This was our second stay at this property and it was just as good as the first time around. Bobbie and Ralph are great hosts and very responsive/helpful. The house is perfectly located and has everything you could need. The house is very clean. Our family had a great week in SIC!

I'm a repeat visitor and always leave happy. Recommend the property 10/10 times. Apartment is on the floor with the ice machine. Also a 7'11 up the street is convenient. A live band bar across the street and a diner right down stairs don't even have to leave the building to access it. This isn't a guarantee to anyone, but this morning at 10am we counted seven dolphins swimming across. The view of the ocean is magnificent and relaxing.

Michael was very responsive! Easy code access. Walkable to hotel, restaurants and beach!!!

We had a great time over the thanksgiving weekend. The place was family friendly and clean. We would highly recommend staying there.

Great place, my family and I enjoyed our stay. Outside of the beds being a little uncomfortable, everything else was a perfect 10/10. Would 1000% stay here again.

Everything was perfect for our family time in Ocean City, NJ. Loved the accommodations, a well stocked kitchen, and several decks for outside enjoyment. Beach chairs were also provided along with a beach wagon. The owners thought of everything!

Everything was as described. It is truly cute and cozy. Above all, Lorraine is the best host. We arrived after 10:00 on Christmas night and had a little difficulty with the parking space lock box. Lorraine actually called me and walked us through the process all the way to the condo! We felt terrible to bother her but she was so gracious. Everything we needed was there and ready for us. The bed is comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. We had the best stay. Thank you Lorraine for sharing your cute and cozy condo. Oh, and there's amazing views from the place.

Great property for an active family on the road.

Sea La Vi met all our expectations. It is close to the beach, close to the boardwalk and is easy to access. It is clean. It it feels like home. Dawn is a very good host and was in constant communication with us throughout our stay. This is really a great place for a family retreat. I would definitely return to this place and recommend to others.

We are so grateful for Michael & Karin’s hospitality. Their home is comfortable, clean, and in a great location, with an added bonus of being able to bring our dog! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Awesome place! Thank you for a Great stay. Really a Stone's throw away from the Beach Beautiful beach decor . Though we didnt cook much at all it seemed like a well stocked kitchen if you wanted to. Overall great stay . Would recommend to others and stay again if back in the area. Thank you 😊

Jennifer and her husband were great. Quick communication turn around. We had an issue with the key code at check in and it was resolved within minutes. The only word of caution I would offer is that there are A LOT of stairs to the entrance of the apartment. We we’re traveling with a baby and a toddler, so we had quite a bit of stuff to carry up and down. It all worked out and was fine, but I didn’t realize ahead of time how many stairs there really were. Other than that everything was great.

Andrew and Maeve were gracious and helpful during our stay. This beach cottage is comfortable, clean, well located and reasonably priced. We would stay here again without a doubt. Gary and Debbie

My husband and I stayed at Susan’s rental this past weekend and it was absolutely wonderful! The place is just as described, very clean and homey, and very close to anything you’d need. We were in town for a friend’s birthday in Atlantic City and it was very easy to get back and forth. Highly recommend!

The perfect spot, very close to the beach and local restaurants. The host was extremely responsive in a timely manner and thorough with instructions. The condo was clean and quiet spot!

Great place and wonderful host!

Everything was great. Check-in and checkout were easy. Room had all the amenities you need and was easy walking distant to most places. I had a couple questions checking in and Kendall responded within seconds. When you've got all this stuff going on and don't really know where you are, that was super helpful.

First time in Atlantic City and I couldn't have picked a better spot to stay and a better host to communicate as well. Rich was a great host very responsive when needed most. Rich's listing and view was amazing and if your a couple planning on staying it sits right over a wooden heart which I thought was kinda cute. I would definitely book here again and look forward to coming back to Atlantic City!

el lugar esta muy bien ubicado, la comunicacion fue excelente, el personal es muy eficiente, me gusto mucho, lo unico que pido es que el television de la sala tienen que cambiarlo, no es moderno....

Beautiful ocean view! Perfect for a quick getaway with my husband and 11 year old for spring break! Maggie was super responsive to questions we had. Check in/out was easy and security staff was super sweet. Easy parking. I could imagine being here in the summer, just a few short steps to the beach! Definitely a sweet spot that you shouldn’t miss!

5 stars!! Accommodation very close to the boardwalk, great view of the beach, bed was super comfortable and Nick's communication was perfect! Definitely staying here again if I ever come back to Atlantic city :D

Kyle's place was a great host and the view from the room was breathtaking! The place was clean & had great amenities! It was very easy to check in, with clear & precise instructions. The staff at the condo was very helpful and accommodating! We will most definitely be booking with Kyle again!!
