We had a wonderful stay in this charming older home over Christmas. Parking was easy. It was Ideal for our family of 3. The location was perfect for visiting downtown Princeton, and grocery stores and restaurants were close by. Natalia was immediately responsive to any questions.

Cozy, clean, comfortable AirBnb, a few blocks from the boardwalk/beach with 2 off-street parking spaces steps from the private entrance. Very well appointed kitchen with lots of glasses - cocktail, wine and water - and plenty of nice dishes, bowls and mugs. We are 2 tea drinkers who really appreciated the electric kettle. There’s also a coffee maker. Ice maker in the freezer is great! Two easy to use smart tv’s add to the great amenities. Comfortable mattresses are a plus as are nice linens and duvets on the 2 queen sized beds. Central AC is super easy to control and it’s quiet! Kleenex in the bedrooms and powder room is a nice touch. So is the liquid hand soap in the bathrooms and kitchen. Great supplies including dish washer pods and laundry detergent. We would definitely book here again when in Asbury Park.

Heather‘s place is really wonderful. Great place to explore Brooklyn a bit of the beaten path. But nice restaurants and public transportation nearby. The house is spacious, quite and as described with everything you need in the kitchen. We will be back!

I stayed in Shannon's beautiful townhouse for a bachelorette weekend with 7 other women. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. Shannon was even kind enough to leave us a note and celebratory bottle of wine. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We can't wait to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the amazing roof deck!

Delighted we picked Martha’s place for our stay in Queens. The place is exactly as described. Clean, comfy, and in a good location for exploring the city. Would def stay again if visiting NYC.

We loved our stay at Chris’s place. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the common areas are lovely and the atmosphere is homey. A nice coffee shop across the street and a short walk to shops on Thames street make the location very convenient. We used the kitchen which was adequately equipped.

Anthony’s place is a gem. It’s nestled on a quiet street in Fort Greene but close by a pharmacy and local delis. We found street parking pretty easily and ended up with a spot right in front of the house on the second day. The unit was clean, cozy, and quiet. Anthony welcomed us in person as well. My family spent several months at this wonderful townhouse. Sonny was responsive and kind with all of our questions and requests . My family of four had plenty of room to hang or spend time alone. Kitchen and restrooms had ample necessities .

Property was brand new and truly a few short steps to the beach. It’s right in the middle of the best shore areas - Bayhead, Point Pleasant, and LBI. Clean, not cluttered and tastefully decorated. Location, location, location is the key to this great property.

We stayed at Lukman’s house for 8 weeks while our house was being renovated. Lukman was proactive with instructions and the place was very clean upon arrival. The house more than met our needs.

Beautiful and clean location, worked very well for myself and my friends and made a great home for our weekend. The view and bonfire made for some wonderful memories.

First of all, we only stayed one night. But from what I could see, being a landlord myself, home was clean and very comfortable! It had all the amenities one would need to stay. High end hardware on all handles, knobs on doors and bathroom faucets and showers. Cant comment on cooking because we only stayed the night and did not cook at all. We just showered and slept there. Very comfortable bed. Would stay again!! Antonella was very responsive when i texted her. Hope to stay there again soon!!! Colleen

Great spot close to the mountain. Exactly as described and very nice amenities. Beds were great and rooms were spacious. Fire place is a great touch cheap wood available in town. Had everything you need for a little ski get away with friends or family. Steam room was also a nice addition. Felt great to get off the mountain and go in.

The house was exactly what we were looking for. It’s in a great location, just a short drive across the bridge to Beacon, making it super convenient. We also felt very safe since the house is located right behind a police station. Overall, it was a comfortable and ideal stay for our trip.

Nice rental property situated steps away from the ocean. Ideally for 2 - 3 couples or one extended family with kids. Been on Jersey Shore for the first time and we loved it. Thanks Anthony for your hospitality!

Molly was a great host. Always quick to respond to my messages! Kitchen was great along with the view of Fort Pond every morning. Beautiful location with a short walk to town and the beach. Perfect place to spend a quiet weekend away!

Fabulous stay (again) with Great Gull Island Properties. This townhouse was in a perfect location. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants but still secluded enough for peaceful rest when needed. The space was intentionally decorated with thoughtful details. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms made us feel right at home. We enjoyed coffee on the deck as part of our morning routine. Everything you could need is here. We also love that this home was able to accommodate our senior dog. All of us (Atticus included) love Great Gull and especially this stay at their historic townhome!
