The house was exactly like the pictures. Very suitable for my family of 4 and our dog! Very close to the main attractions in the campground. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Rebecca's place was exactly as described and fit our short get away from the snow weekend. very close to several great seafood options. Rebecca was proactive and provided extra clear directions for check in and check out and was very responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend.

I have stayed at multiple Airbnb’s and Thomas was by far the most thoughtful and responsive host. From the snacks they leave for you and the pups and checking in to make sure everything is going well. They truly go above and beyond. After our stay, I reached out and asked them if they could mail me a sticker my daughter may have left behind. Not only did they agree to do so, but they offered to go and buy her a new one if they couldn’t find the one she left. This meant the world to me and my daughter. Absolutely recommend staying at this simple, quaint and thoughtful home. Thank you so much Thomas and Betty!

DEFINITELY ONE OF THE BEST HOST ON AIR BNB. VERY RESPONSIVE AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND AND GAVE US EXTRA DAY FOR SMALL FEE. HE HELPED US CAUSE IT REALLY WAS A EMERGENCY SITUATION. BUT THE PLACE IS AWESOME 👌 POOL DIRECTLY BEHIND IT. GRILLE WAS CLEAN OUTSIDE LAKE VIEW AND BEACH ⛱️ DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET. THIS LOCATION 25 MIN FROM MAIN STRIP. ALSO IF U HAVE LARGE GROUP RENT THE UPPER LEVEL AND BOTTOM.

We had a great time. The house is close to all that Pawleys Island has to offer, and far enough away to enjoy peaceful relaxation. We loved the pool and hot tub.

We did our annual golf fraternity golf trip and this year several guys stayed at Sea Oats on Lockwood Folly. They all enjoyed staying at this home and I received comments like, "very comfortable," "clean, with plenty of amenities and convenient" and "a great house." Marty is a wonderful host and always responded to any question I had. The house description you see is exactly what you'll get and we plan on renting it again next year.

Perfect little place, for my solo shelling trip. The location could not be any better, when I’m not on the beach, I am on the porch taking in the ocean views. This was my second stay at this lovely cottage, and I have already booked my next stay.

The house is in a great location by the water on one side with the dock and a block away from the beach (3-5 minute walk). You could see the sunrise and sunset if you wanted which was beautiful. The house is just as advertised and the downstairs screened in area is huge and great for a cookout. The inside of the house was very clean and beachy. We cooked quite a bit and the house had everything we needed in terms of plates, pots, utensils etc and we could squeeze all ten of us around the table. The house is very close to Publix and fresh market for supplies. Jane was super friendly and responded right away if I had any questions. I would recommend this house 100%.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Shirley’s place. I will most definitely look to stay again when visiting the area. As a host, she was top tier. Proactive, quick response, descriptive and so very wonderfully hospitable. Her place really felt like a home away from home. Not once did I feel I missed any creature comfort, not once at all. From cooking utensils, to streaming services during the evening and so many others. If you ever see this place available, I encourage you to book it as quick as you can. For what you pay, you receive so much in return and no worries in the least. Again, Thank you Shirley! I only hope that when I’m visiting again your accommodation is available. -Omar.

Perfect for an anniversary trip! Truly beautiful to wake up and have a cup of coffee on the canal… take advantage of the kayaks and bikes!! It’ll elevate your time here immensely. If you’ve got the time, Seabrisa’s and hurricane juel’s (a 10 minute ride away and right next to each other in little river) did not disappoint. If you go to hurricane get a side of hush puppies…. It’ll change your life! An easy walk to the beach or a quick drive to nearby pay to park areas if you’ve got supplies to tote! This spot also is conveniently close to many good mini golf courses if you’re feeling competitive! A truly special gem to find. One of our favorite spots we’ve been on our east coast beach travels!

Great spot for our trip. 5 minute walk to the beach. Quiet residential neighborhood that gets you away from the more touristy areas but close enough to a lot of restaurants, bars and attractions. Tammy is a great host, very nice and easy to get along with. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Our stay with Alicia was amazing!!! She provided me with great directions straight to her condo. The condo was decorated very cute and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils. The kitchen was equipped with a toaster, microwave, Blender and electric can opener. She provided us with plenty of beach towels, even a small cooler to use at the beach. Her little touches were awesome she provided sample shampoos conditioner and body wash in each bathroom. Which I thought was lovely. The use of her beach wagon and chairs was super !!! She even had a small clothes line on the deck with clothes pins to hang out our suits and towels. We will definitely be back !!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer! Sarah was a great host with communication and their place was very relaxing - especially the patio with lake view! My husband and I enjoyed taking in all of the cute shops Pawley Island has to offer and enjoyed wonderful meals at Quigley’s, Local, Whiskey Moon & Cafe, and Rustic Table. The restaurant and bar directly beside Summerhouse is currently undergoing some repairs and remodeling, so those weren’t open while we were there. They looked like great spots to enjoy on a future visit, though!

Place was amazing as well as the host. Alyssa was always responsive and very friendly. The condo was just as described if not better. very peaceful and extremely clean. Thank you again Alyssa for the stay and your helpfulness. would definitely recommend staying here at Alyssa's couple's retreat..

This was a great experience from the first attempt to book at the last minute. Ervisa was quick to respond so we could relax and know we had a place to stay that night. We had stayed at several places during our vacation and this was by far the nicest and SUPER clean. They were again very accommodating when we wanted to add on a night. I only wish we had more time to actually hang out and enjoy the place.

Our second visit. Great view of the marsh. Close to restaurants, Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park, Pawleys Island. Driveway is right on Business 17 but property sits back and is quiet. Photos and descriptions are accurate. Hosts willing to provide tips on restaurants, activities. The state park pass is very nice. Stairs to the main floor and then up to the unit, so take that into consideration based on your situation. Nice recliners for watching the marsh or the TV. Hope to return soon.

Great stay looked exactly like the pictures entry was easy and find the hotel was easy due to the pics and info the host left. Will be back again.

beautiful place. relaxing. no crazy noise. wish gym had better hours but host has no control over that. so walking around beach was exercise! toaster sets off fire alarm too so definitely put stove fan on for anything cooking! overall fantastic place and would visit again! thanks for sharing your place with us and thoughtful anniversary gift 💜

Shane’s condo was wonderful. It was very clean and well decorated. One of the best things was how much he provided in the kitchen. Plenty of spices and other staples. He provided all the every day necessities. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. We would definitely rent this condo again.

The location was directly on the beach which was perfect. Located near everything which was another pro. I’d definitely book again.

Wonderful and relaxing stay! The property was beautiful and our pups loved walking around the grounds. Very peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed to recharge. Hope to be back soon!

This place was amazing! It had all the amenities listed and was super affordable. Although some of the dishware was dirty and the bathtub had some black stains, all was very clean. I enjoyed the space and will definitely be coming back!

An absolute gem of a place. Location is perfect. 20min to broadway 30min to barefoot. Steps from the beach. Pools, hot tubs, gyms etc. Wal-Mart directly across the street from the entrance of the resort. The unit itself was absolutely beautiful and same goes for the view. Unit was super clean and even provided beach chairs, beach toys and a boogie board for the kids. My wife and daughters had an amazing time. The two bedroom two bath set up definitely helps having kids with you. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. We’ll definitely be back.

Thomas was a great host. The place has an amazing view from the living room and balcony, overlooking the beach . The queen beds are excellent for kids. Everything was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this unit for your next trip to Myrtle Beach.
