Beautiful place ,very clean and tidy ,very comfy bed and gorgeous jacuzzi! Right in the centre of everything,yet on a quieter street ! Alexa was a great host ! Very communicative from start to finish,very accommodating and even went that extra mile as it was my birthday,with a lovely personal touch! Highly recommend,you won't be disappointed 😍👍xx

What a wonderful host, and magical place. It was such a lovely time, we’ve booked to come again. Mike is a treat, a remarkable character who exudes a warm that makes you feel instantly at home. The barn is full of charm and the chickens, ducks and peacocks a delight (especially if you see them angling for a biscuit from Mike!) The pool is incredible. Perfect for all ages. We’re half visiting again in the hope the kids will be bored of the pool and we’ll be able to get out and explore more… I don’t hold out too much hope on that one. A real gem of a find.

Big family gathering for the second year in a row at Brackenwood. It was brilliant last year and the same again this time. Highly recommend it, and would definitely go back.

We had such a lovely weekend away with the girls! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and perfect for a short getaway. It was definitely worth the money, and we felt right at home. The owner was very friendly and accommodating, which made the stay even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun weekend retreat

Great place to relax and just do what you want. Can get local takeaways delivered straight to the main gate. Has a grill and oven that heats up on the grill to do pizza. Beer/Wine fridge. All kitchen utensils provided, towels, robes. Great Jacuzzi, however we went when it was red hot ( still got in it). We slept outside on the big bed watching the big sceeen. Highly recommended.

The flat was spacious, with two good size double bedrooms with views towards the River Mersey. The location is perfect for events at ACC Liverpool / Exhibition Centre Liverpool and very conveniently located for Royal Albert Dock and the city centre. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, and there were good quality towels and dressing gowns available for use. The lounge area was also comfortable and the whole apartment was quiet and peaceful. Everything was spotlessly clean and in immaculate condition. The kitchen was well-equipped. The Bluetooth entry system for the block worked fine, although this did involve installing an app before arrival.

So chuffed we found this place! As a group of 7 girls we had plenty of room, great location for nearby walks and easy access to eat/drink out. The novelty of the animals around the house was really fun and the house itself was lovely. Very comfy, had everything we needed and the luxury of the hot tub was an added plus. Julia was really great with all the information prior to arrival and the gentleman who look after the animals were super friendly. Would love to go back and would highly recommend.

Modern spacious house in a really nice area of Liverpool. Loads of amenities nearby plus easy to get to central Liverpool via nearby train station. If you have a dog, sefton park is nearby, plus there is a large enclosed green space at Sudbury house just a few minutes walk away, which my dog loved. Didn't use hot tub as it felt a bit overlooked. Beds were comfortable and shower was great. Kitchen was very well-equipped.
