Fantastic flat in a great location within easy walking distance of Peasholm Park and North Bay. Lots of great touches in this comfortable apartment and plenty of room for 2 x families of 4. Plenty of parking on the doorstep, just use the discs provided. Mark was a great host and so easy to contact. We'll definitely look to use again.

An enjoyable one night stay for a friend's celebration. The apartment is perfectly located for all Yarm has to offer, and just a short walk to the high street. Everything was as the description, and extremely comfortable. Ollie had thoughtfully left milk in the fridge (both plant based and normal), and there was tea and coffee available. Ollie was available to meet me when I arrived and left, he was an excellent host and responded very quickly when I contacted him the day before arriving. I would recommend the apartment and would very happily stay again.

Very clean apartment and we loved that it was only a 15-20 minute walk to the town, which meant we could leave the car behind and really relax. The weather was brilliant and the offer of garden chairs was very kind, even though we didn’t use them as we were out too busy exploring. Would recommend staying here. Very spacious for our little family of 3. We only saw Chris as we were leaving, but we knew that he was only a phone call away and upstairs if we needed him.

This largish well apportioned apartment was just the ticket for our trip to Sunderland. Located in a lovely quiet suburb of Edwardian(?) houses the flat is on the second floor of a three story house. Clean and functional it was a convenient ten to fifteen minute walk to the city centre which was ideal. Not far from the Ivy House pub where there is a great selection of real ales and a tasty pizza offering. Key box entry was easy with parking outside in the lane was a bonus. Shower was good also. The apartment was spotless and clean reasonably priced - served our needs well.

Thanks for allowing us to stay Senna. The place was cosy, had all we needed and an easy walk to the centre of town, Cathedral, Castle and restaurants. Fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

We’ve never stayed in such a clean smelling house! Everything about this stay was excellent. It’s a beautiful house and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Lots of free on street parking too. The beds were really comfortable. The house is beautiful - which makes for some lovely background of photos! The hosts left us a gorgeous welcome tray which was Easter themed and really thoughtful - we really appreciated the delicious cakes too. The hosts really did go above and beyond and we would completely recommend staying here. We’ll definitely stay again if we come back to Harrogate in the future. The hosts are happy for you to use all of their condiments etc which was also very useful. The shower/small bath are lovely and the water is hot and the house is lovely and warm. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Peaceful quiet location. Near train station. Clean . Generally well equipped, although a few bits of cutlery and crockery missing but nothing major. Comfortable beds, pillows not to my personal preference as very hard, but overall an excellent stay and I would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend.

We stayed at the house as an extended family for 4 nights for our daughters wedding in the area. It's an absolutely beautiful place and perfect for holidays , celebrations , gatherings or a base for an extended stay. The house is great, the garden amazing , outside space to socialise and eat is super and it's peaceful with beautiful views. We will hopefully come back again it's an absolute gold gem!

Had a fantastic stay here. A family of 4 (2 teen boys), my brother in law and 2 dogs. Great location - an easy walk into town and very quiet too. The host was super helpful and friendly. The accommodation was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The beds in particular were extremely comfortable - lovely fresh, clean and crisp white linen. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Whitby.

We enjoyed our stay in this property, it was decorated to a high standard and had a good amount of space for our needs. It had almost all the facilities we needed to celebrate Christmas (we needed to buy a few more trays for the oven but that was about it). One thing to be aware of that we missed when booking is that the bathroom is downstairs at the back of the house, behind the kitchen, which was a bit of a surprise as we didn't remember seeing that noted before booking, however didn't cause us too many issues during the visit. The only other thing to note is there were a few minor maintenance issues (missing/dead light bulbs for example) that should be fixed, however again this didn't cause any problems during the stay, just something that could be improved to fully bring out the potential of the space.

Loved our stay, it was even nicer in person than the photos! Beautiful property with gorgeous decor, tonnes of space, the kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils etc. Smooth check in and easy walk into the town centre :)

Seldom is where we stay one of the highlights of our trip, but this townhouse definitely was. It was absolutely amazing. It was warm and comfortable after coming in from our chilly all day excursions. The beds were comfortable, the house extremely clean and the amenities absolute perfection.

A brilliantly hidden find. Peaceful, private, relaxing and just on the edge of York. A great size and very comfortable. Will hopefully be available next time I’m back in the area.

Fantastic, professional and welcoming hosts, who pride themselves in providing the best stay possible! Barry and Sue provided folders filled with local amenities, garages, local companies and more if you have car issues etc. The flat is gorgeously decorated from an interior lovers perspective with everything you need. This included local garages in case your car breaks down or needs a spare part. The communal gardens provided beautiful views of the river Swale and within walking distance to the centre of Richmond. The flat very much felt like home during our stay :) Very peaceful, fantastic area and friendly locals.

Angela was a great host and very welcoming, including a little Easter gift for the kids which was a lovely touch. We found the apartment very easily through the instructions provided to us, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with a handy co-op store around the corner. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

What a fabulous apartment! Everything was as advertised, clean, welcoming and homely. it was a lovely start to our stay to find little 'extras' left by the host (wine, crisps, biscuits) and cute knitted ducks left on our pillows containing cream eggs....very fitting for our Easter break. I would highly recommend

We had a lovely return visit to Diane's apartment and certainly hope to go again. We couldn't fault anything; everything so clean, the apartment well appointed, bed very comfortable with beautiful bedding and towels and everything you could possibly need or want. Malton is a perfect base to enjoy North Yorkshire. Great to meet Diane and Mark who were so friendly. Thank you!

Clive’s place is beautiful, it was a perfect, peaceful sanctuary for us whilst on our honeymoon. Clive couldn’t do enough for us, he went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay, by far the most helpful and generous Airbnb host we’ve ever met. I couldn’t recommend this stay highly enough. Simply incredible!

Great flat and location! The local area was lovely, nice walks, pub opposite and shop next door. The flat was an ideal location for exploring neighbouring towns and walking areas. The flat was exactly as described on the listing and Chris’ communication throughout the stay was great
