A great place. Convenient, easy walk to a number of local businesses, yet feels private and quiet. Tam is an excellent host, responsive and very helpful. Place is very comfortable, clean and convenient. Highly recommend!

We have previously stayed at another one of Eddy's properties, so we already had high expectations and they were all definitely met! Everything is exactly as described and lots of amenities available. We like how stocked the kitchen and bathroom is - it's super convenient and helpful to not have to think of those details. few mentions for future stays - we came on an unseasonably cold day and had to turn the heat up (all works perfectly) and benefitted from bringing our slippers/warm socks because the floor is a bit cold. Thoughtfully, there were rubber slides available for use! Also, getting in got a little confusing in the dark - our GPS told us we arrived when we were on the opposite side of the house. So just a heads up to anyone coming in, take a look at the map before driving in the dark :D

First time in NJ/NY and loved our stay at this Airbnb. Everything was clean and looked exactly like pictured. Wilson is an awesome host he communicated clearly and was always responsive. I recommend his place and would 100% stay here again!

A very nice place to relax. My reason was because of work in the area. But I was delighted with the place. 100% recommended.

I rented it for tenants to stay in during a repair at their apartment. My tenants chose to stay in their apartment instead so they never actually checked in. But Hameen was very flexible, even offering early check in since the contractors started early, and he refunded the cleaning fee since they never entered the apartment. The location is very central in Bristol and I can tell Hameen would be a great host for people that stay there.

John's place was fantastic. Spacious, airy and light, it was the perfect base for us to explore NYC. The kitchen was very well-equipped and having two bathrooms made life loads easier. If other guests want a great night out, head for Captain Dan's, Do or Dive Bar and/or The Coyote.

Super Unterkunft für 5 Personen. Ideal um mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel New York zu besuchen und zu erkunden. Connie ist super und immer schnell erreichbar. Top Empfehlung für einen gelungenen New York Städtetrip!

Outstanding value for the money. Spectacular view. Spacious and welcoming interior. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Loads of things to do in area. Great art museum about two miles away. Instacart and DoorDash friendly area. Great Stste Parks to visit. Air Hockey table in the basement was a great plus as we were traveling with a teen. Our trip was part leisure/part business…great space for both. Highly recommend!

The Landing was perfect for our weekend getaway. We stayed during the quiet season and felt like we were the only ones around. The house is designed to maximize the view of the water from where ever you are. Our weather was rainy and cold but we stayed cozy and warm by the fire. Being able to bring our older dog was a plus. With clear instructions and everything we needed in the house, we did not have to reach out to John much, but when we did, he was prompt and helpful. We would definitely rent again!

This was our second time back to the pool house and it was amazing, again. We thinks of everything to make you feel welcome. Milk and eggs in the fridge. Muffins and croissants waiting for you. Pristine home. Fully stocked kitchen. I was even able to host a few family members for Christmas dinner and had everything I needed to make a lovely dinner. We also travel with two dogs and Sue is so accommodating, making our pups feel right at home. Thank you, Sue, for making our holidays away from home so peaceful and enjoyable.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we had planned, and it truly felt like a home away from home. This was a perfect place to stay with our dog and 2 small children. The fenced in yard was secure. You can easily walk to many restaurants, or like us, just for fun with the dog and kids. Joe was immediately responsive when I messaged him with questions and when I inquired about a late check out, he was happy to let us stay a few hours longer which was really nice.

Great place to stay!

We had a really nice time at Elizabeth home. The place was immaculate, and had all the comforts of home. I was having trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi, messaged Elizabeth, She got back to me within five minutes, and the issue was resolved. It was simply a reset on the router. I will certainly stay here again if I am back in the area.

Muna is an awesome host. She is super responsive and always gives us good advise. We had a long stay and the place is very warm, clean, and very comfortable. Excellent location with everything you need, we had a wonderful stay and family vacation at her place. Thank you once again Muna, we look forward to come back again!

My children and I had a wonderful time! The unit was immaculate, the views were lovely, and there was plenty to do at the hotel. Paul was the best host! We had a car issue and had to extend our stay. He was polite, quick to respond, accommodating, and he took excellent care of us whenever we had any questions or concerns. We are looking forward to visiting again!

L'appartement est très agréable, spacieux (plus que sur les photos), très propre, très bien équipé avec une très bonne literie. L'arrêt de bus pour New-York est à quelques pas, ce qui est pratique. Excellents petits restaurant à proximité. Hôte très accueillant.

Hoboken est un quartier très agréable et accessible depuis NY. Nous avons adoré l’environnement, l’ambiance et la magnifique vue sur Manhattan depuis la Corniche. L’appartement est très agréable, très joliment aménagé et décoré. Une découverte de NY dans les meilleures conditions. Merci !
