Våran vistelse hos Mai Kenny var superbra, stor och fin lägenhet, modern med fin utsikt. Hade kunnat finnas mer tallrikar/köksredskap men annars finns det inget annat att klaga på. Bra gym och pool, spaet är verkligen värt ett besök. Mai Kenny svarar alltid snabbt och är hjälpsam. Rekommenderar!

I stayed here for more than a month and loved it! The apartment is just like the pictures and also has a balcony with a good view, which was a nice surprise. The apartment was perfect for longer stays, especially when working - plenty of room, good internet, separate workstation, etc. The location was great too. It’s right near Swan Lake Park which has several kms of walking/running tracks. Great restaurants nearby along with supermarkets, chemists etc. It’s much quieter compared to the centre of Hanoi, which I enjoyed (more of a local feel). However, it’s easy to get into town with Grab as well. And Viet, the host, is lovely - he helped organise airport transfers, gave very clear instructions and local recommendations, and was super responsive if I had questions. Highly recommended! I hope to be back :)

This is one of the most beautifully designed penthouse. Stay was amazing! Such a lovely home and I’m glad we got a chance to stay here. Will recommend this to friends and family travelling to Hanoi! Thank you!

This was a lovely place to stay in. The views were amazing and the place was clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. There was a supermarket and coffee shop nearby as well as a large mall with an aquarium and many shops and food places. All this within walking distance. Being out of the old quarter (not in walking distance) meant it was a nice place to retreat to. The hosts were always responsive and helpful. I’d highly recommend this place.

Bardzo polubiliśmy to miejsce. Od pierwszego dnia dobrze się w nim czuliśmy, a spędziliśmy w nim miesiąc. Apartament wygląda dokładnie tak jak na zdjęciach. W mieszkaniu znajdziecie wszystko co potrzebne. Warto wspomnieć o łóżku - materac jest naprawdę wygodny, a pościel wyjątkowo przyjemna. Dodatkowo w okolicy znajdziecie mnóstwo sklepów, usług, kawiarni itp. Ocean Park to też świetnie miejsce na spacer. Gospodarz jest komunikatywny i pomógł nam w każdej sprawie, z którą się do niego zwróciliśmy. Jedna rzecz, którą warto mieć na uwadze to hałas. Budynek znajduje się od strony ruchliwej ulicy i przy skrzyżowaniu, więc kierowcy cały czas używają klaksonu, co zdarza się również w nocy. A z racji tego, że okna mają pojedyncze szyby, to bardzo to słychać. Dlatego polecam używać zatyczek. Mimo to, uważam to świetne miejsce na zatrzymanie się w Hanoi : )

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appartement est incroyable, à l’extérieur de l’agitation du centre ville, à 5min à pied d’un Mall, pleins de restaurants à proximité. Pleins d’attentions agréables quand on arrive : brosse à dent, peignoirs. café, eau… Allez y les yeux fermés !

I appreciated receiving check in details 2 days in advance, so I didn’t have to worry Em route to Hanoi, my journey was over 20 hours. Upon entering the unit I felt like I was in a suite in a boutique hotel. The decor and ambiance was cozy and charming. The place was squeaky clean, beautifully decorated, and I loved the details…2 bottles of water, Oreo cookies, and a couple of noodle cups were, along with coffee, tea, etc. the kitchen was fully stocked with small pot and pan, dishes, knives, scissors…and the bathroom was clean and also fully stocked with all the things you would find at a 4 star hotel. I would definitely return. Also, Chloe was super responsive to my inquiries.
