Bigger than it looks in the pictures. A few streets away from Bourbon St so it was close to the French quarter but still quiet. Helpful communication from Marigny. Our stay was a little pricey but I think that was because of Jazz Fest.

Amazing place to stay! Not a bad distance from LSU at all, in a very quiet and private area. Dhaval was very clear on instruction, and a great host. Highly recommend this place!

I stayed here 4/2025 and I must admit this place is clean and look exactly how the pictures look. I will definitely be staying there again

Terry is a great host who communicated effectively. His condo is nice and perfect for an LSU stay. I mean...you can walk to the Chimes! The complex is def skewed toward younger crowd (probably a lot of students) but that's where it is. right on top of campus. Which is what makes it walkable for LSU events! The complex was surprisingly quiet, however. Will def stay here again and Geaux Tigers!

The pictures matched the apartment and there is an inside hallway separating the bedrooms, so each bedroom had its privacy. Everything was clean and being adjacent to the warehouse district, there are cafes, restaurants and art galleries nearby (with the Quarter also walking distance). The kitchen and living room were also stylish and well-proportioned. The balcony was a bonus but not really used and the St. Charles streetcar to visit the Garden District or Uptown are also close.

Joe is a stereotypical New Orleans native! Kind, knowledgeable and he loves to host! We were visiting a nearby college and he is simply a chock full of great information. I only regret not having more time to explore this great city. It deserves a lot more quality time. Thank you Joe

Lilly was a wonderful host! She was very kind and helpful. Even gave us a guide on what to do here in New Orleans. The whole place was absolutely beautiful and very clean. She gave us complimentary waters and sodas, and I was very happy to see that she had all streaming platforms. It was a pleasure staying there. Definitely the BEST Airbnb to be at. And she provided me with a shower chair! The actual location is on canal street close to the street cars.one mile from bourbon street. Perfect location for a wheelchair user..

We enjoyed our stay! Great proximity to Bourbon St and the parades while being far enough from the chaos to enjoy a good night’s sleep. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a great location and are not looking to stay directly on Bourbon St.

The apartment and overall building was exactly as described. Very convenient for what we were planning to do in New Orleans and easy to get to all the great food offered in the Bywater! Very helpful to have a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms too!

Wonderful place to stay in New Orleans. The unit was so clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was also great - a short walk to all that New Orleans has to offer. would definitely recommend!

Elizabeth's condo was absolutely perfect for our girls' trip! We enjoyed staying in a private, peaceful location after spending our days and nights in the French Quarter. The beds were super comfortable, and we all slept great. The furnishings and decor are all beautiful, and the condo was very spacious. Highly recommend!

Nola Vacation Rentals are the best option for an amazing experience that is affordable. I loved being able to walk everywhere in a convention timeframe and distance. The room we stayed in was beautiful and spacious. I would definitely recommend staying at Nola Vacation Rentals whenever I’m going to New Orleans. I’m a forever customer.

My only disappointment was that I couldn't stay longer! Daquon's place was super clean and I felt safe. The Neighborhood is nice, I ran there everyday and met lots of puppy's along the way! The hot shower had amazing pressure which was a relief after a long day at work! It truly felt like a home away from home. If the availability opens up again while I'm still working here I would definitely stay longer ❤️

Our stay at Angela's place was great! Very responsive and proactive host. The house was very clean and had everything we needed including a stocked coffee station. Angela was very pleasant and available for all of our needs, if we would have had any. It was really like a home away from home. 5 stars all around!

Reba is a great communicator and very helpful during our stays!

Host was extremely responsive. The propane went out on the grill and they delivered a new tank in less than 15 min. They place was spotless and the parking was easy and plentiful. I don't even have an EV, but they had a charger if I needed one. :) One of my best AirBnB experiences ever.

Highly recommended this place, a lots of space. Very clean, smells very good. Smoker and bbq pit available, Parking is huge fits 5 vehicles.

The place was beautiful. It was clean, well decorated and cared for. The building’s common areas were also well kept. There was a short power outage that occurred throughout the building on the first night there but other than that the experience was awesome.

Incredible home with lots of space! Very clean and well laid out for families. Love the back patio and fenced in backyard. Everything you need and more in an Airbnb. Highly recommend!

We had a nice relaxing stay in a nice neighborhood. A little girl from the neighborhood waved to us as we pulled in. Just wish it hadn't rained so much so we could enjoy the pool. There was quite a variety of food and shopping within a short distance. I would highly recommend this for friends and family.
