This Airbnb is an absolute gem! Homestay is fully equipped, spotless, and well cared! The privacy is unbeatable. With a beautiful garden and no immediate neighbors, we could relax, laugh, and enjoy ourselves without worry. The peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a true retreat. The location is perfect, away from noisy main roads, offering pure tranquility. And the kitchen—wow! Spacious, airy, and perfect for cooking, especially with fresh organic vegetables from the garden and generous neighbors who share their delicious homegrown produce. The garden even has grapefruit and papaya trees, so we enjoyed fresh fruit straight from nature! Finally, the host is beyond amazing—100 out of 10! Incredibly kind, always available, and quick to help with anything. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-equipped, and truly special place in Yen Bai, this is it. We’d absolutely stay again. We stayed 2 nights at Gioi's Cinnamon ecolodge, it was the best part of our 15 days in Vietnam ! Best food, best atmosphere and best human experience we have had in the country with Gioi and his family ! I'm highly recommending this place to anyone travelling to Vietnam, it's worth the drive even if you are in Hanoi or Sa Pa, simply the most authentic taste of rural vietnam you will find ! Thanks again Gioi for this truly amazing moments !

Me and my wife visited Xoi's homestay in july of 2024. We were travelling through vietnam by motorcycles. Xoi was excellent in her communication, not only did she instantly reply to my messages but her English was spot on. She's a very happy and excited host. The whole family is great. We had an amazing dinner with the whole family and another french couple that was also staying at Xoi's. we stayed for one night in the most beautiful room we could imagine. This place is a 100% worth the drive. If we ever come back to northern vietnam this is definitely a place we are going back to. Xoi is great, food was great, room was awesome. You SHOULD go here!

If you want the Vietnamese experience, look no further. Mr Hoan and his family provide an excellent place to stay, outstanding food, and great hospitality. With a choice between private rooms, or a shared larger room with individual beds separated by curtains, anyone can stay here on a budget or not. Dinner was excellent, and the home-made rice wine was to die for. His family is very welcoming, and you feel right home with them. I could not have asked for a better place to stay!

LeLe Haus war einfach ein wunderbares Zuhause. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und waren dirket erstaunt von all den süßen Details und den wunderschönen Malereien überall. Es ist ein Paradies für offene Geister, voller Inspiration und man merkt, dass die beiden mit viel Liebe und Hingabe arbeiten. Sie hat wunderbar für uns gekocht und das Zimmer perfekt vorbereitet, er hat uns viele schöne Geschichten erzählt und uns sogar im Malen unterrichtet! Da hat einfach alles gepasst. Wer künstlerische Inspiration, Herzlichkeit und eine wunderschöne Erfahrung sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder - mit noch mehr Zeit zum Reden, Malen, Essen, Erleben... Und auch das Zimmer und die ganze Anlage sind so schön und sauber und wunderbar bunt ... wir vermissen es jetzt schon, dort zu sein!
