Conveniently located minutes to Lyons or Estes Park in a private community oasis: six trout stocked lakes, 600+ private acres of hiking, fishing and exploring. Boarding National Forest, boating, tennis, horseshoes and summer time swimming. Cozy stone fireplace, plus wood burning stove, wrap around deck, vaulted ceiling, steam shower, 2 flat screen TV's and granite counters in the kitchen.
