Marine was friendly, responsive and helpful. We arrived in the middle of the night but still had no problem with her instructions or getting into the house. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable and the garden was stunningly beautiful. I would highly recommend staying there for families and groups who want to be that side of town.

AMAZING! We honestly don't understand that this house does not only have 5-star ratings! It is such a beautiful farm with a very high ceiling, and one small pool next to the house and a bigger one at the end of the garden. The photos do not do the place justice, it's even nicer in real life. And it feels so much like you're in nature even though it's only a short drive from Nairobi. When driving towards the house one can see zebras and giraffes. Would definitely recommend!! It's a bit expensive but we went with a group so that we could divide the money. All in all: 11 out of 10 for this house.

It's a very lovely and green and quiet home in Karen - the place instantly makes you feel at peace. Enjoy being in nature but still close to Karen places. I have been there twice now and would definitely visit again!

We traveled to Nairobi for 2 weeks to be close to our son's family, who live nearby. Specioza's place was as described, very secluded and private, with beautiful grounds, and all the amenities you would need for a short or long stay. Specioza and Peter (the groundskeeper) were very responsive, and flexible with our booking. However, guests should be aware that you absolutely need to have your own vehicle to access this property, and in rainy weather, you would need AWD. We typically get around via Uber, and often order grocery and restaurant deliveries, but none of these options were available to us, due to the long dirt road leading to the remote property. Fortunately, we were able to borrow an AWD vehicle from our son, which made our stay workable and pleasant. We would highly recommend this property if you like a very quiet and secluded setting, and have your own vehicle. We would definitely consider this property again for future visits.

The highlight of my stay was Geneva's staff. They were helpful and friendly. I felt right at home. I also appreciated how clean the place was. Would love to come again.

Extremely clean and cozy place, surrounded by nice places to eat out and shopping malls. The place is a haven, with extra spaces for chilling or working. She has put thought on the decor and the garden is well taken care of, making it a memorable place. Jacque is extremely kind and very communicative. I will definitely come back!

We absolutely loved our stay. It was the perfect place for a family Christmas, with not just relatives, but visiting Turkeys, Chickens, Dogs and even a giant tortoise. The Compound itself is stunning with some wonderful big old tree’s. Ann was a wonderful welcoming and helpful Housekeeper.

The apartment is beautifully designed with state-of-the-art, modern furnishings and is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Located on the 13th floor, it offers breathtaking views of the Nairobi skyline and the serene Kileleshwa surroundings, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of this stay was the fantastic amenities. The building has a well-equipped gym and a swimming pool, both accessible to guests—an excellent addition for those who love to stay active or simply enjoy a refreshing dip. Mr. Tom is an outstanding host—responsive, professional, and always timely in communication, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. My family and I stayed at Paps cabin for 2 nights only because it was fully booked and I couldn't extend my stay. The cabin is private, the surrounding garden is really well maintained and the staff were incredibly helpful. Bunduz is perfect for families that want to spend some quality time and watch beautiful sunsets. The restaurant is an added bonus for those who'd like a break from making their own meals, the food at the restaurant was excellent! The only improvement I'd suggest is the restocking of some of the kitchen utensils and crockery like plates. My family and I will definitely be staying here again

From check-in to check-out, our stay at Mainan Cabins was nothing short of amazing. The on-compound team was warm and welcoming, making us feel at home immediately. The cabin itself is beautifully designed—cozy, stylish, and filled with warmth. The loft space, open kitchen, and large windows made it the perfect retreat. The privacy here is unmatched. No city noise, no interruptions—just nature, fresh air, and peace. We spent our days playing football, baseball, and even doing yoga on the open lawn. Evenings were magical by the BBQ grill, sharing stories under a sky full of stars. The views? Absolutely breathtaking! A short 2km walk led us to stunning landscapes perfect for reflection. This place is a haven for couples, friends, or solo travelers looking to disconnect and recharge. Mainan Cabins is truly special—we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

Ol Losowan proved to be a very peaceful place to spend our final few days in Kenya before flying back to the U. K. Within walking distance of the Giraffe Centre, we took in that experience and then cooled off in the beautiful saline pool and read beneath the trees and umbrellas. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds made for restful nights, and we made the most of the kitchen and bbq facilities to prepare most of our meals on site to the sound of the tree hyraxes and bush babies. Thank you for hosting us Julie and your team. Our only disappointment was that we never got to meet you in person!

This is a lovely rustic house. It is very large with many bedrooms and great for groups. Our group of friends felt right at home and well cared for by Philip and the staff who helped with meals and washing up. The simple charm and and calm surroundings were a real treat.

We had an amazing stay at Olelek Cabin. It was so lovely and peaceful, everyone was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Joshua the chef (and Wilson) were exceptional and we were lucky enough to do dinner with Patrick on the last night which was a nice way to end the trip. The hike with Thomas was also a highlight. Would highly recommend to others wanting to get out of the city and disconnect. Would be happy to go back!

Hylines boende Aframe är ett spännande litet hus som ligger jättefint med naturen alldeles nära runtom huset. Glaspartiet speciellt i badrummet är fantastiskt! Det är tyst förutom fågelkvitter och några frigående höns som hälsar på ibland. Området i Karen är stillsamt och grönt och det gör detta till en plats och ett boende där maN verkligen kan vila ut. Hyline är en mycket omtänksam värd och svarar snabbt på chatten. Tankar om boendet skulle möjligtvis vara att man önskar en större varmvattenberedare och ett stabilare internet. Har varit fina dagar här! Tack Hyline!
