Wir sind als Gruppe von insgesamt 7 Freunden nach Velipoja gereist. Der Verkehr in der Hauptsaison vom Flughafen in Tirana nach Velipoja is etwas herausfordernd, aber unter Berücksichtigung der gesamten Verkehrssituation in Albanien in Ordnung. Das Haus war optimal. Uns hat vor allem gefallen, dass es 3 Klimaanlagen gab und auch die Außenküche und deren Ausstattung war perfekt. Bei uns war aber leider die Kaffeemaschine defekt. Ansonsten hat uns Serkiz sehr geholfen, vor allem bei einem Problem mit der Airline, die den Koffer eines Freundes fälschlicherweise nach Polen geflogen hat. Auch die Empfehlungen unseres Gastgebers waren hilfreich bei der Gestaltung unseres Urlaubs. Sei es Restaurants oder Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Uns hat die Lage sehr gefallen, da das Haus abseits der zentralen Touristenregion von Velipoja liegt, alle Restaurants, Bars und der Strand aber dennoch binnen 10min zu Fuß erreicht werden konnten.

Drago's place in Ulcinj is a true gem - both for its location on top of a mountain with wonderful views of the sea from the terrace, fresh air and only ca. 10 minutes to walk down the steep hill to the Small Beach of Ulcinj as well as for its great and spacious layout and perfect amenities. Drago himself wasn't able to meet us at the apartment, but his super friendly and nice mother greeted us and we felt right at home. In Drago's apartment you're close to all Ulcinj has to offer (the beach, the market and shopping, but also literally above the bustle and the heat. The three bedrooms are perfectly sized, the kitchen is well-equipped, the bathroom stylish and functional (especially helpful is also the washing machine), and the living room is large and very nice. All is very clean and working well! Parking is possible only a few meters outside the house. All in all, a great apartment! Thanks to Drago and his mother for a wonderful stay!

Super accueil de Vera ainsi que de son mari. Adorables du début à la fin du séjour. Logement reculé de la route nationale ce qui est très appréciable. Si nous avons l’occasion de repasser dans le coin, nous y reviendrons sans la moindre hésitation.

We have had a most lovely holiday at Victor's place. Thank you for being so kind and helpful! The house is spacious with three separate floors. The see views from any of the three terraces are gorgeous. A short easy walk takes you to the local beach with bars and restaurants. A small village shop on the way. More shops are a short drive away as well as a bigger town - Bar. The Old Bar is a great tourist attraction very close plus a lot of hiking with more spectacular views. A sand beach only 15 minutes away by car. But it is just so lovely to rest on the terrace of the house. Wi-Fi was really fast, TV with lots of channels in all languages, hot water in showers and comfy seats all around. Laundry, kitchen, etc. all working great to suit a family of six easily. We really loved our holiday. Highly recommended. Oh, and also the tortoises in the a separated part of the garden! An everyday fun of finding and counting them all in the morning.

Wunderschöner Blick auf die Bucht. Viele Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Haus komplett ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Sehr sympathische Gastgeberin. Parken am Haus (für mich) sehr abenteuerlich, in der Parallelstraße gibt es aber einen Schotter Parkplatz auf dem man für kleines Geld parken kann.

Our stay at Anja's home was absolutely wonderful. The house is perfectly positioned near the top of a hill with a dramatic sea view - it's a wonderful place to sit and relax, have drinks and eat. From the house, it is a 10 minute walk into the main part of the city and to the beach...and there are a variety of beaches you can visit without having to drive. The house is very comfortable, air-conditioned and well equipped. The pool is a huge bonus - it was great to be able to have a quick dip there or relax poolside. The neighbours are friendly and we felt we had a really authentic experience in Ulcinj. In addition, Anja was extremely helpful with suggestions about restaurants, sights and beaches -- even to the point of making a couple of reservations for us. She made herself extremely available and was always in rapid contact if we had any questions. Anja's home was a real find and made our trip to Ulcinj perfect.

Hallo Wir waren in der Zeit von 15-29 August zur Urlaub.Das kleine Haus mit 3 Zimmern und Bad ist echt geräumig und bietet gut Platz für 5 Personen. Küche hat was man so zum Leben braucht. Leider ist der Stand etwas weit entfernt und wir müssten jeden Tag mit Auto fahren trotzdem war es sehr schön. MfG

A beautiful, quiet location, with stunning views and lovely garden. Two beds are in a separate little garden house for privacy, and the pool was great for cooling off after a long day. Gorgeous sunset from the rooftop patio, and two friendly little cats made for good company outside. Selma was very accommodating and friendly even with our unexpectedly late arrival. Garage parking is a bonus too! Would definitely come again. Thank you!

Katarina è stata un host eccezionale!ci ha accolti a casa sua con grande amore! Ogni domanda ha ricevuto immediata risposta e ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze! La casa è enorme, il giardino comodissimo e le terrazze meravigliose per mangiare all’aperto! La piscina comoda quando non si vuole andare in spiaggia! Super! Grazie mille Katarina!

I booked here for my best friends surprise 30th and it exceeded all expectations!! First time visiting Albania and Ambra helped me so much with every question I had. She was so helpful, always answered every questions and just was so responsive. Never had such an amazing airbnb host. Recommend places to go. I needed a decoration company and she put me in touch with someone and it was perfect. The views are insane. The restaurant near by Pelikani is just also top quality service and food. All of it was perfect. The house was so comfortable. I have no bad points. My recommendation would be to do lots of research if this is your first time travelling but also book with Ambra as she helped with everything.. taxis, supermarkets etc. we had a small power cut as of a storm and we had an electrician with us within 20 minutes. You must come here!!!.

