We enjoyed our stay and especially enjoyed the welcome pack of treats and the nice note welcoming us on our arrival. Adding a clothes dryer would be a nice extra touch for the future.

This was one the most affordable and spacious options in lutsen. The affordability and space does not compromise it's aesthetic appeal either, as the interior is well decorated, and the outdoor view gives you a clear look of the mountain

Had a wonderful cousins weekend here! Was close to town, we were able to explore the city yet return to the home and relax in the hot tub. Hosts were very responsive and home was just as described. Thank you, would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place to stay, did a boys trip up north and had a fantastic time. Hot tub was so nice and everything inside looked really nice and was comfortable. Would stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Lake Superior retreat while volunteering and spectating at the John Beargrease Sled Dog Marathon. The location was perfect—peaceful, scenic, and provided easy access to key race spots like the checkpoint Sky port, Otter Lake road crossing, and the Grand Portage finish. It was also an easy drive to Grand Marais for dining and exploring. The cabin is a perfect mix of rustic charm and comfort, with stunning lake views and cozy in-floor heating. After long days out in the cold, it was the perfect place to warm up and unwind. Tiffany was an excellent host—extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive. The property’s history, nearby Hovland Dock, and surrounding trails make this a special place for any North Shore adventure. We highly recommend this stay to anyone looking to relax and explore this beautiful area!

We wanted to get away to enjoy the peace and quiet in nature for the weekend and we got just that. This home is cozy, clean, and serene. Before I even left, I sent the listing to a friend as a recommendation for bird watching and time in nature. We were even blessed by seeing a black bear less than thirty feet from the hot tub. He stopped to evaluate us while we evaluated him and then he went on his way. My fiancée and I invited a few friends along for this trip and they complimented and thanked me multiple times on my choice for this home and told me I get to choose next time as well. Erin is a wonderful host, she is very clear, accommodating, and responsive. You won’t regret this home if you choose to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay. The end unit is great for a beautiful view! The location is amazing to Ski in/Ski out! Very cozy with the fireplace. Love the large deck. Jesse and Dean were very helpful and quick to respond with my questions. Thank you for allowing my furry kids to join us!! It was really fun!!!!

This property was beautiful and great space. The deck was so spacious. This is a great home especially for a big family or several people. There are two separate living room spaces so everyone can have privacy. The kitchen has all amenities you will need to cook and a wonderful long counter space with stools perfect area to feed kids for lunch or set up buffet style. Getting down to the lake is very easy. The fire pit is so great. I can’t wait to rent this space again.

We loved our stay at the cabin! It was clean and the kitchen was fantastic. Shelley was proactive in communicating what to expect. The hot tub was lovely, and the perfect way to relax after hiking around the local Provincial Parks. This was perfect for exploring the Thunder Bay area!

The property is as in the photos, very spacious in the inside. Right on the water, only a minute or two from downtown Ely, but worlds away from the City. Nice setting, plenty of room for all in your group. Multiple levels, built to enjoy being on the lake, so many nice touches, and the kitchen is well stocked, with plenty of glasses/plates and everything required to feel at home. Plenty of towels! Hot tub is in a private setting! Second floor is reached by open stairway, includes an open area overlooking first floor, that includes conversation area with futon, and large bedroom with great view of sunrise and attached bathroom with shower and large jetted tub. We were just two, and felt comfortably together, larger groups will not feel crowded, and two cars can park in the garage, and they provide two remote garage door openers, so you do not have to get out of your car to open or close the garage door. Truly is like having your own place in the woods, if you were a millionaire!

This cabin is a gem! Our family felt right at home and loved every minute spent here. We saw amazing signs of wildlife by day and enjoyed the cozy fireplace, sauna, and stunning night sky by night. Our hosts communicated clearly with us about getting to the cabin, but it’s worth mentioning that you might need AWD to get to the cabin in winter. If you want a picture-perfect, quiet spot to recharge, this is it. Book it and enjoy!

We stayed at Nord Hyyt for the first time this April and it did not disappoint. Chad and Jennifer were welcoming, knowledge, friendly and timely. Their rental was beautiful and uncomplicated with everything we needed for a wonderfully relaxing stay. The woodfired hot tub and sauna were an especially amazing addition to the relaxing location. We would love to stay again in a season that has more to offer and explore outside of the rental. But this trip was all about relaxing and catching up with family and Nord Hyyt was perfect.

This Airbnb was a perfect place for a larger group due to the spacious and well planned space. Everything was high quality and felt built to last, which seems rarer and rarer nowadays. We used the pool/hot tub and pickleball facilities. Pool+hot tub were a nice size and there was plenty of seating. We enjoyed the pickleball but the paddles did seem aged. It would be nice for the resort group to implement self check in for the ease of the guests but Crystal at the front desk was a friendly face.
