You'll find total privacy in our cozy cottage hideaway located in a shady garden courtyard. Off-street parking and lockbox access are provided for easy guest check in. We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. Steps away from the rose garden in Applegate Park, our renovated guest house is centrally located in downtown Merced. This guest house is separate from the main house and is located in the backyard of the property. It is 3 blocks from the Amtrak and YART, and an easy 10-minute walk to Main Street in downtown Merced. A bike path along a creek, playgrounds, and the local zoo are also walking distance. Merced is a wonderful place to visit on a trip to Yosemite and those looking to visit UC Merced.

Our little guesthouse is located in the Central valley. It is nestled in an almond orchard on our family farm. Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.

There will be some fresh baked goods and a few other breakfast items for you to enjoy your first morning.

Come enjoy peaceful country living in the beautiful Central Valley. Our recently completed tiny home is located behind our main house, but is outside the main yard so you will have privacy. The cottage is surrounded by dirt at the moment, but we have plans for some beautiful landscaping in the near future. The cottage is 1/2 mile off Highway 99 and just a few miles from Atwater’s plentiful shopping and restaurants.
