Great accomodation for a visit to New York. Hoboken is pleasant, the bus, train and ferry connections to Manhattan often and easy. Pubs and a supermarket around, the neighbourhood is enjoyable by day and quiet enough for a good sleep by night. Above that we felt safe the whole time. The flat was tidy and corresponded to the description. We liked to stay there as it is lovingly furnished and equipped with all the necessary things you need when being on tour. We appreciated the good bed for a good sleep, liked the design and enjoyed the many small amenities to discover bit by bit. Above that Tim and Dianna are very friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommended!!

The apartment was beautifully renovated, quiet, and comfortable. Its location is ideal, with easy access to shops, cafes, and restaurants, and it's right next to the Aqueduct Trail. Jay was responsive and quick to address all of my questions. We were sorry our stay was so short, but we definitely plan to return for a longer visit!.

Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben und wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und es war über Toilettenpapier, Zewa, Kaffee, Salz und Pfeffer das Wichtigste bereits da. Die Kommunikation mit Mignon hat auch super geklappt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, aber nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt sind viele Shops, auch Lebenmittelläden. Um nach Manhattan zu kommen, konnte man verschiedene Buslinien nehmen, das hat super geklappt. Ich empfehle hier die Linie 159X, da der Bus ein Stück am Hudson River entlangfährt und man einen tollen Blick auf die Skyline von Manhattan hat. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Self-check-in with code received via the app, so unfortunately I never met Dina. Unit was absolutely immaculate, with plenty of clean towels and linens, coffee, tea, and video games! There were also several TV networks/apps available. In addition, there is a nice walking trail in the nearby park, only two doors down at the dead-end of this block. Great location near parks and thriving downtown with pubs and restaurants!

It was a very cozy space and definitely worth the price! Henry was very responsive and helpful, definitely recommend!

We were terribly impressed with how well prepared the place was for us, with a wealth of welcome and helpful information about attractions and much more within reach. Things were thoughtful placed, well explained, and purposely made easily available for our comfort and pleasure, including fresh flowers, a variety of books and desk supplies, and a bird watching guide! Perfect provisions to help us plan our meals, too! This was a quiet and very private location, with lovely and comfortable outdoor spaces for enjoying the sunsets on the Hudson. All was very comfortable and cozy! We felt totally pampered and were sad to have to leave. I couldn't have asked for a single thing more- except another day to stay! A perfect getaway!

I had a wonderful stay at Silvia’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Silvia was a thoughtful and responsive host, always ready to help if I had any questions. The neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located, making it easy to get around. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

The apartment is very nice. Clean and comfortable. Also it is close, walkable, to our daughter's house. So this worked out well. I fumbled with the keypad at the entrance. It was dark and I didn't realize it lights up with touch. Also, we didn't see an address on the house to be sure we were at the right place. This was all resolved quickly. We had a nice stay.

Great, clean space at a great location. Having on-site parking was very helpful. Nice ocean views from multiple rooms.

We stayed as a group of three. Although it takes some time to get to New York City, the bus stop was very close, which made getting around convenient. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Frank’s place was exactly what we needed, perfect for a weekend getaway. Quiet location, easy commute to and from the city, with great stores and shopping options nearby. The apartment itself is very well equipped. The desk, chair, and whiteboard are wonderful additions: perfect for anyone working remote! The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was very comfy and we definitely enjoyed our stay. I wish we could have stayed a bit longer! Absolutely recommend 😊 Thanks Frank!

This is an absolute gem for a stay in NYC. Very close to the Apollo Theatre (unfortunately, our schedule did not align with their „Beginner‘s Night“) and the subway, you‘re met by a kind and helpful host in Milton. Also, the place is incredibly quiet, making for very relaxing nights. Thanks again

Lovely quiet, pet-friendly place above the garage but note that there is a steep staircase to get up to the second floor. Very friendly hosts - greeted me on arrival and had left the door unlocked so entry was easy and the key was available for my use. Comfy bed, cozy and warm rooms with remote-controlled mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with tub and separate shower - the water pressure was not as strong in the shower as I would have liked, but it was nice to have the skylight in there. My GPS found it easily but a larger sign with the house number would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely stay there again.

This felt like you were just at home. Between the amazing host and their hospitality from beginning to end you would think you’re just visiting your aunt and cousins! Everyone was very pleasant and the house was the most beautify thing I’ve ever seen. I would absolutely recommend anyone who wants luxury in Brooklyn to stay here!

The house was really good and we were a large group who enjoyed our time there. We had some missing toiletries and kitchen items but Ed was very responsive to get it sorted for us.

Fantastic place over two floors. Traditional street with steps up to front door. Lovely building with windows offering great views. Outdoor area. Games room. Two kitchens. Four bedrooms. Everything you need. Welcome goodies. 10/10

Host was very responsive whenever I had a question and I really appreciated this. Place was clean and decor was nice as well. Host did her best to make us feel right at home.
