Kiera was a fantastic host — warm, helpful, and full of great local tips. I felt so welcomed from the start. The apartment is cozy and stylish, just a minute’s walk from Bui Vien, so getting around was super easy. The balcony with fairy lights was my favorite part — perfect for enjoying sunset views. I was also fortunate to visit during the 50th anniversary of Vietnam’s reunification, and being in such a central location made it even more special. The atmosphere in the city was vibrant, and it was amazing to be a part of this historic moment.

Great! Will def stay there again.

Eine gute Wohnung, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir sind meistens mit dem Grab in die Innenstadt gefahren, dafür war es aber angenehm ruhig im Apartment. Das Gym war klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigen. Gabriel und Justin haben uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

이번에 오랜 친구들이랑 첫 해외여행을 다녀왔습니다~ 시끄럽지 않고 조용한 동네에 위치하고 있어 편안하게 잘 지내다 돌아 왔습니다~ 숙소기준 어느곳이든 20분대에 택시로 이동할수 있고 택시비도 저렴해서 부담없이 지내다 왔습니다~ 호스트 분도 대응 잘 해주시고 친절 하십니다~ 아! 옥상에서 바라보는 전망도 아주 좋아요 ㅎㅎ

Very good location as you are only a Grab ride away from everything. It was nice to wake up to the sounds of birds but to also be centrally located in such a big city. The space has a very cool vibe and a great layout. Highly recommend.

Chị chủ nhà thân thiện và dễ thương lắm, luôn phản hồi rất nhanh để hỗ trợ mình. Mình có thể chủ động nhận và trả phòng rất dễ dàng và linh hoạt mà không cần phải gặp chủ nhà luôn. Đồ nấu bếp khá đầy đủ, tiện cho gia đình có bé nhỏ như mình khi cần nấu cho bé ăn đồ riêng. Các bạn nếu cần lưu trú tại vin quận 9 hãy cân nhắc căn hộ này nha, rất chi là ổn áp!!

Hồ bơi riêng rất sạch sẽ, nước trong và mát, cả nhà tôi đều thích thú khi được ngâm mình và thư giãn mỗi ngày. 숙소는 너무 깨끗합니다. 개미도 없습다. 화장실도 깨끗합니다. 위치도 너무 좋습니다. 그리고 밤11시에 작은 어려움이 생겼는데, 호스트가 직접 와서 도와줬습니다. 의사소통에서도 너무 좋았습니다. 정말 추천합니다!!!

The apartment was as shown on the website. It was clean tidy and cute. Its walking distance from all the main tourist spots. Close to restaurants etc. Had a great vibe with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. The front door was a little tricky to open and close but no real issue. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Annie en famille. L'appartement est spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. Annie est chaleureuse et réactive en cas de besoin. Le seul point négatif, c'est le bruit des travaux du voisinage le matin...

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

great stay. the place is entirely new so expect the mattress to be hard (no one stay before). location are great and convenient. Meko the co host has tried her best to provide the necessary basic.

Pretty good! I like the area, lthe things available here are very local and affordable. The Cơm Tấm around the corner tastes really good, and the people are really nice. The area behind the big school in the "villa" district is also pretty great, with some excellent Phở places. The area around the big Lotte Market is also quite cool. I really enjoyed it and with a Grab bike for around 30k (~€1), you can get to Ben Thanh Market in just 5 minutes. The apartment is pretty good. It has everything you need flip-flops, shampoo, soap. There was even water in the fridge and some small soups and sweet treats in the kitchen. The pool is okay, and the air conditioning, WiFi and Netflix are great. Kim is always available and helpful whenever something comes up. One thing I have to mention and this seems to be the case everywhere in Vietnam, I don’t feel entirely comfortable with these keypad locks because I keep wondering who else might have the code.

Great premium class property and very spacious flat. The area is less congested and has everything you need - a gourmet store, several coffee shops, a pharmacy, a supermarket etc, plus very close to downtown and D2. Was renting for my family visiting and they were very happy with the apartment and the amenities.
