We loved our stay so much, the space is beautiful with lots of natural light, great studio layout. Mariel was very helpful throughout our stay, and it was so nice to do a Pilates class in her studio which is on the same property. It's in a very peaceful part of Tamarindo, but still close by to the town center. We will definitely stay here again in the future! It's my fave place I've stayed in Tamarindo thus far, and I go often. Happy to have found this gem. Thanks Mariel for making our stay amazing!

An absolutely amazing and peaceful property. I have travelled the world and I would give this air bnb a 100 star. Not only was the location amazing with a wonderful view, Laura and her team of care takers were kind and professional. Juan Carlos and Jazmin who were apart of the care taker team of the house were beautiful souls, that were always ready to help with what ever you needed. The pool was super beautiful and over looked the ocean. The bed was super comfortable. The small kitchen worked super well. The view was outstanding . I would stay here for a month! I highly recommend. My check in was super flexible which was so kind of Laura and team. There are places on the property to play games and BBQ if interested. There is also a second small private pool. I can’t stop talking about this place it was so amazing . The best place I stayed for my birthday as a tired , stressed out nurse. Thank you Laura , Juan Carlos, and Jazmin. Te gusto mucho!

Great place for the price, in a secured gated community 10 minutes away from the tarmarindo strip. Felt very safe, definitely need a vehicle, every room had a/c, tv has netflix, kitchen has pots and pans but nothing else so if you want to cook you have to buy everything other then salt and pepper Check in was easy, pool was a bonus

Hébergement un peu à l’écart du centre-ville. Tranquille. Très belle piscine avec beaucoup de végétation autour. Même si on ne peut pas avoir le contrôle sur les feuilles qui tombent la piscine était toujours impeccable. La cuisine était très bien équipée. Climatisation dans chacune des pièces. Salle de bain privée dans chacune des deux chambres. Seulement 500 m de route non asphaltée pour se rendre à la route principale, donc n’importe quel véhicule peut se rendre à l’hébergement. la plage de Tamarindo est une belle plage, de beau sable et idéale pour les surfer débutant. Beaucoup de restaurants intéressants près de la plage soit au centre-ville.

We had a fantastic time at Lynzi and Graham’s place. They were super hosts and helped us tremendously. I would give them 10 stars if possible. Their location was beautiful. Lynzi’s attention to detail was super impressive. She even helped me celebrate my birthday with a lovely birthday crown. We would definitely visit again. We definitely recommend arriving in daylight with an SUV (SPORT mode!!) . The drive at night was tricky, but Lynzi and Graham met us and helped us to the house. Beautiful view. Beautiful sunsets.

We loved Casa Mariposa—everything was just as described on the platform. It's located 20 minutes from Tamarindo and very close to our family, which was essential for us. All the rooms have good air conditioning and ceiling fans, perfect for such hot weather. The pool was super clean, and the water was amazing. The house is fully equipped, and the garage fits two large cars. My only comment is that the kitchen and living room get quite hot; I would recommend installing an AC unit for that area in the future. Ronny is a wonderful person—attentive and constantly checking in on us.

Absolutely amazing stay! The house in Playa Potrero exceeded all expectations—it’s even better than the pictures! It’s spacious, incredibly comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need. The pool is beautiful, perfect for relaxing, and the location is unbeatable, with so many stunning beaches just a short drive away. Enis went above and beyond, taking care of every little detail to make our stay perfect. You can truly feel the care put into this home. If you're looking for a stress-free, comfortable getaway in a fantastic location, this is the place to book. Highly recommended! the kitchen had absolutely everything needed for our stay.

We had a wonderful time at this little beachfront property. The sunsets were unbelievable! We were visited by cats and dogs and birds. We got to watch locals enjoy the beach on the Sunday that we arrived and we were even invited to join the bonfire. It was a great place to end our vacation!

The home is absolutely gorgeous. Very private. The roads to arrive are rough, but nothing that a car can’t drive through. The washer/dryer was super helpful! Beware of scorpions in and out the property! We ran into two in the laundromat room and downstairs room. Luckily we were able to get them out! The town + activities are 20-40 mins away. There’s cameras are on the outside of the property, but nothing that made our stay uncomfortable. Overall, a great secluded home and would recommend!

We spent a beautiful week at Casa Mariposa. We were 4 adults and 4 teens and the space was perfect for us. The house was spacious and there was lots of room for everyone. The location was great and very walkable to good restaurants and the spectacular beach! Appreciated the ample number of beach towels, the beach chairs and the tent. We would love to go back one day!

If you are looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Playas del Coco, but be within reach of all the adventures this part of Costa Rica has to offer, we would recommend unit 37 in the Hermosa Heights subdivision. We found the unit and subdivision to be comfortable, safe and secure. There is an ocean view and a nice pool to relax. The patio is big enough for 6 and a nice place to send your mornings and evenings checking out the birds and local iguanas. The kitchen was well equipped, and we managed fine for 5 days. Any issues with water supply have been addressed. We lost power for an hour one day, but it was not an inconvenience. All the ACs and bathrooms were functioning fine; and the fact that there is a washer/dryer was really nice for a longer stay. There is a movie theatre, fish monger, wine shop and other amenities on prem. We did not have time to enjoy them all. The local beach requires a drive, but it takes less than 10 mins. There is parking for 1 car at the unit.

Kimberly’s place was spacious and virtually perfect. Loved the design and kitchen had EVERYTHING! Pool great. We even had monkeys outside our kitchen window! Only minor issues were water pressure/temp control in master bath and a loud A/C in master bedroom (I use ear plugs so it didn’t bother me but my partner had some difficulty sleeping the one night with it).

This apartment was a fantastic find. My favorite part was the rooftop patio, which had stunning views of the bay and unforgettable sunsets every evening. The complex has several pools, and my husband and I found our favorite: a shaded one with plenty of loungers and chairs, perfect for cooling off during the 35°C days. The location is ideal — just a short walk to the beach, neighbourhood restaurants, and coffee shops. We even caught a Toronto Maple Leafs playoff game at The Wave bar nearby! 8 minute walk to main street, where we discovered some great restaurants and charming shops. I even bought a beautiful ring at Amano Jewelry, a locally owned shop run by a husband and wife team who sell their own creations along with pieces by other local artists. Dorita was a wonderful host. Her instructions were clear and helpful. She was also very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Highly recommended — we’d absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed Patrick's condo and all the amenities. It literally has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the pool and the extra large balcony. Groceries and restaurants all within walking distance. Best of all, Patrick was very responsive to any inquiries. Thanks Patrick, pura vida!

Laura and Melissa were very welcoming, and helped us with an early check in. They were very responsive to all messages and made us feel right at home. The place is very close to the beach, and about a 15 minute walk to the main high street of del cocos. It’s a really nice apartment, and had everything we needed for a good stay. We also booked some snorkelling with Rich Coast diving whilst we were there and saw pufferfish and a turtle amongst a myriad of other brightly coloured fish and eels. All in all a brilliant stay! Die Unterkunft ist top! Das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Absolutely loved our stay. Renee arrived just as we were working on getting in to the unit and helped us settle in. She also gave us a local contact who was a HUGE help in arranging tours and rental car. Loved the truly “local” restaurant Estero Azul that she recommended. She was also helpful in explaining water issues the municipality had briefly during our stay. The location is private and quiet, but many restaurants, activities and a grocery store in easy walking distance made it easy to enjoy without a rental car. Comfortable space for 4 people, and the semi private beach right behind the unit was a huge bonus. Highly recommend the host and the location!
