We had an incredible stay at this beautiful waterfront Airbnb! The home was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed. The private pool and outdoor area were truly the highlights—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Just steps from a stunning beach, it was the ideal getaway. A great central place to stay en condando. Not far from Viejo San Juan, close to the highway to head west or east to explore the beauty of the rest of the country. This was our family's first vacation to Puerto Rico and our first experience with Airbnb and it was fantastic. The condo was beautiful and had some recently done upgrades. There is a private patio that has direct line of sight to the beautiful beach and ocean. We spent a lot of time just sitting and watching/listening to the waves. Aquatika is a nice and well-maintained condominium complex, that is gated with security present all day, every day; we felt very comfortable and safe. The location in Loiza is ideal and we were able to reach most places that we wanted to visit within an hour drive. Carmen was an amazing host. I had several questions regarding our upcoming visit (groceries, tours, etc.) and she responded immediately and very helpfully. The only recommendation I'd give for future visitors, and this is not related to the condo, is to bring bug spray with a good percentage of DEET (if you can tolerate it) and maybe purchase a citronella candle or a fogging spray to help.

My boyfriend & I stood at the place during our trip to San Juan, PR. It was great! Lizzie, provided us with so much to make our stay less stressful and wonderful. From kitchen supplies to games down to even a binder of things to do & near within PR. She was also, responsive and answered any concerns and questions we had during our stay. Great communication from her! The area itself was good. Walking distance from many restaurants and public beach. Easy to get accessible Ubers to get around.

We traveled with a family, so there were 8 total with 4 kids under 7. The owners were very pleasant, responsive and easy to work with. They were quite understanding when my child broke something. The property is generally well maintained, had everything we needed and more to enjoy the pool and beach area! The ocean waters were calm and shallow, which was excellent for our small children. The heated pool was fantastic especially on a cloudy or rainy day. I didn’t realize that the top and bottom floors were not internally connected but that was ok, just not ideal. All in all, a fantastic stay!!! I would go back, without hesitation.

Completed another stay at the nautical dream house (lower floor). For anyone looking for lagoon access and amazing food (just down the street from multiple food options in Los Pinones), then this is the place to stay. Zulma was super communicative, and responded quickly to every question we had. The kayak at the location made nice morning and evening paddles around the lagoon a regular occurrence during our stay. It is a much more authentic Puerto Rico feel than staying in other places like Condado or Isla Verde, and the food is by far superior to those locations. Plus, you avoid the traffic in San Juan when headed to destinations like Fajardo or El Yunque. Will be back to stay again for sure!

Jesse was a great host. The property is well kept, lush with vegetation and a nice salt water pool. There are several units that all seem to have a charm of their own. He gave us invaluable tips for places to eat or visit. Thanks to him we got to enjoy places off of the beaten path. His charisma and warmth made our first visit to Puerto Rico unforgettable. Would love to come back!

We had an amazing stay at Javier’s villa! He was incredibly accommodating and responsive, even on such short notice. The villa itself is absolutely gorgeous—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a luxury getaway.
