Un immense merci à Yoko, Paulo et leur fille Saori pour leur magnifique accueil 💛 Des hôtes en or, vraiment. Leur accueil est un admirable équilibre entre l’immersion dans une famille suisso-japonaise et une autonomie des visiteurs. Nous avons eu de super échanges intéressants et remplis d’enthousiasme et de douceur avec Yoko, Paulo et Saori. Ils se sont montrés très disponibles pour nous donner des conseils de visite et nous rendre service. La maison traditionnelle est très belle et le studio mis à disposition correspond tout à fait à la description, très propre et accueillant. Le jardin est magnifique, avec une terrasse sous une tonnelle où nous avons pu manger le délicieux petit-déjeuner préparé par Yoko. Ce serait rater quelque chose que d’aller à Morcote sans loger chez eux ! On ne peut que vous recommander d’aller chez ces « super hôtes » dont le titre est plus qu’amplement mérité. On leur souhaite de belles rencontres grâce à leur accueil si chaleureux et généreux.

Besonders gut hat mir die Lage der Unterkunft in dem wunderschönen Örtchen Carona gefallen. Auch wenn man dafür einige Serpentinen kurven muss, der Blick auf den Lago Lugano, die benachbarten Berge und Täler, das viele Grün der Gärten und die schönen Häuser sind es wert. Im Haus habe ich mich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt; Barbara spricht super Deutsch und Englisch - die Kommunikation kein Problem. Im Zimmer hätte ich lange am Fenster oder auf dem Balkon sitzen und einfach in die Landschaft hinausschauen können... Ein kleines Refugium! Ach ja, und der Kaffee am Morgen schmeckte hervorragend!

Die Wohnung war sehr hübsch & genau wie auf den Fotos abgebildet, in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Sehr unterstützende & unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Kristina. Vielen lieben Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

For a last minute booking this place was great! It’s a small hotel but very clean and had working air conditioning in the rooms! The staff was incredibly welcoming and spoke very good English among other languages. The pool was nice though we didn’t use it since we were so close to lake Lugano. It was also only a 45 minute drive to lake Como. Great food near by, the city is very walkable! They had reliable Wi-Fi and a safe place to park our car

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in dem historischen Hotel und mit einem grossartigen Service! Das Frühstück war toll und das Zimmer simpel und sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und es gibt wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum bei schönen warmen Nächten. Herzlichen Dank für den guten Service und die tolle Möglichkeit ein simples aber gemütliches Zimmer so zu nutzen!

Maya’s place was our idea of a getaway. You get to connect with the nature and get to experience a bit of the life of the locals. Maya was a super super host; we felt welcomed and right at home. The room is 30 seconds from the funiculaire that takes to the main Train Station. It's very close to the main points of Lugano! The breakfast is included and very good and you also get access to Ticino Public Transportation without having to pay any extra money - however the city tourism tax is chaged during the check-in. The room is not very big, but it has everything that is necessary and it's exactly like the description.

Elisabetta is a wonderful host and cook. We were a birthday party of eight and felt right at home in that beautiful place of hers. All rooms were exceptionally beautiful and tastefully furnished, we were stunned. We truly had an amazing time and thank Elisabetta for having us. We highly recommend making the way to her beautiful home and just enjoy the beauty and quiet. Thank you again!

Wir wurden von Simona in Abwesenheit ihrer Mutter richtig verwöhnt, sie holte uns am Bus ab, war zuvorkommend freundlich, hat uns zu einem Apéro eingeladen und viele wertvolle Informationen gegeben. Das Haus ist sehr geschmacksvoll renoviert worden, die Schlafräume sind geräumig. Wir können diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen!

We spent one night in the bed and breakfast on our way form Germany to Italy. Cornelia has been very helpful preparing all what we needed for our baby as well. The breakfast offered in the morning was the cherry on the top.

We had a great time staying here! Very sweet family who were easy to get a hold of and super friendly. The apartment is located in a calm and friendly neighbourhood, in walking distance to both beaches and city life. Beautiful garden, big bathrooms and very clean. 10/10 would recommend

The place is amazing, beautiful surroundings, and the views are just breathtaking. Everything was perfect! Highly recommend. 10 out of 10.
