Well appointed with lovely intentional touches and decor. Everything you need is available and it felt really peaceful and private. Great big comfy bed, perfect place for a nice long sleep in.

Enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and clean in a quiet area. Kids books and and games were really useful.

Enjoyable residence and great for large families. Great location if your planning trips to MovieWorld & Seaworld like we did. Also quick drive down to beach & local Broadwater Restaurants. Nothing really in walking distance, so be prepared to drive. Hosts were great & responsive, however there is a rental property at the front of the house that appeared tenanted while we were there, that wasn't explained, so took us a couple of days to work that someone was on the property with us. Overall, good stay with the family in lovely house.

Staying at this place was soo good and really exceeded our expectations, aircon everywhere, friendly neighbours kitchen with everything you need and lots of space. If I wasn’t here for work it would be a perfect place to bring the family.

Enjoyed our stay at Janette’s, we felt right at home. It’s a beautiful home with absolutely everything you need and although we didn’t need anything Janette had thought of every thing and her home is fully stocked which was amazing. Would definitely stay again

We really enjoyed our stay here. A beautiful house which made us feel at home right away. Michelle has furnished this house with a lot of love to detail. Everything was thought of and more. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and left nothing to be missed. The railway next to the place can be noisy at times, but this seems to be seasonal and irregular. We really enjoyed the homegrown Passionfruit just from the lawn and the kids loved the space to play. Thank you Michelle for having us!

The hosts were great and let us check in early as we had some unwell guests needing to rest. The house was perfect, clean, tidy, well stocked in all areas. Lots of kitchen utensils right through to extra pillows and blankets. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our family at this property and we'd love to come back. Location is perfect with Pacific Fair only 4 mins away. Highly recommend... host was very proactive with communication. Thanks for a wonderful holiday.

A beautiful stay on a serene canal, right in the heart of Broadbeach. There was a grass patch downstairs for our dog. Brad was very responsive when we had questions.

This was our second stay at Amy’s place. It is perfectly located for us to visit our family, and very central . We would be happy to stay at her place again.

A really lovely stay here! Lana and Tracey are great hosts and are very accommodating. The place was so lovely and homely, I felt comfortable straight away. It has everything you need. A nice quiet location but walking distance from everything. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

We loved staying here and look forward to returning! The location is excellent - just 4-5 minute walk to the tram, sky observation deck, and walking distance to Surfers Paradise beach and city centre. The apartment is in a lovely resort that has a tennis court, pool area, and game zone. We really appreciated Sally letting us check out late as we had a late flight.

This apartment is a rare gem! My second time staying here and it’s like a home away from home. I love all the thoughtful touches like the key supplies provided and the very well equipped kitchen.

Beautiful unit. Photos don’t do it justice. The view is absolutely spectacular and all the finishes were incredible! The bed was very firm (ok for husband not for me) and very squeaky when rolling over during the night. The balcony and the way it opens up provides a beautiful breeze and the fans are wonderful on those warm nights. Jason was wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond. Wish we didn’t have to leave but will return. We met friends for dinner and drinks and they loved it also and will also come stay here next time!

Lovely place to stay in a fabulous complex. The apartment was a great open space with all the facilities and equipment you could ask for. Communication with the hosts was always rapid and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Stayed for two nights — the studio was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Great location, close to the beach and Broadbeach cafes. Great bed and good communication. A solid option for a short stay.

We were in the gold coast for a trip and stayed in Darinaka’s place Darinka was very responsive and provided clear instructions Apartment was very clean with all the amenities, we enjoyed hot water pool, Sauna. This place is near to restaurants , beaches , bus stop and tram station. I really recommend this place

Hotel is in a great spot and had great amenities to use! Was helpful being right above restaurants and walking distance to the beach! Annoying to collect and drop back the keys and having to pay $200 for an extra set of keys when it’s a 2 bedroom apartment! But provided a carpark as well which was very handy for us! We loved it here and would definitely recommend

it was great staying,nice view from all three rooms , my family enjoyed very much. Everything was so convenient. Just love it. The hoist was very helpful make sure our arrival and check in. Thanks for everything hope we will visit soon.

Great stay! The apartment is well-located, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable visit. The internet was fast and reliable, which was perfect for working remotely. Communication with Jacqui was smooth and easy, she was always responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
