We have stayed here more than once. The check-in is very easy. The owners are very thoughtful and accommodating. While an older property, it is well maintained and has great character.

We booked this place because of its close proximity to the Powerhouse Event Center - It was a 12-minute walk, just what we were looking for. The space was clean and comfortable, including the bed, and just the right size for 2 people.

Great location food all around. I would definitely stay here again thanks, Mark.

Mark was an excellent host who went above and beyond to prepare the property for a comfortable stay. Everything we needed, comfortable beds, great showers and very clean.

We come to Cedar Rapids for horse shows at the equestrian center. I love shopping in the Czech village and in Newbo, and since I love history, I thought this would be a fun place to stay! It definitely was! Not too big, but definitely enough room. And I even appreciated that there was room for the three of us to each hang our bath towel; sometimes it seems like I’m needing to hang a towel over a chair when we stay at an AirBnB. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Very accommodating while being out of town for work and this place was very clean. Would recommend!

We normally stay in a hotel, and come to this area often for baseball tournaments. We had an extra person with us this time and spent just a little bit more on Sue's place, but it was worth it. It was so nice to have such a comfortable place to stay in such a great location. It's close to Prospect Meadows and the downtown location offered so many different options for food and fun. Sue was helpful and responsive! Would definitely stay again! Side note: MBR bed sooooo comfortable!

Host was quick to reply and when I had a minor item come up, immediately stopped by to assist. I could not have been more pleased with the location and value!

Will definitely book again next time I’m in the area, it’s nice and quiet, everything was clean, there is a helpful handbook as well of things to do, and there was clear instructions on how to use the jets in the tub!!

This was a wonderful stay! The apartment was sparkling clean and the host, Dave was incredibly responsive and helpful. The listing was accurate, and we loved the comfortable beds & the pet friendly environment The location was perfect Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone who’s planning to go around the area. Will definitely be staying here.

This is a really great place to stay. Lots of possibilities for food and fun close by! Highly recommend staying at 151 Lofts!

Great location, very clean, comfortable bed. My only suggestion would be to have two towels available per guest.

Mark was very accommodating and the stay was incredible nice quiet neighborhood and house has everything you need. Host was very responsive and made sure I was all set with everything before I got there 10/10
