The Dovecote is a dog-friendly, two-story barn conversion in Seaton, nestled in the Rutland countryside with views of the Welland Valley and Welland Viaduct. It features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan living/dining area, library, well-equipped kitchen, outdoor dining, utility space and two private parking spaces. Just a short walk away from the village pub, The George & Dragon. Explore Rutland Water and towns like Uppingham, Oakham, Corby and Stamford all within a 20-minute drive.

Fruit Barn - boutique, luxury, secure parking.

Fruit barn is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. It was newly built to a high spec in 2025. Beds are from Neptune and bed linen from The White Company. 1 x king bed and 2 x single beds. There can be an extra single added. Bedrooms have black out curtains. There isn’t a cooker but there is a microwave, a Dualit toaster, kettle, Nespresso & small fridge. There is a fabulous pub in the village - The Bell, which serves lunch and dinner. The barn is set within a 3 acre garden

Unique rural retreat perched on a hill in open countryside with breathtaking views. The Retreat is a self-contained 3 bedroom home adjacent to our barn conversion in 13 acres. The barn was converted by ourselves over two levels - one ground floor and one underground (don't worry it is very light and airy on the lower floor!) The perfect place for a countryside getaway to totally relax and unwind. Great walking and cycling on your doorstep or just switch off, chill out and enjoy the space.

The village has a shop, pub, medical centre, and an antique shop just 250m away. The local area also benefits from many other very good pubs, restaurants and cafes.
