Daniel was very friendly and courteous when sharing the check-in procedures and departure expectations. We were in town for Husker FB and the location was great and allowed for easy access to pregame festivities and downtown nightlife. The neighborhood is very peaceful and beautiful in the fall. We are repeat customers so we have enjoyed this rental. The home is Clean with funky decorations, and it resides in a quiet, private neighborhood . The fenced in yard is a plus. I wish it had a grill, but the kitchen has nice appliances nonetheless. Nice rental, thanks!

Aftin is very nice and accommodating. Keep in mind that you need to pull the door when you are trying to lock and unlock it, otherwise the lock will get stuck. Once you do that, all is well. The place was clean. Thanks, Aftin!

The place is exactly how it was advertised. Very nice place and Sue was very responsive and great when I had to add an extra guest! I would highly recommend this place if you want to be close to downtown and are looking for a roomy getaway at a great price! I would definitely rent again if I would need to!!

It was very easy to get around town from this location. It was a short cab ride from the airport and the fine folks at Salty Dog Cyclery at 16th and O sold me a bike, lock, and lights at a reasonable price so I didn´t have to rent a car for my weeklong stay. It was also nice to ride on the walking paths up over the city and railroad tracks and get the view. The Breslow Ice Hockey Center right around the corner had public skating sessions almost every day of my stay and two on Saturday. And they have skate rentals. With all the biking and skating I really appreciated the modern washer and dryer at the unit. There was everything there I needed. It was really comfortable and well-stocked at the house. And the Canopy Street Market had a very good selection of groceries. Communication from the hosts was perfect. Thank you! I hope I can stay here again sometime!

This home is in a beautiful private location with new construction, very tastefully decorated, and is remarkably well stocked down to the little things that aren’t normally available when you travel.

Our stay at this property was just right. It was a great location close to our son’s basketball tournament. The place had a great kitchen fully stocked that made it easy for us to eat a few meals during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

John and Sue are absolutely outstanding hosts. Very entertaining and was easily accessible. Very quick to respond. There place is a great spot very central to everything we needed. Very comfortable spot. Clean and tidy. Will definitely book again when we are back in Lincoln.

The Nest is a great place to stay while in Crete. Whether you are the for a Diane University event (right across the street) or an event at The 1206, The Nest is perfect. The bedrooms were spacious, living room is large, separate dining room is perfect for that special meal, and the bathroom can accommodate 2 with the separate sinks. Highly recommend The Nest! Sherri was very responsive to my emails and phone call.

Leisa: Your place couldn't have been more perfect for me. The location was two blocks from the church I was singing in during Holy Week/Easter. The location is easy to find and easy to drive from to main shopping areas, supermarket etc. I was so very pleased upon opening the door, exploring light switches etc. It is a very beautiful space that is well planned out, though through and welcoming. Five star rating is just to begin to say how pleased I was/am and how I loved staying at your place. The breakfast burritos on Saturday Night for Easter Morning and the oranges, was just perfect for getting me up and going to 7:15 Choir call at First Plymouth and singing three Easter services. I feel like this is going to be a yearly trek for me over Holy Week/Easter. I will definitely book for 2026, God willing and it doesn't snow. ha! I also totally enjoyed seeing spring flowers, trees, tulips and daffodils. An you have the fattest Robins I have ever seen. THANK YOU!

Matt's place was great. Close to downtown and easy for us to get where we needed to go - mostly UNL. Comfortable and clean space and communication was easy. Wish we had discovered it during my daughter's first year at UNL!

This is our favorite place to stay in Lincoln. We have stayed at Shawn's place a couple of times now when visiting relatives, and it has the ideal set-up for a small family: the beds in the two bedrooms are very comfortable, the bathroom is ample and well-lit, and the kitchen is fully functioning. The apartment is always very clean, and well-maintained. We love that it is within walking distance of Lincoln's best bakery, Le Quartier, and that it is within a quiet residential neighborhood ideal for a morning stroll. Shawn always communicates directions and entry instructions well before arrival times.

This was a fantastic stay for a trip to Lincoln! What a lovely place and there were so many thoughtful touches that made this place stand out. The location is unbeatable for anything in going on in town or the Haymarket. The whole space was super cozy and easy to navigate, with lots of clear and helpful instructions. This is easily a top 5 spot and we will definitely try to stay here again in the future!

It’s a great place to stay if you are passing through without rowdy kids as the building and other tenets seem to be very quiet. Because it’s an older building, it should be said there are two stair cases to ascend for anyone with mobility issues. Loved the tall ceilings, very clean and comfy bed. Kitchen was clean and provided the utensils to make a good meal. Clean bathroom, shower head is kinda low, so anyone taller than 5’5” will have to squat to get under it. Bed is super comfy. We literally just used this place for a night for a visiting our college student. *tip* flip the blinds before the afternoon sun starts to set or you will walk into a very warm space. But I really liked the history of the building and the history of ‘The North Bottoms’.

This is the second year in a row that we’ve stayed at Sarah’s place for a Husker home game! We love the location - walking distance to Memorial Stadium, Barry’s, and The Railyard. See y’all next year! GBR!

This was a great spot to stay for a few nights while in town for a conference. As others have mentioned, the area is downtown so it is a bit noisy with traffic. However, earplugs and noise machines provided for visitors did the job just fine! The hosts were helpful and proactive in helping us get settled.

Ashlee was a great host who was quick to respond and communicate, and she provided the easiest instructions. The place was clean, well kept, and felt like home. I highly recommend this place for anyone that is visiting Lincoln!!

The communication was great we also liked the location and the private roof top sitting area. It was comfortable for three couples.

We had a great stay at this little condo in downtown Lincoln. It was perfect to come in a visit our son at college for the weekend. Great location for local dining and shopping. The condo had everything we needed and it was very clean. We’ll come back again in the future.
