We loved our stay and would definitely stay in this Airbnb again! It was a short walk (0.4mi) to the surf and main beachfront restaurants. The view was incredible from all 3 balconies, and we saw so many whales from our balcony! The condo was spacious and was one of the most well stocked airbnbs we've stayed in. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could need. You can get massages on the property. We didn't notice it until check out but there are tennis/pickleball courts and a kids play area with a trampoline! Only negatives were the pool was pretty cold (although it is very common for the pool to be unheated in Mexico) and the hot tubs weren't heated either. Also we didn't have access to the gym. Neither of these things would stop us from rebooking just wanted to provide the info for future guests.

We absolutely loved this place. The location was perfect walking distance to all shops, restaurants and the beach. The condo had all the amenities you could possibly need. Highly recommended. We can’t wait to book again.

Beautiful private location but easy to access from airport. Amazing ocean view and sunsets. Right on the beach. Nice open layout. No washer/dryer or working oven, but there was a gas stove that worked, an air fryer and all needed cooking supplies and a dishwasher. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return! Very clean. Restaurant next door was great.

We loved our stay at #12 Tortugas, and would definitely stay here again. Our favorites: The location to the beach is unbeatable- right outside your back patio doors. The patio daybed was lovely for morning coffee and watching the fabulous sunrise. Far enough away from the more crowded end of Cerritos Beach to feel you were on a “private” beach, but super easy walk to the restaurants and bars (we loved Barracudas- the Paloma was one of the best we’ve had + Baja Bean- get the iced chai spice and an almond croissant) Comfy bed and soft linens Beach chairs and towels- nothing to pack to enjoy sitting Oceanside for the day.

We loved Heather's condo in Cerritos! The space was perfect for our needs, quiet, with a nice view from the balcony and hot tub! There were plenty of amenities in the kitchen and bathroom and extras like beach towels and blankets. The dog rescue coffee shop within walking distance was our favorite place to hang out in the morning! We highly recommend Heather's condo!

My buddy and I booked the two upstairs and the ocean views from the balcony is absolutely gnarly. Super clean. You can hear the ocean from your bed. Sunsets are amazing. Downtown is only a less than 10 minute drive. The walk to the sand and water from the place is less than 10 minutes too. When it gets too warm in the evening, turn on the AC and you'll do just fine.

Rachel & Alex's place lived up to all our expectations and more. It is located in a quiet and convenient location close to the beach and restaurants. We were particularly grateful for the washing machine and dryer as well as the beach umbrella and furniture. I would recommend their place to my family and friends and would definitely book it again if I should ever return to Cerritos Beach.

Other people who have left reviews for this place less than four stars, I believe is completely unfair. This property offers top-notch value for what you get. Does the property have its faults? Absolutely. The kitchen faucet drips hot water no matter how hard you close the valves, and leaks underneath. This should be a relatively inexpensive and quick fix for a plumber. The hot tub heater stopped working for 2 days, but the on-site caretaker was able to get it back up and working. The oven dial was broken off. You can turn the oven on, but you don’t know the temperature. As long as you set your expectations that the place isn’t perfect and things are a bit in disrepair, this place is amazing! I would recommend to anybody. Where else are you going to get a place that accommodates this many people on the beach at this price?? The privacy offered by the villas was nice addition. The king bed was super comfy! I would hope that one day in the future we might return.

This was one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The house was very beautiful with an amazing style, very comfy beds and very well equipped kitchen (even with sharp knives). The common area with the pool was just amazing, also the outside kitchen was very well equipped with a barbecue and pizza oven. We loved spending time in the heated pool and also the beach was just a couple of walking minutes away (you can't swim in this beach, but it's beautiful for beach walks).

We had an incredible vacation and stay. Nine people (5 children, 4 adults) shared the space comfortably. The back porch was the natural gathering place, with incredible views of sunrises, whales, and even devil rays jumping out of the water! Beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, a kayak, snorkels/fins and a paddle board were all available for use. The neighborhood felt friendly and safe (although one cow did try to break in to the backyard looking for some water. The rest of the cows and burros just walked on by). We rented atv's to travel around the area and go out to eat as there are limited restaurants within walking distance. We reached out to Sabina on a couple of occasions and experienced extremely quick responses. It was a fantastic stay - we didn't want to leave!

This was a perfect home for our family vacation. The sunsets are unreal, we played board games on the deck. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and the house was just a great place to unwind.We made alot of family memories. Thank you

Amazing location and house with all that you need to get away and be comfortable! Ocean life and natural surroundings beyond expectations including sunsets and full moon! Very nice and friendly hosts and neighbours. Perfect for our group of 3 adult siblings and partners as a mini family reunion! All raved about it being the best place they have ever stayed at! We will be back !!

I love to travel, and this might be might very favorite AirBNB of all times! Do not hesitate a second to book this incredible place!! Vicente and Priscilla's home is even more beautiful than it looks in the photos. My husband and I were accompanied by my 21-year-old daughter and 86-year-old mom and all of us agreed this was our best vacation. We had an incredible week relaxing in the outdoor area while looking over the ocean (and seeing so many whales!), we cooked meals in the very well-equipped kitchen and went out to eat at restaurants in the immediate area and also to beautiful Todos Santos, only a 15 minute trip by car. The beach is pristine and walkable for miles with lots of wildlife to see. The beds are amazingly comfortable with the softest sheets. Vicente is very communicative and helpful. I could go on and on. We will be back!

The house was a peaceful Baja oasis. Simple amenities in an idyllic setting. The four bathrooms were such a perk. The two master suites upstairs were very spacious and allowed for privacy. The second floor outdoor dining & third floor roof top decks created a seamless connection with the ocean views. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool among the ocean front property. Best of both worlds. Finally, the garden surrounding the property added so much beauty to the desert surroundings. Barbara was a very attentive host, quick to answer questions and give recommendations.

The condo was perfect for our family of 6! The pool was great for swimming and there was a pool table under the palapa for extra fun. We walked to dinner on the beach every night. Would highly recommend this condo and location!!

My family and I stayed at Corrine's home in Cerritos, Mexico for a week. There was plenty of space and 3 beds for 2 adults and our 2 kids ages 17 and 20. The two bathrooms was a big bonus. The home was clean, comfortable, and only a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet at night. Corrine was a fantastic host, very responsive, and had lots of helpful tips. We would be happy to stay at Corrine's place again, and would highly recommend Corrine and her home to other travelers.

Sandra’s place was perfect for our 2 week stay. Location was perfect and views were spectacular! Beach and pool were steps away and the snorkeling right in front was wonderful. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. We’ll be back!!

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The apartment was spotless, with big comfortable beds and everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location is beautiful and peaceful but still within a short walk of some beach restaurants. It was a great base to explore the area.

Amazing location, access to resort amenities. Hosts were responsive and flexible with check in! Definitely recommend staying here and will hopefully be back!
