Dejlig privat 4 værelses lejlighed udlejes i ferie og nogle weekender. Lejlighed på Århus ø med udsigt til vandet. Stor sofa en mand kan sove på. Baby seng kan lånes. Lejlighed er i stuen. Der er vaskemuligheder i lejligheden. Tæt på træning Tæt på supermarked. Skønt sommerhus kun 400 m. fra stranden

Hyggeligt og velholdt sommerhus i gåafstand til børnevenlig badestrand tæt ved skov og natur. Huset er i et plan med plads til 5-6 gæster og et anneks med plads til 2. I soveværelset er der en seng på 160x200 og i stuen en sovesofa med ca. samme størrelse, når den er slået ud, i det andet værelse er der en seng på 120x200, hvor der er plads til at 2 børn/unge. Annekset indeholder en seng på 140x200, det er isoleret og har radiator. Nogle vil synes, at 7 voksne er for mange pga husets str.

Roligt landsted, tæt på Aarhus

Hyggelig lejlighed på vores dejlige landsted Edelslund med masser af frisk luft, fred og ro. Det ligger i den lille by Norring 3 km fra Hinnerup. Der er en skøn sydvendt terrasse med solopvarmet udebruser og en fantastisk udsigt over marker. Lejligheden er 73 m3 med egen indgang fra gårdspladsen, hvor det er muligt at parkere. Lejligheden består af køkken-alrum og stue, badeværelse med bruger, soveværelse med dobbeltseng. I stuen er der mulighed for 2 ekstra sovepladser på sofaen.

The Danish-American national park "Rebild Bakker" and the "Rold Skov" forest are within easy reach (15 km). The accommodation is in a detached building with a private entrance, kitchen, and bathroom facilities.

Terrace, balcony, garden, parking, wifi, washer, wood burner, heat pump, meditation cabinet. No TV, no dishwasher, no baking oven. Last pic is wood burner. Checkout 10am. NO CHARGING of electric car batteries.

Cozy surroundings for a perfect night out. In this spacious guest suite you can enjoy the tranquility and each other's company. There is plenty of space to relax outside and inside. There is a separate entrance, a separate bathroom/toilet and a kitchen with crockery, electric kettle, single hob etc. Sofa bed of good quality. There is access to a pavilion with a barbecue and the option of a wilderness bath and outdoor shower (by agreement).

Very cozy and newer summer cottage located only 400 m - 5 min walk - to the ocean with a very children friendly beach. The nearest town is Ebeltoft which is a very famous tourist area in DK. Ebeltoft is famous for its nature/national parks and for lots of sightseeing. Aarhus - the second biggest City in DK is only 50 km away.
