We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

it's my 2nd time here,. and ias usual, it did not disappoint. The place is perfect for either team building or gatheting with family. 😊

Just as most of the reviews, this place really is a gem in the metro. My friends and I had a wonderful stay, chilling with each other, and the place really entices conversations between its visitors. The host and the caretaker are so hospitable and assistive to us, made clear instructions and made sure we had what we needed. Thanks again! Definitely a reco!

2nd time to booked for 4D3N. We had a wonderful time at Diony’s place. The property was spotless, and Sir Jef was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay again and again! 🥰

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Very good for family or barkada bonding. The place is very spacious, no other houses nearby, ok to be a bit noisy. It was drizzling the entire weekend we we came, so the weather was really cool and the pool water was very cold. No heaters in the bathrooms which is understandable; and water pressure is not so strong so dont expect that showers will work (there are pails and dippers anyway), but the toilets work ok. The caretakers' house is nearby so expect a few people passing by every now and then. Kitchen and dining areas are spacious, complete and clean. No need for aircon, although maybe need to check during the intense summer months. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, no complaints from our side.

Tito Manuel is very accommodating and very helpful. He is very welcoming and pleasant to talk to. Most probably I will book again his place next time.

The place was nice and clean. It is a comfortable stay for the four of us. We enjoyed the netflix and free pool access. The kitchen are nice with complete utensils to use from cooking to eating utensils. Although there are drain fly larvae found on the shower area, it is manageable. Hope they can add additional blanket and entertainment materials like boardgames, cards and karaoke. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

I am very happy we found this place for our quick staycation with my colleagues! The place is immaculate, aesthetic and complete! The host is very hospitable and always a call away whenever we have some concerns. I am giving a 5 stars to this place because we loved the stay here. We would love to come back here. I love how clean the unit is and the bathrooms are spacious. Everything was well thought of, the kitchen utensils, cleaning stuff and even the trash bags! The place is downright 1:1 with the photos. The living room & kitchen are open and right beside each other but the space felt cosy and spacious for our small group. Kitchen had complete equipment & basic necessities (just bring ingredients for the meals to prep). The pool, outdoor kitchen, & grilling area were tidy and well-maintained, even had a few visiting neighbourhood cats~ Since we visited during weekends, some neighbours were relaxing on their own "fun" way but weren't disruptive in any matter. Bedrooms were comfy and the bathrooms had shower heaters and bidets! The host is quick, responsive. and informative w/ how they sent us pdfs of the what restos and interesting places/activities were nearby, how to get there, their inspiration for Tipolo's House, and very detailed instructions and desc on how to utilise their appliances and where to find specific house items. The caretaker, Ate Jen, is also amicable and always checking on our wellbeing~ Would we visit again? 💯% Yes!

Me and my husband booked the apartment for 3 days and 2 nights - The check-in and check-out process was kinda easy. The apartment is really good value clean and comfortable - which is actually more beatiful than the pictures, and it is convenient to all the places we want to go to. The owner could not have done more to help us and answered any questions immediately, Ms. Gladys is very responsive and kind. We also enjoyed the swimming pool area. Nice place to stay and to relaxed. We are looking forward to our next visit. ❤️

My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

Beautiful modern townhome on main thouroghfare. Best greeting ever for guests with fresh bread and fruits and personalized signage on the table. got used to the neighbors dog barking every morning and the traffic wasn't that noticeable at night. Private shared parking behind automatic gate was nice, super close to nightlife in poblacion.

The place was perfect for my daughter’s sweet 16th bday. No karaoke so it was peaceful and quiet. We were allowed to play music and we’re very mindful to lower down the volume during late night. Lots of greenery. They allowed us to decorate the attic room where my daughter and her friends held their pajama party. No wifi but we already prepared pocket wifi and data and it was already mentioned in the property description. The host was very accommodating as well as their caretaker. Will definitely book again and also recommend!! :)

The place was clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The setting was incredibly tranquil, perfect for a relaxing staycation. Miss Cham was an outstanding host, always quick to respond, went above and beyond in hospitality. Had such a great stay. 🫶

Can't find the best word to describe the place as it was so stunning, clean and comfy. The interior and vibes is calm, serene, aesthetic and clean. The view was spectular and breathtaking. Every corner is gram worthy. This is the best BNB place we've ever stayed so far. Definitely worth coming back over again.

We had a problem with our initial booking at another place. Thankfully, Eds was willing to accommodate us even an hour before check in. Eds was very proactive with our stay. Always a text away should we have any problem with the place (very minimal, btw). Place has a home-y feel. Very relaxing. Location is also very convenient as it is near restaurants and a grocery store next door. We had a wonderful time (my dog, especially). Will definitely be back soon!
