Tucked back on a quiet cul-de-sac, our charming forest cottage sits on 5 acres of beautiful pines and is just 5 minutes from downtown. Our property borders the Urban Trail System, so you can hike or ski out the door and the cottage has a private cedar sauna, a fully equipped kitchen, a Tempurpedic King bed, and a private outdoor patio. This is the perfect pine forest retreat, while still offering easy access to Flagstaff, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon. Truly Flagstaff living at its best!

As 4th generation natives of Flagstaff, we are proud to offer this space. New construction with a modern but comfortable feel. We have a full kitchen which includes:stove/oven, refrigerator (with ice maker), microwave, dishwasher, pots & pans, dishes, silverware, blender & toaster. We even provide coffee & tea. Washer & dryer in unit. One Bedroom with a king size bed and closet space. One full bathrooms. Sofa bed in the living room area for extra guests. Just a note, we do not allow pets.

Peaceful Private Studio in Quiet Neighborhood

Private entrance and you have the studio to yourself. Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker available. Private shed with lock to store bikes and snow gear. Easy 15 minute walk to downtown and minutes to the Flagstaff Urban Trail. No TV but we have great wifi Sleeps 2 in bed and 2 on futon (pillows and sleeping bags provided for futon, or linens are available upon request). Street parking on cul de sac during spring and summer, parking in driveway during winter.
