I wish I could give 6 stars very nice place and host!

Brenna and Nick are exceptional hosts who have curated a magnificent space. From start to finish, not a single detail was overlooked. Their property was sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. Everything we could have asked for and more. I would highly recommend their property to anyone looking for a gorgeous apartment in a prime NOLA location.

Comfortable and easy to walk to Whole Foods, Audubon Park and Magazine street. Would stay again!

Overall, it was a phenomenal experience. Super friendly host, great place to stay! No complaints at all, I felt completely at home my entire stay. Wish I could’ve stayed longer, and I highly recommend this air BnB for anyone needing to stay within the area.

Gorgeous inside!!!! Very spacious and open floor plan in kitchen/living room. Within walking distance to coopers bakery which has always been my favorite donut place. You’re in downtown which puts you in walking distance to a lot of places. Near a train track which did have trains that woke us up but we didn’t mind, so if you like hearing trains.😁

Our stay at Lori’s was wonderful! We lived in NOLA for a long time, and we come back to visit often. Lori’s home was one of the best we’ve stayed in, hands down. Ideal, walkable location for food, coffee, fun, and groceries, but set in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood where you’ll feel like a NOLA local. We felt right at home. Lori is one of the most generous, helpful and responsive hosts we’ve met. Her home was very clean, well-appointed, and we appreciated the plentiful towels, blankets, etc. for our family. We will definitely be staying again! Thank you for a great stay!

Instructions were amazingly clear on how to find it, get in etc. We loved the place, centrally located, everything we wanted to do was within an easy walk The place was beautiful we loved our stay!

Stayed here for a weekend and the place was absolutely beautiful. Each room was spotless. The amenities pristine. Anything you needed it was there for you.

Our stay at Tanei’s home in New Orleans was amazing! The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had super comfortable beds. My family and I felt completely safe and loved how quiet and beautiful the neighborhood was. We came for a weekend getaway, and it was perfect. The saltwater pool was a huge hit for my family. I also enjoyed morning walks to the lake and taking in the beautiful views. We didn’t use the fireplace, but the home itself was magnificent. Getting around was easy with Uber; wait times were short, and we were only about 15 minutes from the French Quarter and most attractions. Tanei was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making everything smooth. After a long morning of travel, the welcome snacks and water she left were so thoughtful and appreciated, especially with hungry kids! We truly felt at home and will definitely always book her place when visiting NOLA.

Mr. Gary was an excellent host. Communication was quick and friendly. My family was visiting for a ball tournament and "The Fletcher House" was perfect in location. The house is just a described. A plus about Mr. Gary's home is the mattresses were very comfortable and linens very nice. If visiting Ruston again, we will definitely stay again.

Lovely neighborhood!! In fact, my friend said it reminded him of the movie The Truman Show. Very pretty and quiet!! Caroline provided clear instructions for check in and check out. If I had one small complaint, the water pressure in the master bath was somewhat lacking. Other than that, everything was truly perfect!! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Would definitely stay here again! Loved the authentic shotgun style home. Beds were comfortable and the space was spacious for 4 adults and two babies. The home location has some if-y neighbors that were a bit loud some nights, but by no fault of the homeowner. We felt safe inside the home. Street parking was challenging sometimes, but that’s just because we had a big Ford Expedition to accommodate our party. Host is very responsive. Highly recommend!

Pros: Very clean, easy access, safe area, cozy stay, awesome shower head, toilet is full size and not a small round one, two TVs so if you have kids you can still watch adult shows, large back fenced in yard to let dogs out, covered carport area right next to entry. Saw it described as "staying at grandma's house" and that is very on the nose. Cons: This list is very nitpicky but if the host wants feedback to increase the quality of the stay, I wanted to pass these along. As a firm bed owner, the king bed is too firm. I would recommend a topper or replacing it with a mattress that is somewhere closer to the middle between "Soft-firm." The fridge was not making ice and the host provided a couple ice trays that were already filled and frozen, but for the cost of the stay I would like to see a better quality refrigerator that provides ice and filtered water. The couch in the living room is dingy and although it was clean there is only so much you can do with an old couch.

We would stay here again for sure! Super close to the college. Very nice area!

Very great place requested at last minute due to my grandmother's passing. I accidentally under requested on days and hosts were very accommodating. Very understanding. Place was great. Very homey. Loved the original look with updated features. Check out instructions were very clear. Very easy access. Very comfortable. I would stay here again and recommend this very very highly. My wife and I had an absolutely amazing stay in New Orleans! Gigi's place was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, close to downtown NOLA and the French Quarter, but far away enough where it was quiet and peaceful at night. Gigi was incredibly responsive and gave some great local recommendations that really made the trip special. I especially loved the outdoor deck overlooking St. Charles Ave, as well as the architecture and charm of Gigi's condo. Overall, we'd would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for us - neat building, on the edge but not in French Quarter - but easily accessible to thing like Streetcars for zoo and garden district, ferry, warehouse district, WW2 museum, etc. Apartment obviously not someone's home but a rental - that was fine since it was styled well. You sometimes hear the trolleys rumble by but we found that charming. you could have two couples or a couple and kids but prior reviewer is correct in that because of the styling of the room divides there would not be privacy if you wanted some intimate time. That said, kitchen, bathroom and storage were all great - good wifi and TV in main room and bedroom. All in all, a great rental for a week.

Of all the airbnbs that I’ve stayed at in Baton Rouge this is one of my favorites. I’ll definitely be looking to stay here again when I’m back in the fall to visit my son.

Second time staying here in less than a year! This is always my first option! Very convenient location.

Our stay - 4 nights- was great all the way around. Hosts were very responsive and clear communicators. The place is very charming with exposed brick walls and beautiful local art throughout. Extremely clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Enjoyed playing New Orleans jazz vinyls on the turntable in the front room. Beds were very comfortable. Perfectly quiet- there was no noise from other units in the building. Brightly lit street outside and felt safe to walk in and out late at night. Central location made most of what we were doing easily walkable (French Quarter, Frenchmen St, etc.). Leaving was very easy, towels left on the floor and refrigerator clear, that was it. I highly recommend this place and can confidently say you will not be disappointed.
