Had a lovely few days at this property. Well stocked with all amenities you might need for a home away from Home. Handy for Liverpool city and Enfield stadium. Very very quiet local residential area which is exactly what we wanted.

a beautiful home in a very convenient location for accessing Liverpool City centre. Alice communicated so promptly with information and responses to questions about our stay. She kindly made up an extra bed for us because of a late check in and made us feel right at home. Her plants are also super impressive! Thank you for a great stay!

Thanks to David and Anne for a great stay in Waterloo. The house was very clean, really well equipped and conveniently located for visiting Crosby, Formby and Liverpool. We hope to visit again!

We felt right at home, and safe and secure with our three young children. The house was warm and comfortable, and well catered for kids with a high chair, toys and a chalk wall (a firm favourite!). Our hosts were very responsive, helpful and welcoming. A perfect start to our time in Liverpool!

What a beautiful place to stay and a beautiful location. The cottage was immaculate, spacious and had everything you’d need for an excellent stay. Well equipped kitchen, spacious lounge, bedrooms were fresh and airy and so quiet and peaceful. Bathroom spotless with bath and shower, towels were thick and fluffy. It was a sunny weekend, we even sat in the back yard with a coffee. Brilliant hosts, instructions were clear, access was great and parking was convenient and ample. Cannot recommend this cottage and the location enough. Public transport to Liverpool and Chester practically on the doorstep.

Josh gave very useful arrival info and his communication was great. House was just what we needed for our stay, within walking distance of family. Very enjoyable Easter visit!

What a wonderful host, and magical place. It was such a lovely time, we’ve booked to come again. Mike is a treat, a remarkable character who exudes a warm that makes you feel instantly at home. The barn is full of charm and the chickens, ducks and peacocks a delight (especially if you see them angling for a biscuit from Mike!) The pool is incredible. Perfect for all ages. We’re half visiting again in the hope the kids will be bored of the pool and we’ll be able to get out and explore more… I don’t hold out too much hope on that one. A real gem of a find.

Overall, our stay was good. Check in smooth, clean, responsive host, excellent location, good size living room and gated parking a bonus. Only negative was that the other residents in the building slam the doors - though we’ve experienced this at many other Airbnbs, so can’t fault the host on this. Recommend for adult couple max, no room for any kind of baby travel cot in the bedroom.

The flat was gorgeous, lush soft carpets, warm, bright, gorgeous decor and interesting books to peruse. Jane really has her eye in with hospitality and there were cookies and tea, a whole bottle of proper milk and orange juice. Lots of lovely touches that made it feel like a home from home. The location is quiet overlooking the Mersey river, which is tidal and turns into a beach in the morning! Its a short walk to the ferry over to Liverpool (if its running) or bus to train /taxi ride over to all the attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment and we enjoyed the quiet away from the city too. Thank you Jane!

Absolutely lovely place to stay, very peaceful and comfortable.Bathroom especially was immaculately clean, as was the rest of the apartment, and kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed. Bed very comfy. Karen replied so quickly when we booked and was very responsive and helpful when we left a laptop behind. Highly recommended.

A wonderfully bright and spacious apartment. It had everything needed for a 4 week stay. Bus stop close by. Beautiful park in close walking distance.

A lovely stay in an immaculately presented annexe. Everywhere was spotless. The shower was lovely and the milk, water and dog treats were very much appreciated, thank you.

Once we arrived at Holland House it did not disappoint. we know the area quite well so was pleased to be so close to sea, restaurants and shops. The apartment was so relaxing and the perfect 2 days away from stressful jobs and home life. Charlie was perfect at keeping in touch and making sure we had everything we needed which was a really nice touch. We will absolutely book again without any hesitation.
