Sole occupancy of this home. Freshly decorated to a high standard with modern appliances and plenty of room with a cosy atmosphere throughout. All rooms are light and pleasantly comfortable. The apartment includes 3 rooms with a private external entrance and a locked internal door if needed. The single bedroom is ensuite; the other main room is a living space with a kitchenette and large sofa bed. We are close to the route south / north too and from Edinburgh but far enough away (1.5km) to not get interrupted by road / traffic noise.
