Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful, heated pool. Perfect getaway for our family. We usually stay at the Worldmark just because of the outdoor pool, but will definitely start staying here. It’s only a 5 min drive and you have the peace and quiet, a pool Pickleball court, and then a five minute drive to downtown if you want the town. Great stay! Loved the house and how we could walk to everything. Loved the welcome amenities for us and our dog.

We had a great trip with our two small kids and dog. It was our first time in Seabrook and we would definitely return to this house. The home features a comparatively large fenced in yard on a quiet street near horses and within walking distance to the outdoor pool, playground and dog park, and gnome trail. We were surprised at how hilly the south side of Seabrook is and how far the house actually was from the shops and beach. Well worth the trade for such a well stocked home in a peaceful location!

We spent a lovely family weekend getaway in April at Seabrook and stayed at the Purple Pelican house. The house was small, beautifully decorated, and very clean. We loved that it was right next to the pool, which was a big hit with our family. The location was perfect—within walking distance to restaurants, the market, and beautiful scenic trails. The beach was absolutely stunning, and we truly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. That said, there were a couple of minor issues. One of the chairs was broken, and there wasn’t enough paper towel provided. But overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this place for a peaceful and fun getaway.

Lovely stay with 6 adults and 4 kids plus two dogs! Well-equipped kitchen, nice location across from the soccer field and indoor pool. Only complaint is we asked for the garbage to be picked up several times and it never was which meant piles of it in the kitchen for a few days.

The home was perfect. Comfortable rooms for everyone. With the cold nights and chilly mornings, the home always felt warm and cozy. Our family loved their first time experience staying at Seabrook.

This was the perfect stay for a girls trip to the beach. My three daughters are on spring break, so my best girlfriend and I took them to do something a little different. The community has an arcade that they hung out at, yummy little restaurants and an indoor pool for the rainy days. There's even a soccer field for my little soccer player to practice at! We're looking forward to another trip this summer!

We had a great stay in Seabrook! This house accommodated 8 people, and we were pleased with the amount of bathrooms, the walkability of the town, and the central location of this home. It was comfortable for our dogs, and we loved the hot tub!

This place is a gem! Less than two blocks from town. Easy stroll to beach approach, boardwalk, restaurants and arcade for kids.

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more! Even though the weather didn’t cooperate for long walks on the beach, the cozy living room and fireplace made for a perfect rainy indoor reading day. Michael was extremely helpful and communicative and offered great tips and recommendations. The house was very private, immaculate and the fenced backyard was perfect for keeping our dogs safe - we would definitely love to come back!

We had a wonderful time! The house was clean and cute. Beautiful ceilings, warm feel. The propane fire brought ALL the cozy vibes. We loved the close walk to the beach, the river and the adorable downtown. We would absolutely stay here again :)

The house and property are Beautiful. Trees, Green, and in the Country where it is peaceful and quiet from tourists but close enough to things that it is a quick car ride. The space was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, and the kitchen had all the dishes/ pots, and pans we needed. Neighbors had cows and pigs that stared at us when we walked down the long driveway and a friendly little barn cat that said Hi while outside on the property. There is ample space for parking. Wish the weather wasn't so rainy and windy so we could have spent more time outside around the firepit, but maybe next time. Would love to stay again.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much. The lot is so beautiful and private with lots of little squirrels, chipmunks and deer roaming through the yard. We felt right at home.

Nice place for rod run. Just out of town but right on main street. Perfect for what we wanted. Little older place maybe some would say dated but its a beach house.

Beautiful location! We loved the privacy and how secluded the place was. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy and everything was super clean. We loved the hot tub. We would definitely come back!

Very open and beautiful place! Loved the huge back yard and it seemed like she had everything in her home to help out with any tasks at hand including hair ties, tooth brushes, umbrella, lights, batteries etc. Definitely would book again! Brandy was very friendly and accommodating which made booking and staying very at ease with little to no stress!

Jacqulyn was quick to respond to my questions. The place itself was very cute, clean, and clutter free. The location is just unbeatable! It is a cute walk to the beach and we just had so much fun. Hope to stay there again.

Overall a great place to stay, right on the beach and beautiful views. Plenty of room in the house, both upstairs and downstairs, and the covered upstairs deck out back gives amazing views up and down the length of the beach. The host provided lots of information about the location and the area -- definitely swing by Blue Buoy for their breakfast! A couple small things to note: access to the beach is right out the backyard, but there is a drop of a few feet at the end, so folk with mobility issues may face problems. Also, the kitchen is upstairs and entrance to the house is on the downstairs level, something not readily apparent from the pictures. Neither caused a concern for us, just something to be aware of.

Great little place to spend the weekend at the coast!

Immaculate Home. Everything looks better than the pictures. It is the most clean Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. And it comes with everything you need, from beautiful toiletries, kitchen items such as zip lock bags, seasonings, oil, three types of coffee and hot cocoa, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent, and more! The layout is great for families or a small group. The house is a one block walk to the beach and we saw deer everyday. It’s a safe neighborhood and only a half mile to restaurants and the store and a couple blocks walk to the lighthouse. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend the house. Also a shoutout to the owner Andrea who is very responsive. Thanks for the lovely stay

The place was perfect for our group of 2 moms, 4 young kids, and a dog! The house is set up with 2 different spaces so be prepared for that. It worked great for our 2 families and pet. The main house was set with amenities like dog beds, condiments, and all the towels you could need. The main house was comfortable with a queen bed, twin bunk beds, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. The upstairs tub is jetted and everyone enjoyed it! The 2nd house has a queen bunk bed, full bathroom, and kitchenette. We really enjoyed the deck and walking right to the ocean. We will definitely be back!
