Beautiful views, great terrace and pool plus the hot tub was unmissable. Clean spaces and air conditioning made sleeping possible in the heat. Lovely location and surroundings whilst being close to Palau with shops and restaurants if you can pull yourself away from the terrace.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich bezaubernd. Das Haus ist gross genug und dennoch sehr übersichtlich. Äusserst charmanter Stil und Einrichtung. Die Umgebung ist ruhig – ideal für alle, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Mit dem Auto erreichbar, liegt sie etwas abgelegen, daher ist es ein Stück bis zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit oder Sehenswürdigkeit. Wir waren im April dort und wegen der eher kühlen Temperaturen froh über den beheizten Whirlpool. Als Tierfreunde gefielen uns die vielen Katzen und Nala, der Hund der Gastgeber. Diese waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie sprechen wenig Englisch, aber man verständigte sich mit digitalen Hilfen. Nicht ganz klar aus der Ausschreibung war, dass es eine zweite Unterkunft auf dem Grundstück gibt – den Aussenbereich teilt man sich also eventuell. Der Sonnenuntergang hinter dem Stein beim Pool ist ein Highlight. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gaetano à été un super hôte ! il a été très flexible quant à notre arrivée et départ. Il nous a fait la présentation du logement, remis les clés et à été excrément accueillant. Il nous a en plus offert à notre arrivé une bouteille de rosé et des friandises local 😍. Il nous a transmis une liste complète des meilleures restaurants, plages et activités à faire dans les environs. c'était vraiment un super séjours et Gaetano à été excellent tout du long ! je recommande vivement ! merci encore

Très joli intérieur avec de superbes poutres en genévrier, un bon moment passé au calme ! Marisa est très réactive.

Chambre spacieuse, propre et moderne. Cuisine bien équipée, plaques de cuisson au gaz 👍 mais aucun four. Véhicule indispensable. Terrasse très agréable avec espace vert tout autour et parking à proximité directe de l'hébergement. À recommander +++

Daniela is a friendly host. The instructions she gave were so clear. Any time we texted her she replied us so quickly. The house is located in the country-yard, the place is so peaceful. In 20-30 min by car you can go to famous beaches of Porto Rotondo, Porto Cerco and Baja Sardinia. We enjoyed our stay.

O locație superbă , m-am așteptat să fie un vibe bun , dar nu chiar atât . Piscină superbă , grădina , peisajul . Oricând aș reveni la acest loc de basm . Prețurile sunt ca peste tot ( scumpe ) , dar priveliștea impresionantă . Vă mulțumesc pentru găzduire și seriozitate .

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Stefanos Haus. Er hat sofort auf jede Anfrage geantwortet und will das Beste für seine Gäste. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und sauber. Sehr erfreulich, dass auch Badetücher und ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand zur Verfügung stehen. Aber besser noch als am Strand zu liegen ist es die Terrasse zu genießen. Wir haben uns auch sehr über den täglichen Besuch der kleinen Hunde und der Katze gefreut.

Parfait ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Antonella, son mari Silvio et sa maman (que nous avons rencontrée avec plaisir lors du départ) sont d'une très grande gentillesse et font tout leur possible pour que leurs hôtes se sentent comme chez eux. La communication a été parfaite. La maison (qui est très facile d'accès) est vraiment super (encore mieux que sur les photos !) : de belles grandes pièces lumineuses, très bien équipées et d'une propreté irréprochable. L'environnement est très beau et la situation de la maison permet de visiter facilement tout le nord de la Sardaigne. Ne pas manquer de réserver une table à la ferme Lu Stabbiacciu (à 5km de la maison), nous nous sommes régalés et avons passé une super soirée dans une ambiance familiale et italienne ! Bref, nous recommandons vivement cette location et remercions vivement Antonella pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Nous reviendrons...

Uns wurden Videos zur Anreise geschickt, die Lage ist sehr gut und sehr ruhig, wenn man mit dem Fahrzeug anreist, am besten keinen tiefer gelegten Wagen nehmen, ist ein Schotterweg mit Steigungen und Erhöhungen . Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Super einfache und schnelle Kommunikation. Schnelle Reaktion und Behebung eine Mangels am Pool- Filterpumpen liefen nicht. Haus befindet sich ca 15 Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Wij zijn met zeer veel plezier een weekje in dit huisje geweest. Een heerlijke tuin, een perfect huisje, dat met zorg en liefde is ingericht. Luiken voor de ramen die de slaapkamer lekker donker maken, en een fijne veranda om op te zitten. Echt een plek om nog eens terug te komen! Wij waren zo dom geweest om de sleutel (die je met een koord om je hals kunt hangen) te vergeten toen we vertrokken. Gelukkig hebben we die in goed overleg kunnen terugsturen. Andere gasten, wees gewaarschuwd voor deze vergissing. Hoe dan ook: echt een aanraden, een plek om helemaal tot rust te komen en een prima uitvalbasis naar de Costa Smeralda en de bergen in het binnenland.

La casa di Federico è molto accogliente, ha un giardino carino e rilassante. La casa è vicino a bellissime spiaggie e a tutte le comodità.

We had a very pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, well-located, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We also appreciated being able to check out later due to the time change. Plus, Piero was always easy to reach and happy to help with any questions. One thing to keep in mind is that many places are closed during the off-season.

I can recommend this apartment. It features a beautiful view on Corsica and a cosy garden. Kitchen is well equipped, and bathroom is clean and comfortable. Projector in the bedroom is a great feature for chilling out in the evening.

The communication with Ivano was great from beginning to end. He is a lovely, very accommodating host. The house is great (just like it looks on the photos) and it was sparkling clean. Ivano left multiple drinks and snacks that were all delicious! This Airbnb is outfitted with all you need, but everything has its place, so there is zero clutter. The garden is simply spectacular and since there is so much privacy, you can leave the living room door open all day long! The bed is EXTREMELY comfortable & the house is very quiet, so restful sleep is guaranteed! The bathroom and the kitchen are great size, the water pressure is fantastic. The location is ideal: both the town and the beaches are a quick 5-10 minute drive away. I loved my stay here and could not recommend it more highly! Thank you very much, Ivano! 💝
