Situated just above the "Sunset beach" in Lapad bay area.You will have: whole apartment (75m2) for yourself, dinning terrace (30m2), chill-out terrace (50m2) / a private garden area and a private parking. Apartment is part of the "Marijan” gallery built by Marijan Kockovic, a world renowned artist. Unobstructed view of old town and endless Adriatic sea are at your fingertips. The house is situated on Ploce Gate, one of the Old Town's two main entrances. Despite the fact that we are in the heart of the city, the place feels tranquil and remote.
