A very nice apartment with an attentive & friendly host. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the hydro or 20 mins walk to the city centre. We will stay again next time.

Great place with plenty of space, nice and clean. Amazing seaside views and round the corner from the high street. Would love to stay again!

Apartment was great, views of the firth and it's bridges stunning. Short walk to the great pubs and restaurants.

Claudio's flat was the perfect location for a stay in Largs. Very close to shops, pubs and restaurants. Ideally situated on the seafront next to the Ferry terminal. The views from the bay window were stunning and the sunsets were spectacular. It was most enjoyable watching the ferry going back and forth to Cumbrae and watching everything through the telescope made it more enjoyable. It had the added bonus of being able to sit outside on the roof of the restaurant below! The welcome pack of bread, milk, eggs and pancakes was greatly appreciated, although teabags would have been useful. Fortunately there's a Co-op supermarket close by. The extra, very cosy blankets I found in the cupboard were great on the chilly nights. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware so eating in was easy. TV reception wasn't always good as there isn't cable or satellite, but still got a good range on Freeview.

This apartment is gorgeous. Everything about it.... obviously it's location looking straight out onto the sea. near to the ferry over to Cumbrae. Very quiet street outside.... in fact, although the town was busy in the sunshine, it also retained its quiet family atmosphere. In the apartment everything was as described - a helpful welcome pack of bread, milk, eggs and chocolate biscuits! Spotlessly clean, everything worked, good WiFi, and a responsive host to find out one or two little questions. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would hope to come back.

Robert's place is in the perfect location for exploring Oban and the surrounding areas! It's a lovely apartment, with excellent views, and plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Very easy to get to from the train, and Robert was a delightful host. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is amazing , very clean and spacious with plenty room for 6 people and parking was easy even with 3 cars. It was great having two balconies with such nice views where we could sit out and relax. The kitchen was the best equipped we have stayed in, as was the rest of the apartment, Alex has thought of everything you could possibly need. Alex was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. Hope to be back sometime and would definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area.

Lovely place, well equipped Kitchen. Lovely and peaceful. Very comforrable and all the things you may need. Good phone reception, wifi connection and TV. Toy cupboard for our girls. Lovely bathrooms and bedrooms and beautiful views over the loch from lounge window. Lovely garden. Very helpful and welcoming host.

We enjoyed a lovely stay while attending a wedding nearby. The house was perfect, so welcoming, homely and very clean. Kim was a responsive host from the off, advising on taxi numbers and great local recommendations for eating out and buying those last minute bits and bobs that you’ve likely forgot! This property was such a find, and we enjoyed watching the changing weather over the loch. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for off-the-beaten-track luxury with incredible wildlife, views of beautiful Loch Etive and the surrounding mountains which are second to none - then this is the place for you! Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay here and we were sad to leave. We highly recommend this Air BnB and we would love to visit again. Note: we were thankful to find teabags and coffee - but bring your own milk. ;)

We booked relatively last minute to stay with Michelle, yet we were catered for above and beyond. The wonderful little touches of cheese and biscuits, milk and juice, not to mention the lovely easter treats. We felt very much at home and extremely comfortable in the house, it is so homely. The location is superb as you can walk everywhere, we didnt use the car once from arriving to leaving. We walked to boat trips and restaurants, as well as to the ferry to Kerrera. Stayed for 3 nights at this remarkable property. If you are contemplating holidaying here I urge you do it, just book it now! husband, dog & I revelled in this haven of a house and it felt mansion sized, you can lose yourself among the generously proportioned rooms. The heart of the house being the huge traditional kitchen with welcoming raeburn stove which flows seamlessly into one of the most comfortable living rooms we’ve ever encountered on Airbnb. We loved the tasteful decoration throughout & the carefully curated quirky modern & antique mix of furnishings. Outside the hot tub is of a very high, quality standard & and those powerful wee jets were an absolute tonic after a day’s hillwalking! Did I mention the owner’s attention to detail? And at last, Someone who understands the importance of silky soft & crisp bedding!! Peaceful setting with the joy of hooting owls & the odd stag grazing in the field in the evenings. We had the most wonderful stay at Loch View House! The location is incredibly serene and scenic and the house itself is gorgeous with really thoughtful touches! The place was big enough to host all 12 of us, including kids and each room is perfectly decorated! Ema was incredibly friendly and on hand to help too! We’ve made some incredible memories that we’ll treasure forever.

We absolutely loved staying at Julie and Ians place. The scones and prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch and a fab way to start of our weekend! The location was just stunning and we enjoyed having a wee dip in the river at the end of the garden! Would highly recommend this place as it was perfect for making a nice meal and enjoying each others company. Thanks so much for hosting us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The location was good, with a short 25 minute drive down to Edinburgh and plenty of local amenities. While the accommodation may not be the most upto date, it was nice and clean and we had no complaints. Karen was on hand for any questions and she came and replaced a broken light bulb straight away. Would definitely come stay again

Fantastic stay here in a property that is a credit to the owners. Spotless clean, comfortable and peaceful with a quiet night’s sleep. We dropped on at a time of sunny warm weather so Broughty Ferry and the beach were very busy so parking was understandably at a premium. We parked a few streets away but were able to move the car to near the house in the evening. Would definitely book again next time we’re up visiting family.

Patrica’s place was very homely and cosy . Very easy to find and close to the town centre . Peaceful location with beautiful views . Even my dog felt at home and very chilled . Great place to recharge and relax . Homemade hot cross buns and freshly baked bread was a great touch . So yummy if ever we back in Scotland we will definitely be back .

This is a brilliant place to stay in an amazing location right by the beach - easy and free parking too right outside. North Berwick is such a nice place to stay great coffee houses, bakers and butchers and the boat trips arounfd the Bass Rock are a must !

The Editor’s Choice is a lovely apartment: quiet, spotless and close to restaurants and the port. We appreciated the very well-equipped kitchen, the plants and the tasteful decor. It is up three flights of stairs, so make sure you’re travelling light! The reward for getting up there is the fine views to the south, across the port and up to pulpit hill.
