This was the perfect stay! The home was well appointed, and all the “community” amenities kept us busy! We really felt like we were at a resort when laying by the pool overlooking the lake. I highly recommend Magnolia Overlook. There was even a wedding at the beautiful “Main House” and we would have been none the wiser if Dave hadn’t given a heads up, they were very respectful! We will be back.

Katrina’s home is one of my favorite Air BNB’s. It is so beautiful and peaceful. We love coming here! Can’t wait to return!

This home was perfect for a last minute need to get out of town. The basement was spacious and there was adequate bedding. The mattresses were comfortable and the home was spotless. Wish the weather had been warmer for the pool. Shane was excellent with communication and check in was super easy.

We had a wonderful time on our team retreat! There was plenty of space for our team of 23 with lots of games and activities to keep us occupied. The kitchen and dining spaces were amazing and allowed us to cook and eat as a whole group. The spacious family / game room offered plenty of space to hold our team gatherings and team bonding sessions. The pool and hot tub were great and allowed us to have some fun on a very hot weekend. A storm came through right before we arrived and Melissa was quick to come and clean the pool out so that our team could enjoy it right when we arrived. The lake activities were a nice addition with the kayaks and inflatables. Overall we had such a great time at Melissa and Chuck’s place and I definitely recommend this place for large groups and gatherings! Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!

The location was quite beautiful. The cabin was a little hard to find in the dark. But not bad at all. There were alot of things to do around the area. We hope to be back one day

Thank you to Donnie and thr staff for a lovely stay. Everyone was so welcoming and the airbnb was great - extremely clean, bigger than I expected and just like the pictures. Access to the garden was super easy and we enjoyed so many hours soaking it all in. A perfect relaxing retreat!

Brandy’s home is perfect for a couple or small family!!! The location between Gadsden and Weiss lake is great, you are easily 10 min from an awesome boat ramp and wonderful places to eat, explore and enjoy everything these towns have to offer. The home is clean, well organized and we will be back! This was trip 2 and can’t wait for trip 3 😁

Nice, clean, home that was very convenient to what I was doing, fishing. Kitchen had all the items I needed to cook. Beds comfortable. Very nice screened porch

We stayed for 2 nights and the apartment met our needs. The living space was generous as there were 2 distinct seating areas. The kitchen was well equipped so perfect for self catering. off road parking and laundry facilities were a plus. The location requires a car if you want to eat or drink elsewhere - there is a pizza place around the corner but not much else for food or drink that is walkable and the centre of Rome is nearly 3 miles away, but worth going into to. Beth was a very communicative and helpful hostess. The apartment is well placed to go and visit New Echota, the seat of the Cherokee government before they were forced to move to Oklahoma.

Fantastic. As described. The private boat launch and dock were a must for us bringing our own boat. Very private and quiet. Will 100% be coming back!

Home was in a beautiful location and very quite neighbors. We came into town under sad circumstances for a funeral and having a quiet and spacious place to stay is just what we needed. The host provides an extremely detailed welcome book, and very responsive to messages. We appreciated that he was able to accommodate us under short notice and that there were no issues.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay for our family Christmas. The house was spacious and very accommodating for all of us. It’s in a beautiful tranquil location and I will definitely rent again!! Thank you so much Victoria for being a great host and sharing this lovely home!

We absolutely loved our stay! Such a fun little space! They nailed the “enchanted” feel outdoors. The home was very spacious and never felt like a “tiny home” even with 6 adults! The host was super helpful and immediately rearranged our reservation dates when we had a last minute change to the timing of our visit. We had everything we needed available to us, plus more and the drive up to the home is beautiful!

Lovely home. Spacious rooms and nicely decorated. Close to amenities, shopping, restaurants, and downtown. Nice neighborhood for leisurely walks. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Exceeded expectations.

The place was amazing, I was in town doing work for the government and it was just a 2 minute drive from the mm office. The place was clean spacious and the hosts were very attentive would give 10 stars if I could.

We were in town with our children to visit family for Christmas. The house was clean and comfortable. Norman was quick to respond. And he even notified me about some items we left behind. Great place and convenient to grocery stores and restaurants.

Absolutely beautiful tiny home. Everything was exactly as described. Private, peaceful and beautiful scenery. Only a few things could be better and the host is aware of these things. Water could be warmer, bed frame in master needs to be more sturdy and matress could be softer and curtains for all windows. I honestly can not wait to return to my little peaceful getaway.
