The house is tucked away at the end of lovely street, and it feels cozy and safe. When I leave, it it easy to follow the checking-out instructions, so there's no hassle at all. Alyson and James have always been easy to communicate with! I will Definitely return!!!

Samuel is a warm and communicative host. The accommodations were as described, and even nicer than expected. The extra touches like bottled water, a few snacks and coffee pods were appreciated. We had space to relax and enjoy meals together, and the three bedrooms were perfect for the three of us. This location was a good home base as we toured Detroit. We will definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to Detroit. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

the stay was nice, the kitchen had most everything to cook, bathrooms were clean, we accidentally broke a cutting board while cleaning it and he was very understanding of it. was great to work with him and will definitely book again in the future if I'm in the area again :)

House is located in a quiet neighborhood, lots of space, adequate parking and had all the amenities we needed! Host is very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and will book again for future stays!

Really cool house in an interesting area. The heating and cooling worked well in each bedroom which I know some previous reviewers have been concerned about. Very comfortable stay for a few nights with our group of adults and young children!

Paul was such a sweetheart for me and my fiancé’s anniversary- he congratulated us, helped me out with any misunderstandings I had about the place and he made it a comfortable experience for both of us. I absolutely will staying with Paul once I go back up to Canada in a few weeks.

The location is amazing, close to the DIA and there are great restaurants not even a block away. Check out the Barcade. The flat is very spacious and has a lot of character.

Kathy’s place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable and had everything we needed for our 4 month stay! The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful and it’s located near so many yummy restaurants and fun downtown attractions. Kathy was always very responsive whenever we reached out to her and always made sure we were taken care of. We would love to stay here if we ever travel to the area again!

I enjoyed my stay at this listing. The listing is accurate and looks like the pictures provided. I appreciate all the extra bedding and the the very quick response from the host. The listing is part of an apartment complex with neighbors. They were very quiet making the place very peaceful. The location is really great. It's up the road from the little town making it cozy but not feeling too far away from society. I recommend this place!

What a cute property! The space was squeaky clean. We traveled with another couple, each had own bedroom and bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. I missed that it was on the third floor, all stairs. It is a quiet building and neighborhood. We were minutes from downtown, but a couple blocks from a pub in any direction. Host has thorough instructions and responded timely. I would definitely stay here again.

Such a charming space in a beautiful house! I love the character of older homes and this one is great. Radiant heat kept the place plenty warm. Host was a great communicator. Bed was VERY comfortable. I’d definitely return.

We had a great stay at Rachel’s place! It’s right in the heart of Downtown Holly…a great little town with lots to do within walking distance from her place. Another added bonus is that parking was super easy (a dedicated spot in the same lot as the building). Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

The beautiful restoration work on the exterior of the mansion is simply amazing. The interior was more modern than expected, but clean, bright, and well designed. The location was terrific. The Q-Line was truly within walking distance and we used it to go south on Woodward Ave. to shops and restaurants. We also picked were able to easily pick up the People Mover (after taking the Q-line south to Grand Circus Park) and move above locations on its route without driving. There are many architectural marvels within sight of the Edmond. Additionally there are restaurants, bars, and bakeries within distance as well. It was a very nice stay and a perfect location.

We really appreciated Jeff’s suggestions…tried Lena & loved it. So walkable to nearby restaurants, casino, Eastern Market & stadiums.

Have stayed here 3 times. This time however we had to cut it short due to illness in my family. Was hoping to get some sort of credit for the next time we stay.

Nice central location with easy street parking. A quick walk to DIA; we drove everywhere else. Space was bigger than we expected from the photos. Great kitchen!

I loved my time here. Jason was a fantastic host that responded quickly to my questions and offered great information on how to make my trip the best it could be. His knowledge of the town was stellar and he was extremely accommodating in every way. He was kind and his place was pristine! My stay was magical and comfortable. EXQUISITE STAY!!! I’ve stayed at 30+ Airbnb’s and this place was top notch! Easy instructions with attention to detail in every room 👌🏼I will definitely book again when I’m in Detroit.