Die Unterkunft war super, es hatte alles was man für einen ruhigen Urlaub mit Freunden braucht. Wir waren ganz überrascht, denn eine tolle und regengeschützte Sitzmöglichkeit gab es auch noch, mit einer tollen Outdoor-Küche, die gar nicht auf den Bildern zu sehen war. Das hat uns natürlich sehr gefreut. Zudem war Miroslav an sich ein super Gastgeber. Es gab einen persönlichen Check-In, der super flexibel war und reibungslos funktionierte. Er zeigte uns kurz das Haus und gab uns ein paar Tipps und bot oft seine Hilfe an, wenn wir irgendwelche Fragen hatten, stand er zudem immer zur Verfügung. Einmal bestellten wir im Restaurant nebenan Pizza und dort trafen wir auf Miroslav, der uns kurzerhand anbot, die Pizza zu uns zu liefern. Auch als wir fragten, wie wir am besten Abends noch in die Stadt kommen und wieder zurück bot er uns an, Fahrer zu organisieren. Er war stets hilfsbereit und seine Ortskenntnisse waren eine große Hilfe. Viele seiner Empfehlungen haben wir genutzt, es war toll.

Miejsce spokojne, zadbane. Spędziliśmy tu 7 nocy. Dobra Voda jako miejscowość nie zachwyciła nas. Tłumy ludzi, zgiełk, plastik. Nie ma kontaktu z przyrodą. Jest dużo sklepów - to bardzo wygodne. Sam budynek, w którym jest apartament to kompleks kilkunastu mieszkań z dostępem do basenu i w dole do morza - tam leżaki i parasole bezpłatnie do dyspozycji gości, ale ludzie wcześnie rano je zajmują. Ścieżka tam wśród pięknej roślinności, idealna do robienia zdjęć - szczególnie o zachodzie słońca. Zejście do morza po drabince lub śliskich schodach - weź buty kąpielowe. Bezpośrednie zejście z mieszkania na basen po schodkach bardzo wygodne. Gdy w basenie byli inni ludzie hałas nie był męczący, bo ze względu na klimatyzację zamknięte są drzwi i okna. Taras czysty z pięknym widokiem. Idealny na poranną kawę lub wieczorną lampkę wina. Gospodarz punktualny i odpowiedzialny. Bardzo dobry kontakt. Wypożyczyliśmy od niego samochód na dwa dni. Wszystko przebiegło bez zarzutu. Dziękujemy!

Domem na miejscu opiekuje się Zdravko - wyjątkowo przyjazny i komunikatywny, a także uczynny człowiek. Całość idealna dla 2 rodzin z uwagi na podział pomieszczeń. My podróżowaliśmy w układzie 6+2. Basen czysty, woda idealna. dodatkowym atutem było czyszczenie w ciągu tygodniowego pobytu. Widok z basenu i tarasów - olśniewający. Całość obejścia bardzo zadbana. Prywatna skalista plaża i własne zejście do wody. Leżaki do czytania w cieniu. Na miejscu SUP i kajak - idealne do podróżowania na wyspę, która jest rezerwatem. Zatoka spokojna, nawet w wietrzne dni morze jest spokojne. Warunki w domu w 100% spełnią wszystkie oczekiwania. Pomimo upałów klimatyzacja bez problemu chłodzi wnętrza i sypialnie. Serdecznie polecam na idealne wakacje.

Schöne Unterkunft, ruhige Lage. Mit Kinder optimal, da alles vorhanden und Garten für Spiele. Etwas abgelegen aber zu Fuss Strand gut erreichbar in 15 Minuten.

Aleksandra was an excellent, attentive host. We arrived later than hoped and Aleksandra went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. The property is even better in person - highly recommend. Wonderful, safe location with an unbelievable view.

Fantastic house. Big and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Good bed in a spacious bedroom. Big balcony from where birdspotting is wonderful. Also nice gardens in front and back of the house. The living room has a comfortable couch. Room is equipped with television with Netflix, if you need it. We spent most of the time outside. It is only a few minutes walking to the restaurants and the old town, Stari Bar. There is a little supermarket close by and if you have a car, there is a choice of shops and supermarkets only a few minutes away. Host is very friendly and responsive. I really cannot think of any negative things, apart from the fact that we only stayed for five nights. We could easily have stayed twice as long.

We had the most wonderful time at Tea’s residency. The suite has everything you need to make you feel like at home, the hosts are wonderful people, we went to three different beaches nearby, everything was great! Can’t wait to visit again

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an outstanding stay at this Airbnb in Ulcinj! The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always attending to our needs and making sure our experience was pleasant. But what truly sets this place apart is the unparalleled view of the city. Waking up to such a breathtaking panorama every morning was a treat. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Nikola ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Stand jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung und hat gerne geholfen oder stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Häuschen am Wasser war sehr schön und sauber. Es hat alles was man braucht. Grandios ist das man vom Bett direkt ins Wasser springen kann. In der Nähe sind ein paar wirklich sehr gute Konobas (Restaurants) das Essen war immer richtig richtig gut. Vielen Dank lieber Nikola.

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!
