It was a really amazing time in an unique place. Al is a great person that gives a lot information both on local history and guiding on visiting the area. He's s very helpful with anything that is needed during stay. We'll be back!

My husband and I were in the area just for the night to pick up a family member for a road trip. The location in the Depot Square connected to me, as my mom used to take me to the Farm Shoppe when I was little. I wish I had the time to eat there but we left very early. The location was convenient, different for sure - but well done. Easy, spacious, comfortable & clean. Very reasonably priced. Would absolutely stay again when visiting back home.

I visited here with my 10yo son who loves jazz. The flophouse is a quick walk from two different subway stations. The place had character and we felt as if we were stepping back in time to a bygone era. We listened to Rene's music group, Strawberry Mouth, for an evening "Tuesday is Blues Day" performance. Very glad we stayed a little bit outside of the main Manhattan hustle.

Second time here, really wish to stay here longer. Such a cozy place I love it a lot! The bed is way too comfortable just can’t get up. We came back to see The host Mrs Doris and her husband Jon. Jon was also surprised to see us and we are happy to see him still as happy as before! Definitely a nice place to stay for getaway!

Loved staying here, walking distance to everything in Times Square and easiest access to the subway from any direction. Great restaurants and a lot to do. Would recommend Margaritaville to Air BnB guests and hotels guests. The staff were so friendly and super helpful with any questions we had. Easy check in and check out. Loved everything about our stay!!!!

I had a great experience because the place was very clean and staff was outstanding.

Exactly what we needed for our road trip! Only issue was that the A/C unit was kind of loud but expected in similar hotel rooms. 2 TVs!!

Prime location, the balcony over looking the drag shows is a must. We used Ethan’s services twice because it was that good. Very communicative, very easy, we just had a blast. Will definitely come again next year!

We booked here for a little 'staycation' for our first wedding anniversary! The weather wasn't great, but it worked to our advantage and we got an upgrade :) The ladies at the front were very kind and welcoming. The location is perfect right off the ferry and in the main village, walking distance to everything. We would definitely stay here again!!

Chef Step was a great host! He was incredibly accommodating and super kind. I ended up getting food poisoning and he made me tea and got me some medicine which was very much appreciated. The first morning that we were there, he even cooked for us - chicken and waffles 10/10. I would 1000% stay with Chef Step next time I am in NYC.

Sascha is an absolutely wonderful host -- always ready to offer help, and to make sure you feel at home. Her place is impeccably clean, and has both the privacy and the community that you might need, especially in a long stay. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay. Very cozy and welcoming with a sense of history on the picturesque property. The outdoor tree lights were stunning as we pulled in after dark. Check in was easy and we felt right at home immediately. There were lots of little extras that made us feel special: book lights in the bedside tables, coffee/tea, yogurt and milk in the fridge, cookies/biscuits and fruits, lots of throw pillows and blankets. It was a really nice setup for working or lounging. The bathroom is beautiful! Huge shower with an artisanal bar of soap. The bed was very comfortable and the heat was easy to adjust. Everything was scrupulously clean and well-labeled. The wall and ceiling candelabras cast a warm light and were all dim-able. Lovely touches all around! We would come back again!

I can honestly say it was way better than expected. Host reached out to me before I even realized I might miss the check in window and took care of me and my family. Thank you so much.

My reservation at Wavecrest Resort was one of the most beautiful stays I’ve ever had! The pictures provided in the listing do not do the property justice! Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the studio came with everything we need! All cooking utensils, plates, bowls and cups, a burner plate, hair dryer and the most gorgeous views! The tv also comes with all your favorite apps loaded and ready to play! Overall, I would 1000% recommend booking the Wavecrest Resort for your next stay! :)

I stayed at Jennifer's place for business and loved it. I loved the hardwood floors and antique furniture. Jennifer was wonderfully hospitable and I had a relaxing evening before a long day of work -- Just what I needed.

Wonderful place, very modern, clean , designed and furnished with a lot of love. Also the garden was extraordinary, and we loved the fire pit! Nery was very friendly, proactive and professional.
