Emily was a great host. She was very proactive in her communication and gave recommendations of local happenings. A lot of little extras with amenities like snacks, toiletries and towels that made it even more convenient! Great location within walking distance of everything we wanted to do on the island.

This was a wonderful place to stay at! We ended up having an emergency and the host communication was excellent and we were provided with amazing amounts of hospitality. I would 100% recommend going here.

Michael is a great host! Thank you for the clear communications in the process! The place is in the perfect location! We had everything we needed including all the comforts of home and we had the beautiful view of the water! What really sold me is my dog was safe and secure in the fenced In area. The lock box is super easy to use for entrance and actually worked w/ the code provided. We really love it there and hope to return soon. - Debbie and Sal

Needed a last minute booking to Shane’s place and it was well worth the price. Ended up entering the wrong residence but Shane and the other locals seem pretty tight-nit and pointed me in the right direction. Street parking is a disaster but luckily there is a lot across the street for a fee. Seagulls and ants aside, pretty relaxed experience.

We booked Mikhail's place for a bachelorette weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The communal areas were great for hanging out, the bedrooms and bathrooms were well set up for our group of 9, and the hot tub was an added bonus. The location right on the boardwalk was wonderful and it was easy to get around. Would definitely recommend!

Jennifer and her husband were great. Quick communication turn around. We had an issue with the key code at check in and it was resolved within minutes. The only word of caution I would offer is that there are A LOT of stairs to the entrance of the apartment. We we’re traveling with a baby and a toddler, so we had quite a bit of stuff to carry up and down. It all worked out and was fine, but I didn’t realize ahead of time how many stairs there really were. Other than that everything was great.

Great little house on the south side of Margate. We were in town for a festival in AC and it was cheaper to stay here for the weekend and uber into AC than it would have been for one night stay at one of the casinos. It is very convenient as you're a 10 minute walk away from dozens of restaurants, the beach, the bay, CVS, etc. It was also great that we could bring our dog!

Rich’s place was great all around ! Very responsive , clear instructions , nice & very clean ! Also great recommendations on food & activities . Highly recommend !!

The Place was clean, Amazing View, and had everything you need to cook if you wanted too. Also very fast to respond to any questions.

I'm a repeat visitor and always leave happy. Recommend the property 10/10 times. Apartment is on the floor with the ice machine. Also a 7'11 up the street is convenient. A live band bar across the street and a diner right down stairs don't even have to leave the building to access it. This isn't a guarantee to anyone, but this morning at 10am we counted seven dolphins swimming across. The view of the ocean is magnificent and relaxing.

My family and I had a very pleasant and peaceful stay. The place was very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the beach. Boardwalk, restaurants and casinos were just a walk away. I would definitely recommend and will return again. Thank you for the amazing hospitality and attention.

Beautiful ocean view! Perfect for a quick getaway with my husband and 11 year old for spring break! Maggie was super responsive to questions we had. Check in/out was easy and security staff was super sweet. Easy parking. I could imagine being here in the summer, just a few short steps to the beach! Definitely a sweet spot that you shouldn’t miss!

My family and I had an AMAZING stay ! Check in was really smooth and easy and check out was equally seamless . The view was to die for (not kidding ) and the size of the space was just perfect for my family and I . Kitchen and eating area was well equipped with the basics . The tub in the bathroom was one of our favorite amenities. Outside on the board walk , there were lots of activities . Casinos nearby for some fun or just stay inside and enjoy the view of the ocean . Everything was easy access - nothing requires uber or driving ( well for us that is ).We will be back again !

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made our vacation so convenient and enjoyable. The house accommodated our family of six perfectly. It was charming and had everything we needed, including all the kitchenware for cooking dinner in, though we also loved trying out the nearby restaurants. The house was spotless, and the beds were super comfy. Daniel was a great communicator, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We can't wait to visit again!

Great place, close to the beach. Nice, quieter part of Atlantic City. Had a great time with our family and children. The house was perfect for our needs. Comfortable, large, and stylish. Loved the big kitchen and the backyard. Lots of spaces to hang out and lounge and great to have 2 showers for our full party. Would definitely stay here again!

I was attending a dance convention in AC and wanted a place for my staff to sleep and hang out comfortably. This home was PERFECT ! There were numerous beds, bathrooms and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed …..it even had a crockpot and martini shaker 😊 My 84 year old mother found the elevator to be the icing on the cake ! I will definitely book again next year if this beautiful home is available !

Tim and Vicky’s was comfortable, well-equipped and a great location with views of the ocean and the bay. We stay in OCNJ every year and have never had a house so well appointed with everything you could need for the beach and your stay including paper towels, garbage bags, very nice linens, pack n play and more. There’s minimal closet space but they have hangers and LOTS of hooks which is super nice for bathrooms. Rooms are very bright so if you have little ones you want to sleep just bring a blanket to drape. Would def stay here again.

Debbie and Jared were very proactive in communicating expectations for myself and the rental. The house was exactly as described. Check in and out were seamless. They provided instructions for everything and anything you could have a question about. We had a great stay in their beautiful home.
