This is an idyllic setting; a secluded area with great beach and plants. Emma and Franck gave fantastic tips throughout our stay. Have a mile-long beach where you probably won't see anyone else; great kayaking in the bay. The boat house is up a floor with a nice screened in porch overlooking the water (stone's throw from beach) with wonderful breezes and sunsets. Centrally located on the 80 mile Long Island, so nice point to get north and south.

This is my third time staying with Chea and it’s great to see that she is consistent with being such a great host, friendly, and helpful. I always enjoy staying here as it is close to the airport and local eateries. As always I felt right at home. Cheap place is Always clean and comfortable the area is quiet and not to mention kirtlands convenience store that is literally a 30 second walk away, you can grab a few items along with a deli that serves breakfast and lunch. I highly recommend!

I love it there it’s where I always stay and will continue to stay on my visits to Long Island. It’s like my home away from home.

Great little place, very comfortable bed, great bathroom, and was close to Loyd’s to get dinner by walking. Very clean and new. Needed AC for the loan area. But was perfect otherwise

It was a pleasure, to stay at Michaels Apartment in Long Island. Michael did everything that I and my friend had an awesome and chilled vacation. He worked out, that we will get a car over there, which was super nice - since we thought you can just rent it at the airport, but not in Long Island :D So do it beforeor ask Michael :) ! Unfortunately he couldn't be at the house during our stay, but he texted every eveningto make sure we had fun and everything is alright. Thank you so much for that! The accomodation is super nice. There is a ton of space, the kitchen is already equipped, so you don't need to bring anything. Also: His assistant is super nice and friendly, brought us fresh mangos EVERY day (!!!) and some coconuts :) it was great! There are living just around 3000 people on the island, so it is actually VERY unlikely to see a person while you're at the beach, which is actually quite amazing. Thank you so mich for taking care of us! It was an awesome vacation :)

Brad was an excellent host. His home is in excellent condition. My family and I plan to visit again in the near future and we will stay at Brad’s place! We truly enjoyed our time together at his home. We highly recommend Brad. Having a vehicle was also important while on island. Brad thank you for thinking of everything. We will see you soon!

We had a truly wonderful time at Bill’s place. Bill met us at the house and gave us a tour . He is a very charming and knowledgeable host. The property is actually better than described and had everything that you could wish for. The house was spotless with very comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom and many lovely towels in the bathroom, which is a change from some of the Airbnbs we have stayed in previously. The views from the wrap around deck were stunning. We wholeheartedly recommend Bill’s place for anyone wishing to explore beautiful Long Island.

I stayed at this Airbnb for two nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The space was exactly as described—clean, peaceful, and well-equipped with everything I needed for day-to-day living, including kitchen supplies, toiletries, and comfortable furniture. The host was fantastic—very responsive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely accommodating. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The pricing was fair and completely matched what was listed—no surprises or extra charges. I felt that the value I received for the cost was excellent. Overall, this was one of the most seamless and comfortable Airbnb stays I’ve had. I would definitely love to stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming place to stay.

The views from this house are simply breath taking in every direction and from almost from every room in the house. just when we thought the ocean views of the island could not get any better, we ventured up to the very top deck level and WOW WOW WOW! Beyond the views, this house is beautifully pearched on a hill, is solidly constructed and offers an inviting, well appointed, furnished and relaxing atmosphere. My family and I enjoyed it immenesly and would 100% stay here again. The host/hostess were very easy to coordinate with and were readily available to help or provide valuable information when needed. Perfekte Unterkunft um abzuschalten. Super schöne, liebevolle und perfekt ausgestattet Wohnung mit privater (nicht einsehbarer) Terrasse und privater Zugang zum Strand (an dem wir immer alleine waren). Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeber. Es wurde uns kostenlos und ausreichend Trinkwasser zu Verfügung gestellt. Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner und Spülmaschine vorhanden und kostenlos nutzbar. Viele Bade-, Strand-, und Duschtücher sowie Sonnencreme, Pflaster, Haargummies, Föhn, Duschegel, Shampoo usw. vorhanden. Voll ausgestattet Küche mit Toaster, Gasofen, Mikrowelle, Grill, Kühl und Gefrierschrank, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Töpfe, Pfannen, Standmixer usw. sowie Gewürzen etc. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Fazit: Dies war mein dritter Aufenthalt auf Long Island und dies war bisher mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft!

Janice's house was exactly what we were looking for--quiet, peaceful, gorgeous setting, ane comfortable beds. Janice was always responsive and recommended a great fishing guide (Yan Turnquest!) and restaurants (go to Max's conch bar and he will cook your fish). We walked on the beach for 5 hours one day and didn't see anyone! There is a beautiful cove just south of the house protected by the reef that is great for swimming. I highly recommend Janice's house--it has everything you need for a comfortable relaxing stay where you can get away from it all.
