The home was very nice and just like the pictures. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen was nice as well; however, the refrigerator was dirty, with crumbs and hair inside. Additionally, some of the pillows had hair on them.

We stay at a lot of Airbnb for our work travels. This visit was for my daughters wedding sharing the home with several family members. The home, Ryan and Kay were worth every penny. Made us feel at home and was a great get together because of the home and backyard. Thank you for sharing your home.

An amazing house with an equally amazing home owner who was so gracious and welcomed any last minute questions promptly. Great location, great pool, hot tub, beds, just everything was incredible! Thank you Kristin.

This house was awesome! My Fiancé and I rented this to gather family for Easter 2025. Linda gave us permission to have family who were semi local to visit for our Easter dinner which was so special to us! My guests staying with us were impressed with how relaxing the back area was with the pool and the sunroom. We had multiple adults, our niece (6mo) and several of our 4 legged nieces / nephews and there was plenty of space for us all. We are so grateful for Linda and her generosity! The day of check out one of our guests had rental car issues that took several hours to correct. Linda was gracious enough to extend our check out to allow time for them to fix the car issues and then get back to the house to pack up. We will definitely be coming back!

Amy was a wonderful host! She had great local recommendations, the property was absolutely beautiful, and everything was easy to access. Traveling with two little ones is always a challenge, but this was perfect; our little ones got to explore the woods, visit the chickens, and play freely on property. The neighborhood is quiet, the kitchen is well stocked, the layout of the space was perfect for what we needed, everything was clean and comfortable, and we felt right at home. Amy was responsive to all of my messages leading up to our stay, available during our stay if we had questions, and very friendly when we met her too. Overall a great experience and we'd stay there again when we're in the area!

We came to Concord to compete in a Spartan race and Ranin’s lake house was large enough to accommodate our entire crew! The house is wonderful. The view is amazing. The kitchen is large enough that we could all hang out and chat while we made breakfast and dinner and our overall favorite was gathering on the back patio! Should the need arise, we would definitely stay here again!

The stay exceeded our expectations! There is access to a small peaceful beach with a beautiful view! I would greatly recommend Edie’s place to anyone coming to the area. She is a very interesting person, and a great communicator as well.

Beautiful house on the lake! We had a fantastic week and created some wonderful family memories. We enjoyed spending most of our time being outside near the water. The location on the water was perfect as the cove off the dock was peaceful and calm which allowed us to float on tubes and relax. The games and firepit ensured our family of all ages would have plenty to enjoy. We spent one of our days away from the house at the National Whitewater Center and had some thrills with whitewater rafting and the ropes course. Thank you for the clear instructions to guide us throughout our stay.

We loved our stay at Lake Norman. The house was lovely and the views were beautiful! It fit our family of 11 very easily. We had a great time!

I would absolutely stay at this location again! It was very central- easy to walk to everything Downtown! They were very accommodating to our service animal. There were a few things on the property that we had questions about and he was quick to respond about everything. The air b/b was very cute on the inside. It was perfect for what we needed and would be a great place to stay if you are visiting Lincolnton !

We couldn't have had a better stay! The home is so clean and cozy. Will definitely be returning again in the near future. The host is amazing and made sure they had everything covered. They even left supplies for smores, which my kids loved! Thank you for being awesome and we're excited to return next time!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. We booked when it was newly listed so it was a risk but we could not have been happier. The home was immaculate, so many bells and whistles, places for us to gather and lovely lake views. We expected a group of 12 but ended up with 10 and it was plenty of space. Kids (and adults) loved the movie room and toys. Adults loved the luxurious bathrooms, high tech appliances, and spacious kitchen. The outdoor porch area was perfect for morning coffee, sunset hangouts or watching sports while a storm rolled in. The sandy beach entry was great for our smaller kids and dogs. Adults and kids made good use of the stand-up paddleboards and kayaks. Only light complaint is the cove is pretty shallow so got murky after a couple of big rains. We rented a pontoon for a day which was a fun way to get further out into the water. Overall, a wonderful 5 star stay!

Brent was very nice and responsive. Neighbor was friendly and helpful with the boat. Beautiful scenery and the dock was great for fishing. My son caught six huge catfish.

Beautiful home and beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful lake surroundings. Had no issues with the amenities and house was fully stocked with basic amenities.

Everything was great, we really loved how far the dock went out and the large platform at the end for swimming and docking our boat. We loved the large cove that the house is located on, has a lot less wake than the main part of the lake, which made it really nice for swimming around the dock. The house is fully equipped and was comfortable for our family of five (three small kids) and friends (family of four). Stacie was a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful. We plan to visit again!

We loved our stay here and Gayla was quick to respond as well as helpful with anything we needed. The house was supplied with everything we needed as well as nice clean (comfy too) beds and bathrooms. Our check in and out was easy and Gayla worked with us on a checkout time based on our flight back home. It made Easter weekend nice and easy. Would 100% stay here again.

One of the cleanest and nicest properties I have stayed at . We had everything we needed and more. So close to everything in downtown. Mary is a pleasure to work with. We had no issues but I am confident that if we did they would have been resolved quickly. We like to cook when we are on vacation and this kitchen had everything we needed to prepare several meals. Overall very charming , clean, comfortable and well decorated home. We will be back the next time we need a larger place in Lincolnton.

It was a nice peaceful stay! I gave the entrance 3 stars because the lock box was kind of touchy to get open! We didn't arrive until late, but the porch light was on for us and a lamp inside, that was so terrific!!!

home is nice. perfect for my family. locating the lake access was not easy, it should have a sign or something. other than that we lived it and the family enjoyed going down to the lake area.

We loved our stay at this gorgeous lakeside home. We had everything we needed to start our stay and felt right at home. It was the perfect place for a relaxing celebratory weekend and I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Sandy and Roxanne are the sweetest people I’ve met in a long time, they were responsive and accommodating, and the property is stunningly beautiful. There were nasty storms coming in and they allowed us to stay a little later so that we weren’t driving in the nastiness (they offered without us asking). The shower is amazing!

This was a cozy and idyllic place to spend Thanksgiving. The game room downstairs provided days of fun for the kids, we all enjoyed sitting by the lakeside bonfire and the view was idyllic. The owners were very attentive and genuinely interested in making sure we had a wonderful stay. This is a holiday trip we will remember fondly for years to come (and hopefully can do again)!
