Great location. Easy check in. Very clean. Only downside was the room was warm and window only opens so far for safety reasons.

This place is a hidden gem!! The little apartment is absolutely beautiful! You enter and feel right at home! The bed is amazing, kitchen had everything you need and is very well equipment if you want to prepare your own food!The bathroom is small, which doesn’t matter as everything you need is there! The small town Culross is absolutely beautiful! You feel set back in time! We tried the local pub, one of the coffee places and did some shopping in their local makers shop- all amazing! Everyone is super open and friendly! And dogs! If you love dogs, they are everywhere! ❤️ I highly recommend this place- if it’s a weekend getaway just to enjoy this little town, or if you wanna explorer around ( which we did) as the whole area is beautiful and loaded with history!

Family trip from NY, scouting for universities for our daughter. Our other daughter studies at Uni of Edinburgh, and lives on Simpson Loan - so we knew location was very quiet, safe but walkable to the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh within minutes. The apartment was superb. Clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds. Everything we needed. Sharon was easy to deal with - flexible on arrival time to meet our changing travel needs. Can’t recommend this apartment enough. Wanted to come back for 2 nights in early July for our daughter’s graduation, but it’s a 3 night minimum :- (( Simply loved this place, staying at the hotel across the street won’t be the same!!! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

We stayed in Amy’s house for 2 nights when competing in the local race. Place is as described in the ad. We had everything we needed. We liked the powerful hot shower!! Tv is tiny, size of the laptop. Didn’t bother us because we weren’t watching it, but if that’s what you wanted it wouldn’t be ideal. It’s a great value for money! With local shop, restaurant and takeaways within few minutes.

What a spot! The accommodation was exactly as described, well appointed, loch views, loads of space, super comfortable, amazing! We had the best time and will definitely be looking to return. Martin’s place is really comfortable. We felt right at home. The kitchen is generously stocked, beds comfy, rooms lovely and big, shower fab, lovely pieces of furniture. The location above Waitrose on the Byre’s Road is fab, you’re right in the middle of everything, restaurants, shops, and 2 minutes from the Botanic Gardens. Martin responded to all our questions within minutes. He couldn’t have been more helpful. A wonderful apartment in a fantastic location. Thank you Martin.

A great base for golf at Gleneagles and the surrounding area. Really comfortable apartment with all you need for self catering. Spot on communication from the hosts made for straightforward check in and out. Would happily recommend.

We had a great one night stay after a day of walking. The setting is beautiful - stunning views. The room was perfect - cosy and quiet. Joanna was super helpful and responsive. We’ll certainly stay again if back in the area.

Spacious and characterful apartment in a great location. Brilliantly equipped kitchen, very large and comfortable living room and lovely bedrooms. Lots of great places to eat and drink nearby with the whole city centre easily accessible on foot. Angus and Piipa were really helpful and very quick to respond. Highly recommended for a city break with a very homely feel.

Gorgeous stay, great location. Very clean - only issue we had was the water filling up in the shower, however I think this is common in a lot of caravan /lodges. Really enjoyed our stay and will be booking again

This is a fantastic property in a lovely resort. We couldn’t fault it, everything was perfect. Beautifully clean and all furniture and fittings luxurious. Was with my son and elderly parents and they thought it was wonderful. The resort is wonderfully kept and so close to St Andrews and the other villages in the East Neuk of Fife. 100% recommend. Also wonderful fish and chips at Tailend fish and chip shop. Fabulous stay, will definitely be back.

A lovely place to stay for a large family. 5 min drive to Bamburgh Castle or about a 30min walk. We visited Holy Island which was about 30mins in the car. Everything we wanted to see watls in walking or driving distance. The cottage was lovely clean and warm. The hot tub was nice to go in at night and see all the stars in a clear night. Would book again.

We had a wonderful and restful stay. The location is perfect, remote enough to feel like a proper country get away but close to popular places like Holy Island and many beaches. The place is exactly like the photos, very nicely decorated, private with plenty of light and countryside views. Both double bedrooms have their own bathroom, comfy mattresses, and extra soft luxury linen. The single bedroom has no window or bathroom so bear that in mind if you need the extra room. But for two couples this is an ideal place. Kitchen has everything you need, lovely and open plan, a nice welcome hamper. Living room is comfy with Games, TV with netflix etc. Would happily stay again!

Perfect stay for a large group wishing to have both a taste of rural Scotland and the bright lights of the city! Great house for large groups with more than adequate cooking facilities. Excellent hot tub that was kept meticulously clean. The hosts were amazing and so helpful with helping me organise a stag weekend. Sharing local knowledge and recommendations of activities and hostelries, etc. Milngavie is a perfect location to explore both Glasgow city (20 minute train ride) and hit the start of the West Highland Way! Milngavie was a nice little town itself with an active high street and a good Tesco and station just a 3 minute walk from Pleasant Hill. We really enjoyed Fullbacks sports bar as well- good value food and an atmosphere. Activities we enjoyed from Pleasant Hill were a walk to Glengoyne Distillery, afternoon and night out in West End Glasgow and a speed boat pub tour of Loch Lomond! Thanks again Chris!

This was our second stay at the Lodge and everything was as good the second time around. A lovely setting, with views across to the sea, loads of space inside the property (which is very comfortable and well-presented) and great facilities too. It offers peace and quiet but is also just a short walk or drive from Carnoustie with its beach, shops, restaurants and (if you are travelling with kids) a great adventure playground. Brian and Matt were great hosts (again). We hope to be back again before long!

Had a fantastic stay. Was pleasantly surprised with how spacious it was inside - much bigger than photos let on! Decorated and styled to an extremely high standard and it was perfect for a few days away. It appears the garden golf putting range is new but we were looking for putters to play but couldn’t find any. The only slight change to have a better experience was this but everything was fantastic. Would 100% stay again.

Wir hatten als Familie (eine Tochter, 4 Jahre) einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Pinemarten Chalet. Die Unterkunft ließ von Ausstattung und Lage nichts zu wünschen übrig und war idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen in den südlichen Highlands. Mit dem Mietwagen sind viele verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (kleinere Shops aller Art beim Green Welly Stop in Tyndrum, größerer Supermarkt in Killin), Startpunkte für Wanderungen und andere Ausflugsziele gut erreichbar. Der kleine Laden im Portnellan Holiday-Park (mit mehreren Häusern in verschiedenen Größen) bietet zudem auf kurzem Fußweg das Nötigste auch auf kurzem Fußweg und Ausleih-Möglichkeiten für Bücher, Spiele und Filme. Die Ausstattung war perfekt, der Blick auf den Ben More von der Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit und bei (fast) jedem Wetter einfach traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit Lucy und Cameron klappte hervorragend, sogar Eier von Enten und Hühnern konnten direkt bestellt werden ;). We'll be back!
