Great deal for everything you get, we wanted a quiet weekend before holiday craziness started and it was exactly what we wanted! The hosts were so helpful and clear and quickly responded to questions. We hope to come back in the summer time!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was spotless, quiet, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close enough to explore Lexington, Berea, and Red River Gorge, yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. We especially enjoyed being able to walk to downtown restaurants like Millstone Social, Apollo's Pizza, and Purdy's Coffee. Everything was exactly as described, and we truly felt at home. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area!

Better than the photos in the listing. Could be in House Beautiful or some other home decor magazine. And beautiful live plants in every room. Because of the floor plan, felt very spacious and private inside. The apartment was only a few blocks from and walkable to coffee shop, restaurants, shops, and bars in historic downtown Richmond. And less than a mile from Eastern Kentucky University. Also felt very safe. Enjoyed both the apartment and the town of Richmond. Definitely would stay here again.

A beautiful, spacious, and clean space! I would love to have such a cute apartment to live in!! The BnB is in a converted home, with three other units. It was very quiet and in a cute neighborhood. The town is very cute and friendly.

Hosts were very helpful and responsive, and there was lots of space; a much better option than a hotel! It was a little musky on the main level but it was a great value overall.

All was good for us. We didn’t think that the surroundings were necessarily the best. But, we got along fine.

We were in town to visit EKU and stayed at Freida's place. It is cute, cozy, very clean and contains all the comforts of home, including phone chargers and a makeup mirror!!! We really enjoyed our stay and will be booking here again!!

What an adorable and cozy apartment. Ellen was kind enough to accommodate a very late check-in and even left lights on so we didn’t have to enter a dark apartment. That was very much appreciated. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Super comfortable beds, hot water and good water pressure, safe neighborhood. My daughter and I took a walk around the area and downtown and felt very safe. Her gardens make it feel like you are in this little oasis away from everything. Very peaceful and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Ellen’s place.

We have stayed with Susan before & it is always a lovely experience. Very comfortable, clean & no issues. Near our daughter's UK apartment. Highly recommend!

The place was great! private and quiet. Nice kitchen so was able to stay in and cook. highly recommend and will look to stay there again if I'm in the area.

Brooke is an outstanding host, giving great details ahead of stay and responding quickly if questions arise. I stayed her visiting my daughter at UKy and the space was perfect for the weekend. Loved walking down the block one way for a great bakery or the other way to a quaint coffee shop and a good breakfast/lunch spot. What people say about the noisy bed is accurate but it was comfortable and there were plenty of linens, coffee pods, etc in the place. I would stay here again!

30 minutes from Lexington airport and 1 hour from Louisville airport giving us options for flights. Sarah was very responsive and kept us up to date on the flooding situations and was willing to offer us a refund if we wanted to cancel due to closures from flooding. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Had a great stay. The location couldn't be beat-close to the horse park and walkable to everything in town. Some have mentioned street noise and parking but neither were much of an issue.Noise wasn't too much of an issue. A little in the early morning as people were heading to work but we are early risers so not a problem. We were able to park right in front of the building all but one day but used the parking lot on the other day. The apt actually has two 1/2 baths. one with a vanity and toilet, the other with a shoeer/tub and vanity. This was great for having separate areas for getting ready in the morning. All in all a great find and if we come back to Georgetown, we will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here several times and never had a complaint. Sarah is a great host and would recommend staying here!
