Thanks to Jeanne and Jim, we had an amazing stay in OC. They welcomed us into their beautiful home for the perfect beach weekend. We appreciated the clean and functional interior. We were thrilled to enjoy the back deck leading to the beach. Everything about the place was ideal for our plans. We are so grateful for Jim and Jeanne supporting our family having a great time and for allowing us to make memories for a lifetime. Thank you for having us!

Marianna was so helpful in helping me find this place last minute when I made a mistake booking a home, she responded in a matter of minutes with a solution to my problem and we are forever grateful for that. The place was very nice, all new furniture and appliances in a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Great view from the huge covered deck. Stones throw to the beach with private access. Great spot to enjoy a fire at the end of the day with the provided fire pit area. Would highly recommend!

This was an unbelievable location. Exactly what we were looking for. Honestly, it made us want to buy the one bedroom for sale next door. It's so hard to get a place on the boardwalk. If only it had a foam mattress, I might never have left. Cheryl texted me whenever I needed help with something. Will be back unless I buy a unit!!

Qe had a lovely time at Michelle’s cottage! Very cozy and peaceful place perfect for two and Michelle is really nice! We could walk to the beach, the market, and good restaurants! The neighborhood is also very nice and quiet! I really recommend this cute cottage to anyone who loves the beach!

We had a family gathering with my mom for Thanksgiving at Rob’s place and it was amazing and so nice. Had all the amenities and more for all of us , especially in the kitchen because we all like to cook a lot !! The rooftop is so very nice with the view and we all were like, WOW this is beautiful and to capture sunrises and sunsets. We all enjoyed the theater room watching great movies and having popcorn ! We will definitely be back to enjoy family time and the beach, of which was only a 1 min walk. Oh and enjoyed art work in the house !!🎨🖌️

We stayed 4 nights just before Easter weekend. We enjoyed beautiful, clean and quiet house with our teen kids and puppy. It was pleasant to walk along the beach every morning! We had a problem with hot water one night, but the owner kindly and immediately sent someone to fix it. Thank you so much for your lively hosting, we would love to be back!

Beautifully updated home in a great location close to great restaurants. Walkable to beach and restaurants. Home is clean and well maintained. Pet friendly with a a fenced rear yard. Host is great - easy to work with and responsive to questions.

My family and I rented this as a post-holiday getaway and it was perfect. Comfortable living space that allowed family to gather and offered privacy for my adult and nearly adult sons. The kitchen was well appointed with appliances and dishes. Front screened porch catches the morning sun and was warm enough to sit on during the mild winter days and a great spot to people watch as people walked to the public beach access. Very quiet and restful, easy beach access and water and sanctuary views. Would definitely consider renting again!

We loved Piper’s Paradise! It was the perfect, peaceful and beautiful spot to hang with friends during the off season. We really enjoyed the view 😍 We played lots of games and took advantage of the sauna. Would definitely stay again!

We had a very nice stay here flr my bachelorette party! The home was very clean and it was easy to find things I loved that she included basic amenities and we had a lot of fun in the spa/pool area as well. Thank you for helping to make my weekend so special!

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The space was well decorated, fashionable, and fully furnished with everything we needed. It was so handy and convenient, we truly couldn't ask for anything more. The location was fantastic—close to the beach and surrounded by many shops and restaurants. We felt entirely comfortable exploring the area, and we felt safe throughout our stay. The host was highly communicative and made sure every aspect of our visit went smoothly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and stylish getaway!

First, Ryan's communication and instructions were excellent. Getting in was easy; I am totally challenged by locks, both manual and digital. I was unsuccessful with the lock, but to underscore that it's ME, my daughter unlocked the door immediately. Inside was clean, comfortable and the provided amenities made our stay very pleasant. Beds were comfortable, trolleys were helpful in bringing in our luggage as was the elevator. The view was spectacular! We wouldn't hesitate to rent again, it was that great!

Mike’s place was extremely clean and was in a perfect location - only a short walk over the drawbridge to get to downtown Lewes. We greatly appreciated Mike’s local recommendations and tried many of them out. The only complaint we had was that the couch is extremely uncomfortable. Other than that it is a great condo, and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Lewes.

This is our second year in a row to return to Mike’s perfectly located condo in Lewes. Our two sons enjoyed the nice set up of a side by side bedroom, comfy living/dining area and the best location in town, within easy biking distance to our favorite Lewes beach and Cape Henlopen park. We walked to various restaurants, no driving needed. The tulips festival was winding down but they were still blooming in many gardens. Mike was the best host, he texted suggestions when the unexpected coastal front brought rain to the area. He was considerate and responsive. The bikes he provided save us from bringing our own and the bike pump and bike locks also were proofs of how thoughtful Mike is as a host. Once again we had a great time in Lewes, thanks to a great host and a perfectly located, meticulously maintained condo unit. Thank you so much, Mike and family.

What a fantastic location. Clean, well appointed and RIGHT on the beach. The personal touches makes you feel at home. A great place to relax, unwind and recharge. Can’t say enough, this trip really was one of the best.

Our stay in Ocean City, NJ was absolutely fantastic! This Airbnb is top-notch, with amenities that truly go above and beyond. The house had everything we needed – from plenty of bath and beach towels to beach equipment and laundry supplies – every detail was thoughtfully covered. The location couldn’t have been better, just a hop, skip, and stone’s throw away from 9th Street and Manco & Manco Pizza. The convenience of the elevator was a huge plus, especially for my older parents and when carrying heavy luggage. We were so happy with the rental and all the thoughtful touches throughout. Highly recommend!

Lewes is a beautiful place and Mike’s place is very convenient to both the beach and downtown. The unit was super clean and the 2 bikes that come with the unit were a great feature as Lewes has tons of biking trails. Mine was extremely responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend staying here!
