good lodgings, great host, Chipo, Vera and the team were helpful above and beyond, before I arrived, while there and at the end....just very responsive and highly helpful. they handled my every challenge with ease and efficiency, I plan to use them again

if you use Google maps easy to find. you need private transport or Bolt to get somewhere. but that's just looking do find anything negative. ;-) .. overall more than happy. everything and more was there in kitchen and bathroom. we will be back!

Our stay couldn't have been more spectacular. It was a perfect balance of being within close proximity to Leopard Hill's top restaurants/markets and the serenity of being out at a world-class African bush lodge. The interiors were absolutely beautiful, the house was pristine and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Linda was communicative, provided guidance as needed, and was responsive on-demand. I couldn't have ask for a more wonderful place to stay, everyone was truly above and beyond!

Amazing Stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The cozy, spotless space, serene surroundings, and warm hospitality made it the perfect getaway. Bob's place was splendid. It exceeded our expectations - the photos do not do the place any justice, it is far much better and gorgeous. I was gifting my family a Christmas gateaway and it was the perfect place, location wise and size - we were a group of 9 people and each one of us had our own bed as the house can accommodate up to 11 people or so - and each room is en-suite so no sharing of bathrooms. Natasha is managing the property, she is so helpful and very responsive, she attended to every issue we raised. We were glad to find the kitchen fully stocked with mineral water, eggs, milk etc, we felt right at home. As I was flying out of the country after Christmas, Natasha helped to arrange transport to the airport for me at a small fee, and the driver was very polite and professional. I highly recommend Bob's place for group visits outside the hustle and bustle of city life... For some peace and quiet moments with family and friends. Will be visiting again soon!

Kathi place is a very beautiful house beautiful decor and furniture very spacious Ideal place to stay only 5 minutes walk into local town with shops and bars and restaurants Kathi place is very safe and I would highly recommend this place especially compared to other properties in Lusaka district I will definitely return when next in lusaka I

Good place, clean, helpful host

Very nice, safe, Clean, private apartments, I really enjoyed my 3 weeks stay at this property very comfortable I found everything they listed well organized, the host and the Co- host were so nice and friendly. Felistus she’s was so nice, kind and good to me whenever I needed something she never delayed me she gets everything done on time she’s the best. I really enjoyed my time there I miss it already can’t wait to come back again!!! The whole crew good work!!

We enjoyed staying at this place,the guard and helper are so marvelous and panctual.Joe was always ready for us anytime we called him.The house just need a little bit of touch to make it 100% super......

Ich war sehr zufrieden, und habe viel Zeit im Haus verbracht da ich von dort aus gearbeitet habe, leicht für andere zu finden die mich besucht haben um mit mir zu arbeiten oder mich abgeholt haben, Kings Land wird noch mehr entwickelt so dass in der Zukunft auch in der Anlage Restaurants und eine grosse Mall sein wird. Das Haus wird täglich von Montag bis Freitag von einer sehr freundlichen Reinigungskraft gepflegt und auch der Garten wir ordentlich und täglich gemacht. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, sehr sauber und hat ausreichend Platz, mit einer grossen Küche, mir gefällt der Ausblick aus dem Haus das es nicht so verbaut ist. Auch wenn Kingsland nicht ganz so im Zentrum liegt gefällt mir diese Anlage sehr gut mit sehr viel grün. Gerne wieder danke Michel

A lovely 2 story airbnb that is comfortable and spacious. The security is very good here and the hosts are excellent.

clean quiet and all amenities were as described. Mwila was responsive, place was secure, fast internet, backup power supply available and no inconvenience at all.

We had a wonderful two week stay at this house. It is a large, pleasant three bedroom house - the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a great canopy mosquito net which is very helpful in the rainy season (we sprayed the other rooms for mosquitos before going to bed as they didn't have nets). The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook for yourself, which we really appreciated. The garden is even more impressive - it's huge, beautiful and full of lovely plants and flowers. The house has a nice patio with patio furniture so you can sit or eat outside and enjoy the view of the garden. There's also a braai stand - perfect for barbecuing in the sun. A beautiful, peaceful oasis in the middle of the city. The only issue we had was that the solar power backup system wasn't working when the power went out, but hopefully this will be fixed soon. The house is a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive from East Park Mall & Arcades Mall on Great East Road, and even closer to Foxdale Mall. There is a caretaker on site, and a cleaner who come regularly, and they were both very friendly and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return the next time we are in Lusaka. Thank you!
