nice as Kostas. The villa was peaceful and with spring in the air the incredible tropical garden was starting to wake up. We could smell the orange blossoms in the air and loved drinking wine on the balcony at the end of a long day walking and exploring - watching the beautiful sunsets. Even when we had a few cold and windy days we didn’t care - it was such a lovely place to be. No tv is fabulous - you think you will miss it but no. We couldn’t recommend Kostas and his wonderful villas highly enough - you just have to go and experience it all for yourself. Now. Go now! Thank you so much Kostas! 👏👏🥂
